I find that the App will almost always works on the iPhone but when it comes to Android it rarely works which is awful because one thing that android does when it actually does work is ring just like when you receive a phone call, but when it works on the IPhone it just sounds like a low notification and if you don't catch the notification rite away you usually miss the call... Please fix it on android...

ive been able to video chat my fiance but i can only use my phone. the app doesnt work on my laptop. the one time i tried using a desktop it cut my time by almost more than a minute. and while using the phone i can barely hear him, the sound goes in and out getting obnoxiously loud or annoyingly quiet. at least i can still see him but it would be a much better experience if these issues were fixed.

It's almost impossible to get intouch with anyone period. I have always had nothing but problems with it now and yrs ago. I have so many dropped calls. And the tablets. Lmao well the 6th of them she's had have all been junk where you can't even talk to each other at all. It echoes back in ur EAR so bad. That we have to just hang up. All the time. I can't tell you how much money I've wasted on the phone time. It's heartbreaking to me. When I only get 529.23 a month from disability. Smfh fml

ALWAYS cutting my visit and charges me, screen is always freezing or making it sound like a robot is talking. Customer service lies and hasn't reimbursed me yet and doesn't leave notes on my account either. I am constantly on the phone with them but they never state that on my account. I want my money back. Install then Uninstall and install again but the problem never leaves.

A form of ridicule to us and our loved one, we were so happy to hear after 16 months we could visit on demand,I immediately jumped on board, ready-set-NOPE! APP IS GLITCHED WON'T LET ME SCHEDULE OR VISIT ON DEMAND,I've contacted C.S several times just to get the same response, "I will make note of it" There's no IT department..The only function that works 100% is the PAYMENTS Save your money and emotions by kicking it old school on the Connect NetworkGTL scheduling @least works about 80% OTT

Works for me but doesn't connect to earbuds just headphones from what I hear. No speaker button so you have to hold the phone to your ear to hear which defeats the purpose of video calling. Only been using it for 2 days but not successful at figuring out how to send pictures and such. App sometimes unresponsive and glitchy.

Terrible, paid 25.00 it always says zero. Click visit now and it takes you to your contacts info and nothing more. Want to send a message, it just buffers for hours and never happens. Money making scheme, and information was accessed several times, not secure!

It used to work fine... now it doesn't work at all. I have invested a lot of money in the Getting Out Apps and can't even video visit with my fiancé anymore because it just won't work. Every time the app is updated by whoever... it gets worse. First thing that went bad was the sound quality... had to hold my phone next to my ear just so I could hear him (defeating the purpose of video chatting) next was the signal and now there is nothing. Pisses me off.

It works when it wants to work. Drops visits a lot. It won't connect to my Bluetooth so I have to use headphones or I won't hear the inmate at all. Not a great app in any way. Update: it will not allow video calls at all now. It doesn't even give an option to call anymore after I loaded $30 which I now can't use or get a refund for. This app is one of the worst and most trash apps around. Fix it or give up.

Great app. Works pretty good 4 me. I just hate that when a call comes through,and u decline it, something you can control, it lowers the volume drastically then u have to hold it to your ear. Otherwise it's cool. Just like any other inmate service, your call can get disconnected 4 any reason however, they'll only charge you 4 the times that you've actually been on the visit. The app is way better than just plain using the internet.
