    In this period the app functions very bad. When paying with credit card, the app firstly takes my money and then it returns in my account and it can't be taken again until I add another credit card in the app. So everytime, in order to pay, I must juggle credit cards. To solve the problem, I should contact customer support, it takes a lot of time until they respond and the Romanian customer support agents are very unprofessional.

    If I could rate this - 100000000000 I would! Horrible customer service, it is obvious we don't deal with real agents, their policy sucks I cannot believe I cannot get into the acct because I don't have my old phone numer and although I want to update it to my new one it is asking for a text to a number I don't have anymore, the app sucks & it crashes, it is too simple that there are so many options that are missing such a verification through email instead of the phone number!

    The app looks nice, but might be even better. When courier was near the door I was unable to see his name on the phone. Also, there are minor problems with language fitting inside circle on English. And no dark theme for my Android in dark mode

    So frustrating! The app crashes every single time that I try to upload a photo of the custom product I want to purchase, after I have entered all the order details AND when I switch to another app to retrieve relevant data(product names, addresses etc.). I have tried to place my order 30 times already. Everything I input is gone after 20 seconds. I was willing to pay your 180 RON deposit for a 60 RON order, but that was only for the first *30* attempts...

    App has some bugs here and there but overall easy to use. One feature which could be helpful would be the option to translate the menu to English. Adding Groceries to delivery is a life saver👍, appreciate the delivery guys for their work in these hard times.

    Repeatedly tried to charge me an extra "bad weather" fee despite being sunny outside. Worse yet, the final price never displayed this fee at first, but since I set up a limit on my card, when executing the payment it would fail and only then update the price to display that extra fee. Dishonest app.

    Decent app (UI and functionality), although I don't like the fact that they make you save your card details and then you have to manually remove them (so no one-time payment option).

    App doesn't work! Horrible service ! You can't pay with credit card, it happend to me, as others described!!! (The delivery guy said the method payment doesn't work, and left with the food!) And very bad custemer service, they don't have a clue, then why do you work there? You don't know anything!

    Used app one time. Order was missing 6 products while I paid full amount. I contacted customer support for help. Started chat. The moment I explained the problem they stop replying. Next day I opened the up to order something. The app had a closed sign in their menu. Although I know friends are using it at this time on the same city and same neighborhood. It seems they simple take actions to your account without any notice. They ofc kept my card and other details.

    I tried for three days to verify my identification with a very poor customer service, they asked me for my personal information, ID and photo of my bank card and within 4 min they canceled my account without any explanation. I opened the chat again to ask for an explanation and the person who attended me closed the chat before I finished talking. They have taken my personal data and I do not trust that company, I complain but they do not care. Can you please do something? Argentina Glovo

    This app works fine. There are some problems with lack of stocks, missing products from time to time and delays. But this has something to do with the retailers. In Romania we are just getting used with home delivery. Not only us, the retailers also. So for the effort and for being icebreaker app, like foodpanda and papa go and many others, it deserves 5 stars for sure. Cheers!

    Pretty buggy app, great delivery service. Not sure if this was due to the high demand with the pandemic and Easter and all, but it was very difficult for me to order something with Glovo. 7 consecutive times I had various errors: payment was pending indefinitely (my card had rejected it the first time, but the app did not try it again), then supermarket suddenly disappears from list, account blocked for unclear reasons, and finally the app exiting randomly while I was doing my order. At least an option to save the current shopping cart would be useful. 3 stars because once I did manage to order, it was delivered really quickly!

    Used the app while traveling. It's great, seriously better than the standard delivery apps back home in the States. You can order anything. Getting Prime delivery pays for itself in like 2 or 3 deliveries. One small bug that changes the descriptions of things back to the local language even after you tell it to translate to English. Other than that, it's a really great service.

    Pros: fast delivery, nice interface. Cons: awful support team, glitches with promo codes. I had (and still have) a promo code for a free delivery, was charged the full price for the delivery. The only suggestion from the support team (or a chatbot) was to 'reinstall the app', because they did not see any promo codes on my account. That's probably a bug, or intentionally deceptive advertising.

    I had a conversation with suport team about an order. Then I closed the App and received notifications for messages from suport team. However the notification disappeared before I could have click on it in order to open the chat thread. Also, i couldn't find any way to acces that chat, since get help opens a New conversation. I don't know if this is a bug or a UX problem.

    The app overall is not bad. The lower review is more because of the service, that I only use to order food. It's very inconsistent, some times the food arrives quickly and warm others it's a complete disaster. Keep an eye on the bad weather surcharge, I was got by surprise today because I reorder often and didn't check the total order. BTW it's not even cold, so that surcharge was a complete BS.

    If you change phone numbers, you lose access to your account because when you log in they send you a message or call you at your old number. So now I can't log in nor can I create a new account because they say my email address has an account already. To make it worse, there is no costumer service, of course. Ridiculous.

