I like the concept. Like the app too. I ordered a meal from a local restaurant for the first time and they charged me twice with different amount. Once after ordering and once after delivery. To make it more confusing those are 2 different amouts. I complained and they said sometimes it happens from the bank and they'll revert one amount after 72 hours. But why they didn't notify that the amount has been changed and the reason for it? Please fix these simple communication issues through the app


A headache to use. So many problems but some of them may not be the fault of Glovo or the app itself. But it is so hard to get this to work without snags, so far I think I have experienced over 10 separate big problems with it. However I have finally had some luck too, and I do intend to keep trying. It would be a lot better if it really uploaded photos, the way it says it does. That would solve most problems.


I'm becoming more and more disappointed with this app. Lately all of my orders take well over one hour. I've heard excuses for "there's a bug in the app" or the couriour's GPS isn't working. Today my order for one sandwich was "preparing" for 45 minutes before a couriour started to go to pick it up. It won't arrive for another 25 min and I'm sure my food will be cold. I'll likely be canceling my Glovo prime membership. I will say that their customer service chat is usually pretty helpful.


I downloaded this app while on vacation so that I would be able to order food to the apartment I was staying at. When I tried to place my first order, I was informed that my identity required additional verification. After submitting the requested information, my account was permanently blocked for supposedly violating the terms of service. When I requested more information, I was told that the company didn't like my use of an American credit card despite my being a US citizen. Do not download!!


The app works until your payment method fails. The instantly block you, you have to pray to order again literally. The worse part is that they don't answer the emails and do not give you the proper customer service and support to help you Gain it back. Been trying for 3 days now, hoping someone helps me. BTW, customer service is awful. Update: yoo, this is another whole level, they don't have customer service, they have a bot that spams you the same message over and over.


The search function of the app fors not work at all. Also a friend of mine is not able to pay. Quite buggy if you ask me. The service works great although. I expect betterment of the app functionality.


The process was quite fast and convenient... My order was processed and delivered in under 40 minutes!! This being my first time using the app, I'm largely content.... I propose more payment options including via MPESA... I don't remember seeing that option though....


Really bad! Ordered food that took hours to arrive, then it was completly cold, the presentation wasn't either satisfying. When I tried to reach back the delivery guy on the app to report, the option was already gone. The Help section is also useless: tells you to go back and wait "We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible" which they never do. There's barely a contact I could find (only e-mail on Google) where you can of course write a complaint and they can simply ignore you


Since I installed it I haven't been able to connect. Reinstalled and nothing changes, both WiFi and 4G.


The address input is complicated. The drivers and general attention has been great.


Easy and convenient. Just wished it had a more intuitive way to input delivery point. Everything else is ok.


Very handy especially with the jam and competing priorities. Enhanced presence in all parts of the city will go a long way


This service is amazing, so far the best I've seen on the market among lots of others. Amazing service, support, possibilities, everything. Totally loved it, I wished something like this to appear. This will take a huge market share from Uber Eats and others. Thanks!


Edit: uninstalled the app It has been refusing payment through the mobile app, so I had been using the desktop version,Today the desktop version canceled an order with no notification, I'm done trying to make this work. Old and irrelevant : Very satisfied a while back , now not so reliable, now it has payment issues, this is disappointing


The app is bad, so is the service. The page with credit card detail gets stuck on loading, then does not accept card entered by hand, I was only able to add it from chrome saved or it was from google pay saved, which took me a lot of time. I have made 3 orders with the app and then my account got blocked with no reason. When I have contacted the support they have just sent me an email requesting more of my personal data (my phone and credit card is not enough) so they requested a photo of id and a credit card, likely for future selling of my personal data like facebook. When I have requested details about the reasons of blocking I got totally ignored. If you do not want users to use your app just remove it from store. And for those who reads till the end, I did sent the email they mentioned in the comment bellow with questions, and they just ignored it, after some time they just resent me the same email they sent at first requesting the id and credit card. So I'll end my comment with the same words I have started: The app is bad, so is the service.


Great app, I actually do like it and have used it several times, BUT, it keeps charging my cc in $ and not the local currency and with the exchange rate I always end up paying more than what the price was in its original currency... could almost say it feels like a scam. I will rate 5 when this is changed or at least a currency option is added for the users, just because my cc has dual currency doesn't mean I want to pay in $.


