Horrible app, horrible service. Went in the middle of nowhere with a scooter only to find out despite this scooter being 70%+ battery that I can't go back with it. Called customer service 3 times only for them to wish me 'good luck,'. i even toppeed up my acc with another 20 eu extra and they took all of it from my account. Quick and intuitive registration and hassle free use of the transportation. Can recommend, will use it in the future as alternative for other public transport like the bus. Used it for an electric scooter, the registration was easy and quick. After I forgot to apply the coupon code for a free first 15 min, they helped me well through the chat function in the app that works well and still applied the free time. Am happy with the service and help after my mistake. Will use again in the future.

Won't return the funds, even though you cannot practically use their scooters anymore. Apparently their terms and conditions apply even when the municipality intervenes to change how the business itself operates. Just don't get this app, way better alternatives are available.

Be careful! I took the scooter for a ride. When I locked the scooter I got a notification that I'll pay 2.90€. However they deducted 5.51€. I called the customer service, they didn't answer. Also I faced a lot of technical issues using their app.

Useful. There's plenty of scooters available, it's easy and quick to book, and theres a good range where you can pick them up and leave them.

Excellent concept and clean implementation. The only thing that I find to be a quirk is that the vehicle speed limit is 30 Km/hr but the vehicle only manages 26 km/hr.

Trash app keeps logging me out regularly just to log back in like nothings happen plus their scooter are almost always damaged en the pricing is even more ridiculous especially since they take more money then they say the ride actually was. Dont use this garbage service
