Works just about ok with frequent disconnections. Grundfos should do away with infrared on their Control Units (I use CU 301) and put bluetooth instead or additionally to directly communicate with the app on phone or tablet. This would also not have the need for an mobile interface in between which is quite cumbersome to deal with. Hope they listen as many negative reviews posted are related to communication not working properly.

I am unable to recall any of my saved profiles!! The grundfos folder on my phone is full of profiles but unable to recall. It just says "no stored settings file" THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM! Also unable to find where new profiles are saved/pulled from. Fix this!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!

You should add Bus controlled option in application for configuring relays on pumps since lot of customers have CIM200 interface cards and need relays controled by modbus.

As others have said the connection process is awful. Once I connect to one pump, disconnect and try again I can't. Says its paired, shows it can see it but says at the top of the screen that nothings connected. Makes my life a nightmare on site. Everything should be connected but the app thinks it isn't and I can't connect to anything.

please do something and fix the app. the connection is lost all the time , cant connect to the pupms . i got 12 new pumps and its a nightmare. the dongle disconnects from the phone all the time.

A disaster. Used to work but now crashes when data download is almost complete. Also disconnects from the dongle. Overall completely unreliable. Pity as it used to be a useful tool.

Very diffcult to use and i did not get MI401 Reader to work as signal repeater between my phone and Alpha3 pump. And what is version 2.0 of this GO remote app? It does connect but is not able load any data from pump.

Does not work without giving location data. Many more permissions requested. Bluetooth should be all it needs.

I can't even get the app. Is pending and pending and.... Pending. Definitely not an network or phone issue as other apps download without a problem