Glovo refuses to fix any issues with their app. Do not use it or download. I have been requesting and emailing their support for weeks!! Without any response or help. DO NOT USE!!!


I think this app needs a serious redesign. The interface is lovely but the user experience is wanting. Location doesn't seem to work well... It can't pick up basic coordinates,, you can't make use of the app unless you do an initial location set up which is a waste of time because this is dynamic. Nothing seems to work well either


Convenient to use, lots of restaurants to choose from. However with the latest update courier icon disappeared completely from the map. In addition there is no way for a restaurant to notify a customer in case an ordered item cannot be prepared (i.e. due to absense of some product).


Have little bit of an issue, the app only work with fixed addresses on the map, since egypt has a lot of missing buliding numbering on maps, the process becomes a bit messy, what i do is i mark the closest numbered building on my street and then call the delivery person to correct the address for him , delivery pilots does not always look on the description below the address, it might be a good idea to set the address manually, but other than this the service itself is fine.


Great app, they will bring literally anything. Saved my ass a few times and its always handy. Love it


I have used it several times and every once in a while there are tiny issues. However, now I am trying to update my CV info and it won't let me. Sadly, to make matters worse, there is no way to contact support on the app itself. I've already tried for 2 weeks to add my new info and have tried to contact someone for 2 days and still no answer.


Everything works well untill your transaction fails once. Just go to Uber Eats then. To make your account working again you have to pass something about 4 of 9 circles of Dante's Inferno. It's not a security, it's idiotic system, and you don't want to make it better. There's nothing to add, just hope, that you'll change it somewhen


Needs lots of improvements: 1) Improved filters, categorization etc. 2) A summary page before placing order. 3) 1 click order cancellation. 4) missed coupon selection, where was it? 5) Address is a bit confusing. The pinned location and address description does not match.


Having do much fun with this app. It's so handy especially on a Monday when you are hungover and tired. It's really convinient. However I wish there was more content with the other stores, at the moment only the restaurants and supermarkets seem to have detailed selection.. I do wish you could get more than 9kg and 15 items from the supermarket


Started using this app in July or so and I was a huge fan, marketing it to anyone who would listen. Now, it brings up an error nearly every time I select a pick-up point, even in the most accessible locations in the city centre and cancelling orders at will. Most unreliable app ever. Glovo you're a disappointment.


TERRIBLE APP, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH IT. Tried ordering for 20 minutes, when I get to the checkout, I had to open a message and when I when back to the window, the cart is gone and I have to do EVERYTHING again... Then trying to pay, you can only add 1 card at a time, so if you want to add another, you have to get out of the checkout, which erases the cart! Hire a good UX designer you greedy people...


I've had the app for a week and it simply doesn't let me use it.Full of bugs : the delivery address doesn't save in the form, then the card, another time i got a message about a problem with my account, tried to ask for assistance got an empty email...an awful user experience and so frustrating to not have a client assistance number

Great service. Great delivery boys. Amazing delivery time. I saves me at least 3 times a week from doing different errands. App hangs sometimes when putting the address though.

Pretty useless. Can't cut and paste text to translate it. Take a risk then "There's a problem with your account. Contact customer service to resolve it." - How?! What problem- if the app just told me the problem I might be able to fix it.


How do you order from this app? I read the instructions and followed them carefully: added a payment method and the location but NOTHING HAPPENS! Instead, it keeps giving me the humourless interface of a bird with the caption"Looks like our content dove, our information channel that usually delivers info about the products and areas went to the party and forgot about his duty". What kind of incompetence is this?Can you at least explain to your users what to do? You deducted 5 LE for nothing.


App looks and feels nice, except that I haven't been able to order anything. Sometimes I get an error, other times it appears to work at the confirm screen but the order never shows up under "My Glovos". Update: it's ridiculous that the only way to actually contact customer service is to leave a negative review in the app store. The "help" function in the app is a scam as it just takes you to the FAQ section.


I wish I could rate it a zero. I used it once to order something at work. I just tried from my house but it's out of the coverage area, something I just found out Glovo has. 😡🤬 Where I live is not a "dangerous area". The actual coverage area DOES have certain hot spots. I'm deleting this app.


Edit from 5 stars and "very useful" to- Not very useful at all. I wouldn't mind the prices going up but its like a lottery trying to catch when i can order from a certain restaurant. Last edit: oh I think I see what's going on here- you see what someone's fave restaurant is and make it impossible to order from there so they have to get a "custom glovo" which costs 5x more.