    Today installed this and made my order. It seemed convenient, but there were a lot of issues. Here's the story: 1.My card was charged twice for the amount of order. 2.I received my order, one payment was cancelled. Weird, but whatever. 3.In couple hours my card was charged again for an amount slightly larger than the original one. 4.In couple more mins there was one more attempt to change my card, but was rejected, I assume by my bank. Support can't explain this and responds in foreign language

    The app has bugs and they will falsely charge you. My command has been completely changed(all items), I didn't receive it and I was charged double. No one from support answered in time and when they called me back they lied to me saying I will not be charged, but I was... Now they are saying this is all ok, regarding the terms. They didn't even consider checking the software for errors! Support is there for nothing. Still ... 70$ for a bug!!

    The app is terrible, couldn't enter promo code through mobile, nor the dotpay option was working. When decided to use desktop version the promo didn't apply because the basket values DOES NOT include the delivery cost, but no information on that. When I pressed 'proceed to payment' my card details were processed right away, when I expected one more step (to choose the payment method). Lastly, customer support when contacted said 'we can do nothing' and all I asked is to prolong my promo code...

    I downloaded this app and my card was cloned. I had 4 fraudulent transactions and the hackers emptied my account. I've heard of a lot of people in my country (DR) who have had horrible experiences with your App. Shame on you. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.

    Update: I gave it another chance. Third time: drinks missing. :/ I used this app two times: the first time i had one item missing, the second time they took from my credit card twice the amout for the same order. I have sent them the proof and one week later i don't have an answer, neither the money back. I will not use this service again and i do not recommend it.

    1. They either allow you to pay with cash or card and not combined. 2. On the actual app you have no contact number in case you have any additional questions, you have just the carrier's number AFTER you've confirmed the order. In the case you want to get out a product or to replace a certain product to another brand, you simply can't do it! 3. They charge you 1.25 RON per bag, a thing not mentioned in your delivery, you fid out when the carrier hands you over the receipt and you need to pay!

    Impossible to order anymore. Past month and a half any card I introduce gave me CC_HIGH_RISK error despite bank/card emitter clarifying there is no issue on their end. Tried a friend's card and it gave Payment Gateway must be configured error. Cannot pay in cash because of past debt incurred due to this very same issue, app states I must provide a card to clear debt. There is no way to contact support to resolve issue. By far the most worthless application I have had the displeasure of using.

    Blown away by this app, got it for McDonalds delivery + discovered a world of restaurants to try. Great interface (photos of products to browse), low delivery fee, lots of special offers/discount codes. Not just food but also shops(KIKO!!😍). Speedy + hassle free; couriers find location no problem (unlike other delivery services). I think we got priority service with KFC as food came ridiculously fast (15-20mins). Tracks courier with GPS so can see progress in real time. Thank you GLOVO!

    Installed this app due to recommendations from friends, but can't use it for anything other than connecting my FB, searching for products finds nothing, shops don't exist, can't add card, no method of paying cash on delivery (how can I pay before receiving the order, what if the carrier brings me a bag full of paper instead of what I ordered?), Kaufland is greyed out, no restaurants in my area... Although other people (neighbours) are using the same service... Apparently it doesn't work for me.

    I made a email account, the app is telling me that authentication failed. I then tried to connect with Facebook and I waited for about 15 minutes looking at 8 petals turning on and on. I needed this app, but it is useless. Thank God I didn't get to give it my bank details yet.

    For days I have been trying to connect my phone number with the account and it just does not work. The app is suggesting incorrect country code, but changing it to correct one causes an error message about some "irregularities with the account". The only irregularity here is the crapy app!

    There is nothing easy about it. It's so flawed it shouldn't even be in the store. there are so many bugs even a repellent would not be enough. They kept my bank account information but wouldn't let me use it. There are better options out there.

    Sometimes if the rider misses the item from the store,they don't update in the receipt.You end up paying for items not delivered. Sometimes loose money. You have to be careful and check what was shopped

    I have thoroughly enjoyed using the app since its inception. It's user friendly, functional and straightforward,the deliveries are swift for both hot kitchen and grocery. Their customer service and complaints management is 99.9% though at times it can be a challenge when you encounter heavy accents at their call centers😊. My only recent experience is that south B is surprisingly out of their delivery zone NOW which took me aback,because it'scentral, I can't use the app anymore, 🤯🥴👎🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

    Not bad, but could be better. I can't find some products in the supermarket section yet they are obviously stocked up in the supermarket. You should regularly update the app's supermarket items to sync them with the actual products, and prices.

    There does not seem to be any customer service for this app? Not FAQ, but actual support. Any up to date information during Covid times? You seem to inform us enough when it comes to advertising, but we need to know if you are still delivering, working hours, types of deliveries etc. I am specifically asking about Belgrade where the grocery store is not active and we are not informed if it is a bug or it is closed.

    Relatively good app. My problem is that where we are based there is a contract with Kaufland stores and you don't have access to all products categories. I wanted to buy some simple painting colors for children and I had to make an extra Glovo for this which was unsuccessful.

