    Just awful. Was told the food had been delivered even though that wasn't the case. Had to chat for 40 min with an agent until I got my money refunded. In total I waited 90 minutes for nothing, and it was supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes. Really annoying that you choose tip to the driver before the food is delivered, makes little sense. The 200 kr compensation for a ruined evening is an insult. Good bye Foodora, it's over.

    Horrible experience. Version 21.02.0 is extremely buggy. I am unable to login, menus from restaurants I can access using the desktop version are not being displayed, I keep getting the error "Something went wrong! Please try again" I tried using different phones, the error still persists. As a consequence of this, I am not able to use discount vouchers.

    Nice app, lets one have their fav food from the comfort of your home, even when it's dark and cold and snowy. And of things go wrong (as it does occasionally with all things real), you sure can count on their support systems. I love this app at least, it's been a life-saver on many occasions in Oslo.

    Missing: Dark mode. Xorporate account login/ multi account. Search filter and sort. MFA (protect with PIN or biometrics). || Annoyances: Can't like a restaurant while inside it (in the app), only from search list. Can't see or leave details on reviews.

    Bad customer service, my order came 1,5 hours late, missing drink and other stuff. When I talked to customer service they didn't believe me and wanted to give me a gift card for 100 NOK, I had to stay in chat for an hour until I got my refund.

    Got melted plastic fused with my chips 🍟, complained right away but it has been 3 days with no response from the customer support. Wrote 2 more comments on the same post, still no response. It was the first and last time I used this app to order food, Wolt beats Foodora 1.000 times...

    Not trustable. They have stopped delivering the food on time. I live in Central Oslo. The time they show changes all the time, it goes from 5 minutes to 20 minutes, stays for long on the same time etc. The last five orders of foodora have taken more than 1.5 hours while it said 20-40 minutes when I ordered. When I get my order today, I'll delete the app.

    Foodora is a great app in general, especially if you have Fatigue. However i wish there was an option to tip after the delivery rather than before you get it. Because i have stopped tipping due to some horrible deliveries where i tipped in advance but i feel bad when someone amazing and very friendly shows up that i would have happily given a tip to otherwise if it was possible afterwards.

    Terrible, terrible company and app. They mock the customers. They left the order outside the building, in the rain, and they call this home delivery. At the same time, the app is extremely messy, with no convenient search features, and many other flaws. Not recommended.

    Meals with options show the meal description instead of the option description when pressing the little question mark. This works on their website, but not in the app. Otherwise both the app and service are great. Clumsy riders perhaps, but not a big issue.

    Every single time there's a god damn problem. One time they overcharge me, another time I get the wrong items, another the delivery is delayed by an HOUR. Terrible service this, stick to walking instead.

    Usually slow delivery and often cold or lukewarm food. But the worst thing is that when you have a problem, it's just sorry have a nice evening. No refunds, no attempt at solution except pick it up yourself. If were able to walk there and pick it up, I would, instead of ordering delivery. The restaurant is really close by.

    sometimes great, but wether or not the food is warm is a toss up, and you can just forget about the tracker being accurate. it'll say 17 min, then jump to 30, then go down to 15, then jump up to 19 etc... And of course they're not above letting the tracker go all the way down to saying your food will arrive in 4 min then just cancel the whole order. even if you've ordered a day in advance.

    Extremely disappointed with cancellation system. Long time user, somehow made an error with the delivery address. They offered no way to immediately cancel the order, had to start at chat and by that time the restaurant had confirmed. So we can't get our food, they won't send the delivery person to us. The service agent was unhelpful. They do not value their customers. Would not recommend. Deleting the app

    The delivery service itself is pretty good, if occasionally slow due to demand, but the tracking and time estimate is absolute garbage. You can refresh the estimate page and watch the time just go absolutely haywire. I have also received my food while looking at an estimate of over 20 minutes. Again, the SERVICE is quite good, but the app has some major issues to work out. Also, when talking to support, auto-caps for new sentences is disabled, which is a bizarre choice.

    Great concept, terrible follow through. The orders are often confused and when you contact them for resolution they throw you in this corporate loophole session that resolves nothing. Worst they make you send emails and fill out forms when it was their mistake in the first place. I do not recommend them at all, super disappointed and a waste of time and money. You may as well pick it up yourself or deal with restaurants that actually deliver themselves.