I am a new user and so far, so good. The app makes it possible for me to shop and have things delivered to me quickly and easily. Please get more merchants on board so that we have more variety as shoppers. I would also suggest that you vet your merchants who are selling food to ensure that only those selling fresh items.

I am a foreigner in Panama, since I got here I have used Glovo, but the continues issue with the accounts is very frustrating... then you leave message after message on the apps chat and email because your food actually got delivered and paid for, but the app says that the account is outstanding and can not be used unless you pay for it again. That means that you can't order anything else until you have paid again for something you already paid for...no one assists you for weeks....


This application for some reason never wants to take my location, have not been able to use it once... It was recommended to me because of the options it provides but it needs to be updated with a more accurate way to pin point locations so that it could be more useful.

The app had an issue when android os upgraded but it seems they fixed it in an app upgrade.


The app gets stuck on the confirm order screen about half the times you try to order something, making it incredibly annoying as the entire order needs to be added again Edit: The above bug happens more rarely now but they managed to charge me twice for the same order and not bother to fix the issue


1st time using this and was very nice. The only thing I didn't like it was the call's from Barcelona, verifying my information. Fraud is everywhere, try to change this way because people didn't like to give personal information by phone.


I get location is not available when setting up my delivery address, tried everything, the location is on the permission is enabled reinstall....


I usually don't rate apps this low. The app worked just fine and the delivery prices were decent. In the last few months they doubled the delivery fee and many restaurants request a minimum order. I was ok with that also until i visited a few places I was ordering from and i found out that all of them except the big brands(Mc'D Starbucks) had 25%-30% higher prices on the glovo app. So when you draw the line with the delivery fee and higher price you get to pay 50% more.


Cray-cray good app that is starting to change the way I think about retail. Often totally free of charge, the riders are kind and clever (at least in Belgrade, Serbia). Customer care isn't great (Wolt much better) but who cares when people will ride/drive 30 minutes to hand deliver cigars and fine wine... for free. How they're ever going to turn this into a profitable business I don't know, but for now, let's enjoy the circus.


This app had me excited initially, then started going down hill fast! I personally had a terrible experience with glovo, it ended up being unpredictable as well as unreliable. The majority of the staff were manageable and easy to talk too, while the rest were extremely rude and disrespectful...


Good application. Need to do some improvements 1. Need to add comment column to type food choices before confirming the order. 2. Need to add an option purchase different foods on different restaurant at a time. It will help to select more choices of customer.

Not recommended at all .. very bad application.. i tried it only one time and i'm so disappointed.. after waiting 1.5 hour courier told me that he can't deliver my order due to problem in application (location of costa isn't appeared correctly) then i contacted support center ...they told me courier told them i cancelled the order then they said thanks for using golovo and next time free delivery charge ( LE 5 ) and that all they can do ..


There is no option to pay with credit card. But app looks great!


Maybe one order went without issues so far. Mostly it's "restaurant closed" in the middle of an order. Latest bug I experienced is unable to confirm order (didn''t say why), I see "phone number must be confirmed" (why? it's not my first order and it's the same number on the phone where app is installed), so I tried to update my number and while trying to "update" my phone number, app won't let me do it. I am uninstalling this app.

Too many ads, they fill up your screen you can't even dismiss the ad. Uninstalling it now, I can't be irritated further!


They Hold money on your card then they don't refund the hold. Meaning they charge you twice. Crappy app. Keeps crashing as well. And the whole UI freezes and won't let you pass the "confirm" page.


my first order was good, but you need improve in list of every shop, like supermarket some make list and aome not even when i know they have already cause they are a high player, and something else i need to make favorite list so i can get what i want faster and finally maybe you can add more and more of shops 😁😁😁


The Glovo Portugal app needs a feature where you can write a message to the driver and especially needs a feature to write messages to the restaurant you are ordering from. For example: no ketchup on the burger or a toy for a boy or girl in a child's meal.


The application is very handy. Find everything you need in a very short time and you have the advantage of not having to leave the house. The couriers I am very pleased, they are serious and call you if there is something wrong. I recommend this application which is very useful !!


