myCompanion, the App for haemodialysis patients in NephroCare clinics. You will be able to see a summary of your treatments, any prescribed medication and lab results. Additionally, the app includes a learning section, providing you with useful tips around dialysis and tasty recipes for dialysis- friendly cooking. Please ask your clinic team for help with getting access to the app.