    Ordered pick up.from a place around the corner. Was told it would be ready in ten minutes. The little box that says the restaurant received the order is checked. The little box that says they're preparing my order is checked. I get a text from foodora that says the will be ready in five minutes. I show up five minutes later and there is no food. They have just received the order. I wait ten minutes and finally get my food. I bring it home and eat it. Three hours later I get a text from foodora saying that I never picked up my food so they cancelled my order. Great job foodora.

    I dont know why I keep using this app. Maybe because it's the first food delivery app I tried and it's convenient that it's already set up. Going back out of a restaurant goes back to the top of the restaurants listing, losing my place in the list. When checking out, they collapse the list of ordered items by default so it's hard to review what was ordered. There doesnt seem to be a way to review special instructions. I'll be trying some other apps now.

    Avoid it at any cost! I ordered some food while I was on holidays in Norway and the experience was pretty bad. Not only the food was bad but also it arrived very late and they forgot one item. When I contacted their Customer service, they seemed helpful at first and after many emails they agreed on a refund for the missing item, which I accepted. I waited weeks for the refund and I asked them if there was any problem. Then they ignored my emails and I never got that refund.Not recommended at all.

    Foodora needs to get it together. My first time ordering was a mess. The restuarant didnt have what I ordered and I was only told after 30 minutes. I spoke to them as I wanted to use my friends referral code but the system wouldn't let me. They gave me a voucher. I tried ordering again last night. Same thing happened. So, now my friend and I are starving and need to order something else (we used skip the dishes). And now, the card used to pay has been charged twice for that cancelled order.

    My order was messed up by the restaurant and so I had to report my issue on their site. The UX is horrible when trying to submit a complaint to the point where I feel like it's lacking due to the fact that they don't want you to submit a complaint. After I submitted the issue asking for a re-order the ticket stated they would get in contact with me. An hour passed and I decided to just go out and buy something. I went to live chat and waited in que, when I finally got a rep I asked for a refund due to the mix up in order, the rep stated he would "ask the restaurant if they were willing to give me a refund" and the outcome would be emailed to me later. 5 business days passed no email. Foodora's customer service pales in comparison to UberEats. UberEats has a live number you are able to call when you have an issue and they give credit out of their system. TDLR; Horrible/almost non-existent customer service, with so many other food apps out there do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

    Terrible. This is second time when something was missing from my order. instead of refund, I get offerd $5 voucher for an order that cost me $30! I lost so much time talking to the app support and they just kept giving me the same answer over and over ($5 voucher). If I could I would give them less then zero. The worst costumer service ever!!

    I cannot stress enough that this is probably the worst food delivery app available. The food is always late or missing something. If you're looking to have your food delivered on time and intact you're better off using uber eats. The app lacks reliability and is over all just pretty terrible. I would've given it zero stars if possible but the one saving grace is that the app has a okay customer service. The poor customer service reps just keep giving out voucher codes as if it fixes anything.

    Support process is a royal PITA. Understaffed and inefficient. Took an hour to resolve. Other apps resolve it in 5 mins. Need to email proof outside of the app to a generic support address, need to provide them an order number that isn't copyable text. Nothing is automated in the support process, everything is manual. The rest of the app is fine, but this is a deal breaker. Other apps you just open an issue with the specific order and there's a fillable form for what type of issue you have.

    this app used to be great. i prefer foodora as a company because it seems to be able to do the bare minimum to support its riders. however, the app has recently been getting less and less useable. it'll tell me things are closed, that restaurants are not nearby, or that i cant order anything for pickup. the list goes on. the website still works fine, by the way. so something is up with the app. i have an android one edition moto x4, so i always have the latest updates on my phone.

    It's a good app, and has a good variety of restaurants on their list. Only issue I have, is that it asks to tip the driver BEFORE the food has been delivered. Now here in Norway, we tip people for good work, and MANY of the drivers are just awful. Refusing to come to the door, calling to ask where you live etc etc. Some who comes by car even refuses to get out of the car. So I would love for a tipping system that let you tip after delivery, because there are good people amongst the bad apples.

    Very buggy. Due to lags and bugs, the app placed an order that shouldn't have done... I got charged even though the app showed the restaurant was closed and didn't get an in-app confirmation of my order. I contacted Customer Support in-app and never got a response. I'm switching to UberEats: more reliable and faster service... and uninstalling the app.

