Very bad. I placed my order for delivery, and kept waiting for an hour for it. In the end, they told me the order was placed for pickup. Even though I was 100% sure I placed it for delivery, I even put my delivery address. They didn't give me a refund and foodora's help service was not helpful at all. Deleted the app after the first order.

I'm sorry if I sound rude, This is absolute glitchiest experience of any app ever for me. I was waiting for my food in the lobby of my student residence, because no matter which wifi i used, and even on data, this app constantly crashed, and wasn't updating unless after many tries each time it would. I'm sorry I'm upset, but having a medical virus and waiting for a completely glitchy app is very frustrating. Thank You if you read this, Foodora support. I do honestly appreciate You, despite this❤

I was a regular customer but after the latest incident, I decided to boycott. First of all, every time your order goes wrong, it is impossible to get real time assistance (a single message every half an hour, an hour after the problem incurred) which makes it extra stressful. My order was sent(by default) to an old address and they initially refused to redeliver OR refund- basically it was in their policy that one needs to pay for nothing if something screws up on their end. After almost 4 hrs of negotiation, when I made it clear I wanted a refund, they dropped off my soggy noodles- said because I accepted it they wont refund. Courier told me they didnt pay him to redeliver either. 👎

Loved ordering through foodora compared to some of the other food ordering apps I have used, pretty simple UI and good user experience. Keep up the good work and I expect this to grow into much bigger than your competitors. My only request would be to not raise the delivery charge once the app grows as what the rest of your competitors seem to be doing.

App works pretty well compared to a couple years ago. Navigation isn't super slow, UI is logically laid out. Coupons aren't given out every week or anything, but enough to make it helpful. Biggest problem is time estimates: sometimes the app will show 2 times: 1 in line with the original eta, another that is more realistic. And it switches between which it'll show you, which is frustrating. They should fix that bug, and overall hold restaurants more accountable with their estimates

Great cost value compared to other food delivery apps (lots of discounts!) and the app runs seamlessly but VERY low on restaurant selection. Saturday night there was literally just 1 restaurant available as all others cancelled their delivery services. At some other times in the week there's just a few restaurants available (like 2 or 3!) and sometimes NONE. Love the app but they need to get more restaurants on board. Also they need to add a save Favourites feature. Inconvenient search without it

The app is garbage. Downloaded, setup an account, tried to make my first order and kept getting this message "Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR." Customer service was no help and even though I've closed that chat, it keeps giving my notifications about the chat about every five minutes.

CAN'T ADD TIP AFTER CHECKOUT. How is this an issue? The user should be able to control the tip amount before delivery. Doesn't matter if it is 1 minute or 30 minutes after checkout. In fact, why doesn't the app make tipping part of the delivery confirmation, like say, during Uber or Lift experiences? The app is fine otherwise.

I've had multiple orders cancelled after several hours of waiting. Tonight, I had an order say it was 1 minute away for two hours then they said I didnt respond to an email requesting further information (I did) and cancelled my order. Customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this service at all.

The referral system doesn't work. For each delivery you have to contact customer support to get someone to pick up your order. My whole ordering experience has been really bad with foodora. I'm not going to order using this app again