I've had very bad experiences with restaurants while ordering with this app. The first was almost an hour late and the food came in burnt and inedible. The second indicated that food was being picked up for over 45 minutes whereas it wasn't even ready. There's no way to cancel an order in progress which is quite frustrating. The customer care representative was unhelpful. I'm very disappointed.

Great app for foreigners in Romania who needs stuff from the supermarket or anywhere. Delivery guys are fast, friendly and professional and delivery is super cheap. The app is in English and you can write in English and pay in cash, so no need for a card etc. Highly recommended!


This is a rather common problem with this app, but the drivers have little regard for directions and there is no accountability on the order accuracy. Many times the order is wrong and the drivers are unprofessional.


Super-good experience. Amazing service, very good price. I use it mainly forr cargo. Being vale to track online the delivery of anything and calling the person receiving the package un the moment is being delivered providers a great experience. I liked this app... But I had an incident recently.. I normally pay with my card.. But this time the card payment declined and I paid via Mpesa...later I noted money had been deducted from my account.. Which means I paid twice for the same order.. Wrote to them no one has bothered responding to my enquiry

This made impossible experince to become possible , i'm not saying the real time synchronization is great or local phone support is very helpful. but the idea of app is great and really mobile , aswell solve issues .


Map keeps zooming out to show both delivery point and the point of service. After courier takes the goods map should only show the delivery point with courier. Also it should zoom in accordingly.


The service is great, but the auto reset feature in the map is REALLY annoying


Annoying. You should add the option where you can contact your carrier or he can contact you 15 minutes after am order is marked as delivered, because if the carrier closes it by accident, you have to go through the help service and then you can't rate the service anymore.


So the app menu is in English but the food options are not, if I'm in Portugal or another country it doesn't mean that I speak the language to understand what the restaurants are offering, have a goddamn translate button. Also no option to filter vegetarian or vegan food, really? So bad


Overall great and intuitive but some abnomalies with payment are cutting one star.


The delivery is quick and amazing but glovo should at least provide us with the basic details of the drivers plate number and picture. It would be convenient to recognize the driver. The app neither shows the movement of drivers trip .


Placed an order and my account was suspended pending verification. I sent them a picture of my passport and credit card as requested and they replied by telling me my account is suspended indefinitely and the decision is final!! I shall be using the Rappi app from now on it is a very easy and trouble free experience. Glovo just wasted my precious time for nothing.


This app raises serious data security concerns. At some point it asks you to identify yourself by sending them a picture of your payment card and id card through email.DO NOT DO THAT. That is all someone needs to steal your identity.

Worst app experience ever. Interface very unresponsive, you're unable to cancel an order literally two seconds after placing it, and then they demand for a payment through a customer care number that you cannot call. Stick to other platforms if you're wise.


When it works its great. App is blocked in state that payment is processing - 30mins already. No user friendly options to delete account. No nice support chat, only FAQ pages


Application keeps promoting "25% off any item" on the restaurants page. This is true for a short while because they charge you the correct amount initially, then the initial transaction is refunded and you get charged the full price.


Would be nice to have an order list with numbers avoid forgotten items

Charging1,50€(updated to 1,90€) for bad weather is ridiculous and exploitative at best. I at least hope that this money goes fully to the delivery person. Terrible app and customer service. Stick to other mainstream options. My order is taking forever to arrive, courrier is just not moving, this never happens with other apps. Contacted customer service and it was terrible, she didn't help me at all and was super rude, closed the chat while I was still talking to her. Interface and user experience is so bad, I had a promo code that was never added because the option never showed to me. Just stay away from this app.


Application blocks your profile on the first order, and then they demand on email to have scans of your documents and credit cards. It is impossible to reach the support.


Vibrates every 5 second with no reason. Always seems like a start of a call. Very annoying.


I can't add my verification. Every time I go to my inbox to check the verification sent and as i return to insert the code it gives me an error message


I like the app and the speed of delivery. However, I would like to get access to more restaurants from all over the city, not just the ones close by (some are within walking distance from my house).


It's a great app but it would be better if you add another languages


The service is great, but the app lacks some useful functionalities. There's no notification when your order gets accepted, so I didn't know it was until my delivery girl called to ask sth about the order. A notification and a way to contact the delivery person would be good.


Very bad customers service, if it really exists.. Can't use the app for 2 weeks, sent all the info for update the acount info and no response. Someone's must verify these issues, just one star!