    Quite bad experience. It crashes, not saving address or current orders. Had to enter over and over again. The card payment hope to be reconciliated with value received (less). I am still waiting for a response. The only good news is that it has a lot of delivery people.

    False advertising: if a supermarket appears you expect to be able to order what they have. But you can't. Only a crippled subset. UX mistakes abound. Poor navigation, you can lose your cart. All the more apalling when you see "delightful" animations. This is the stuff dystopias are made of. Not surprised by Luddites when techies drop the ball like this.

    Bugs, bugs..and bugs again. Got an email with promo code..the link is not working, the code manually entered is not working, after a few tries, the app changes its language to spanish, the texbox for email, codes etc. duplicates or writes even 3 times the entered chars..a TOTAL MESS

    Terrible application. I dont recommend you to use it at all. On the supermarket sections many products are missing no variety at all . For fruits and vegetables you can only pick per kg and cannot change that . One of my orders came missing items and another order got duplicated . Talking to the support team seemed like talking to a robot instead. Defnitly wouldn't recommand this. Update: the support team was nice enough to help me fix the issue but still uninstalling

    This service has been helpful especially during the onset of COVID 19. Thank you for the service. The only adjustment is the inclusion of mobile money payments especially in Kenya where I live. Cashless payments are the "new black" here instead of cash and credit card ones.

    App is fine except 1) not shown working hours - you start preparing an order and then SUDDENDLY store is not available anymore 2) not shown store locations prior to order 3) no way to write reviews for stores 4) no way to order if distance is more than 2-3 km even with more expensive delivery 5) you pay 40 uah even when distance is just 1m Fix this and you'll get five stars from me for sure.

    I downloaded the app and everything was find. When I came to order product from the nearby store it showed me that (super market isn't available - or something like this)... So now I can't buy anything from the supermarket or from the pharmacy... What happened I don't now !? It's a big let down

    It used to be fine, when you were able to see the courier on the map. So you can guarantee that the food arrives in the shortest time and the courier uses the optimal route so the distance fee won't increase. Now I can't do that. The update did this?

    Terrible app, just terrible. It was impossible for me to type my street adress and my phone direction was automatically set to UK and the slider for country was locked. Ordered food by the website and it worked fine. I am going to uninstall glovo right away.

    Saw ad on TV you can order from Kaufland. During this period would have been a great help. Reality is completely different. Today Kaufland is deactivated so you can't even open the option. Other days when I could open the option there's literally 2-3 products in each category. How or what should I order if the products I want are not available to order? A poor app in my opinion and awful marketing team who waste money on TV ads advertising something that is not true in reality.

    Last October the support helped me add the delivery address to my account. Recently the address disappeared and I cannot add it again. This time the support says they cannot add it because it's out of delivery area. Even though Glovo can deliver to an apartment building 50m from my building. This is frustrating.

    Ridiculously bad service, my payment card was locked because I had too low limit set on it and now I cannot use this card in glovo at all because "Maximum number of retries has been reached for this card".

    Bad app, support takes long to respond and can't speak English, ordered something that was supposed to take 20 minutes but took 2 hours instead and was supposed to get a promotion code for free deliveries for installing the app with my husband's promo code but instead they said its a duplicate and didn't give me anything despite being on a different phone, email, account and everything. A really poor app, support and delivery times. Would not recommend to anyone.

    The app is good, but a very useful enhancement would be the possibility to include additional notes or details on the orders for any kind of food request.

    Great app, fast delivery, would rate 5 stars if the promo code would work. Didn't get the discount but the code seems to be used. Apparently more people have this problem and I don't see anything happening about it. Would like to know how Glovo will refund this.

    I can't connect my new credit card. "no honor" - app sasys. App freeze in order getting ready position. Also it can't say which meal is out of menu, so I should guess and please order so many times as number of my meals.

    I made an order and pay with card and I get so many products missing when I contact the customer service they block my account !!! I totally don't recommend this stupid app

    Solve the problem with the notification. If the product is delivered by the store, you can't get rid of the notification, at least on Huawei p20 pro. The product is not shown as delivered and you need to reset the phone to make the notification with delivering disappear.

    Every time, a bad experience! At least one missing product at every order. More even: they do not refund you or answer to your messages or e-mails! Will uninstall it as soon as I get my money back...hopefully. 👎

    Terrible app for international travellers, they won't accept international credit cards, or pay by cash in local currency . They block accounts and can't undo it.

    It is a very good app but the problem is the app is in Spanish so I cannot read the menu 😭😭😭😭 The items of the menu do not have pictures of the real thing so in some items I get confuse

    You should work on your support. At least in Croatia. We ordered thing 5 times and nl never got everything we received. Last time we ordered burgers, fries and drink, didnt get burgers. Glovo ia not responding. McDonalds is not reaponding. After a week I decided to uninstall the app.
