I appreciated their service. But, My recent experience hurt my feelings for the brand. My experience: in this suddenly spiking covid situation. I wanted to cancel my pass as they are allowing 100% occupancy in shuttl ac buses with about 30+ persons, which is resulting direct body contact. When I asked for a full refund of unused pass amount they simply declined it with 25% cancellation fee policy. Update: They took effort and call back and extended my pass validity as a solution.

One day shuttle pass My pickup point before 5 min and I waited 15 min but after called customer care then come to know pass already gone.Also they frequently changed morning alot timing due to this not able to use shuttle.And have to cancel pass with 25% deduction which is very high.Also in covid situation travel with full capacity , sitting passanger with touching each other.

No doubt it's one of the very famous company which don't give a damn about their customers and don't have any ethics. Customer care is doing their work with full enthusiasm (sarcasm). Either the shuttle is late or it leaves before time... Getting late for some reason is understandable but leaving early is beyond understanding..

App is fine. But only one bus available on my route right now. Driver behaviour is also an issue. You might get to book a seat but driver can miss pickup point and you are left helpless on the road. Date: 5th March 2021 Booked again for 7:12pm. Sadly again the same issue with HR55AF5842. The driver would just not care if he has a pickup assigned or not. Happily driving away without any care for the pickup. Started on NH8 becuase of thr utter mismanagement from Shuttle. Avoid them

The service is good, on time pick up, but they don't stop in between, that's a pproblem.. My stop comes between technopolis and dlf 1, I am supposed to get down just after the newtown bridge ends.. But the driver never listens. Another thing is that from my phone whenever I press 'boarded' option it never gets accepted. I don't know why... Please try to fix this issue.

I had a shocking experience with the app today. Today I saw that they deducted Rs 600 from my linked paytm wallet for a 10 ride pass when I was not even logged in to the app. How did the pass got purchased without my authorisation? Moreover I came to know of the purchase from my paytm sms notification. Why is there no sms notification from shuttl itself for the purchase of the pass? This is a serious security issue.Bus stop not detecting correctly on app - bug.

1. Dont charge customers for missed rides. we trust you with our money by buying your pass. dont exploit that trust by taking money for service we didnt get from you. Asking a customer to book the next ride which happens to be 1 or more hour later also isnt the solution. we go to office hence have a schedule to keep. 2. why do your passes have an artificial expiry date? does the money we pay you have an expiry date?

Horrible app. Install this app only if you want to get cheated out of your hard eaened money. The shuttl never stops at the designated boarding point. The customer care is rude and unhelpful, and they REFUSE to refund your money.
