WHILE TRAINING
• Track your sports activities and get detailed statistics of your workout
• Capture many different metrics like your location, distance, speed, heart rate, cadences and others
• You can sport to the beat by playing your music at modified tempo to match your cadence or enable metronome to help with the pace
• Receive audio or visual feedback
• You can plot progress, lap time and other long term metrics to evaluate your progress between workouts
• Download or import routes to GPX, KML and other formats
WHILE RESTING
• Analyze your sleep patterns
• Keep track of your calories and water intake
• Save your health metrics like temperature or blood pressure
• Set reminders for when to drink more liquid or when to move around a bit.
CLOUD INTEGRATION
• Upload your stats to Google Fit and FitnessSyncer
