I have been using this gettowork for almost 6 months now on almost daily basis and services so far is very satisfactory. Also, customer support staff are very quick in response and cooperative for any kind of assistance required. I can't think of any other service available in Bangalore other than this which is far more reliable than any other available services.

The experience so far is good. It has made my life so much easier. But there are a few issues with the app: 1. The customer has no option to cancel a booking in the morning. 2. The customer support usually doesn't pick up calls. 3. Mails are rarely answered. 4. The wait time for co-passengers, i.e., 10 minutes is too long. And sometimes it gets extended till 15 to 20 minutes. The company should be strict about the wait time and introduce automatic cancellation once the wait time is exceeded.

Just before lockdown I purchased the monthly pack, but I never took a ride. At that time I was told that the money will get refunded back to my wallet. But no amount has been refunded back to wallet or to my bank account. Have contacted them multiple times. They have even stoped responding back to the mail's. And can't even reach them on call. It is a great service providing door to door delivery at an offordable price. A real lifesaver for people staying far away from their offices. Only small improvement could be the routing i.e. sometimes you could be clubbed with a person from a different route and that ends up adding an extra half an hour to your journey hence giving the 4 star. Otherwise great service!

My experience so far has been smooth. > Smart arrival and pick up time options; the delays are few, and when there is a delay it's never been more than 10-15 minutes > Affordable and good for the environment > Good cabs > App needs improvement, sometimes does not update the driver's location efficiently > Absolutely no hassle of getting any other cab. Pooling system is much better than all other pooling services. > Customer care is prompt when you call the helpdesk

If you are planning to organise your life with gettowork thinking it will provide you a scheduled pickup and drop then stay away from the app. The driver will sometime show up 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time or sometime even if you are the first pickup you will be picked up 30 minutes late. The office drop time is also delayed in the process.

Wanted some details before buying a package..sent and email, called the service number. No response. Difficult to trust. Update: Finally got an email response and decided to check the trial package that offered 3 rides. First two rides came on time, the third one did not. It's impossible to connect to the driver and customer care. Really wanted this to work but don't think I trust them enough to buy a more expensive package.

Cannot rate this app as zero otherwise I would have, bought their 1week plan.They did allow me to select a pickup location and app gave different location to the driver,app allowed me to select a location for which they don't provide a service to and later change the location to where they provide service to.The customer care promised refund yet nothing happened.So don't go for this app.

Very bad experience on the second ride itself. Driver is very new to app and its operations so he had ended the ride after the pick up. Too much of hangup was happening while entering the PIN. App require lot of changes and updates. Also one suggestion is that do not assign un-trained people for rides bcz it extra time to reach the destination as well as driver took the wrong route as he was unable to navigate the google map.