    Better than all the other apps. Cheaper service fees, and the drivers seem to be *smarter* than with other food apps. My problem is the delivery window is never accurate, which is really frustrating. It will give you an approximate amount of time for the delivery to arrive ( ex. approx. 39 mins to arrive), but this time can stay without changing, even though its 20 mins later. It would also be nice if you could tip after your delivery is received; I'm not gonna tip before I get my delivery.

    NEVER USE THIS APP this company takes so long to deliver things that it's sometimes easier to get on a bus and get it yourself. I waited 2 hours .the app also randomly deletes your payment information and the employee's will tell you it's your credit card when it's really their app not working . also they only deliver from one lcbo in Ottawa. I gave it a second try, it was a 90 minute wait time so I tried to cancel it but the guy gave me the wrong code and than ignored me for 40 minutes.

    Honestly, I don't recommend them at all. This app is great WHEN IT WORKS, but even then 90% of the time your order gets cancelled, or your order will go through and then get cancelled after waiting two hours. Now all of a sudden their system is glitched on payments and "it's your payment method" and clearly not the fact that this app breaks every single day. Did I mention the part where ordering is disabled sometimes hours at a time? Used to be good, now this app is a clear 2/10.

    I've used this app about 5 times. The last time, food never showed up, and contacting foodora had me waiting in a chat queue for over 15 minutes. The app screwed up on the driver's end so he couldn't see my address, so the food arrived 30 minutes late and was cold & soggy. All foodora does is refund the delivery fee. I'll never use them again.

    Why do they even have a option to pick up the food yourself if it is still going to be more expensive than ordering directly from the restaurant? They should negotiate a commission from the restaurant rather than trying to fool the customer regarding what the actual price is. If you pick up the food yourself, they surely aren't adding a service worth the 12.5% extra it costs when ordering through them!!

    It's not really the app per se the issue, it's just how bad expectations are managed. I ordered food with this app on multiple occasions and 2/3 times it would be late. Really late. If it says 30 minutes, it ends up being over an hour. That's not cool when you are dealing with hungry people. If you know before hand that food can take an hour to get to you, you may choose something else or deal with it.

    There's a solid diversity of restaurants available, but every now and then literally all of them will be mysteriously "temporarily closed" all at the same time. Also, you can't change the tip amount after placing the order, so your tip stands regardless of how good or bad the service actually is. This app is honestly kind of an ad for Uber Eats.

    Be aware of false notifications! Terrible customer service! I got a notification on my phone that a restaurant had free delivery. I clicked on the notification and got sendt directly to their menu. I placed my order, and there - I had paid for delivery. When contacting them they said that this was a "technical issue I am afraid" and that it was "correct to pay for delivery from this restaurant". This is absolutely unbelievable? No refund what so ever? Is this even legal?

    Their customer service is APPALLING. By far the worst delivery service company. If you use their customer service chat, they'll just end the chat if they get the sense that their run-around tactics aren't working. If you email them they just don't respond. They will never own up to mistakes on their end or a bad/wrong delivery. Seriously the worst.

    First time using foodora: simply it doesn't match the expectations. 45 minutes expected waiting time, actual waiting time 100 minutes. Chat service very prompt, but most of the time doesn't provide any more information than the app itself. My suggestion: develop a model where the delivery man has the incentive of delivering on time (eg: rider reviews, tip goes after the delivery not before); give the exact or actual waiting/delivery time as there is nothing worse than having a hungry person not delivering the food he/she'd expect.

    Organization of food types could be better. Also the time it took to get help on the customer service chat on the app took brutally long. I had made the mistake of ordering to the wrong address, and in the half an hour time of waiting for "2 people in front of me in the chat," I took matters into my own hands and called the restaurant myself, and the delivery person was kind enough to change the address since it was much closer to the orginal one.

    Ya sure, free delivery if you spend $15 or more right now, but keep in mind you're not gonna get your food for what starts at 39 minutes to more then an HOUR LATER. I've used their services quite a few times, this is a common issue with them. I called the resturant and my food is sitting there, but my driver just needs to come pick it up. At this point I might as well go pick It up. What's the point of using this app if this is how it's gonna be? Why bother using them if theirs better services

    The driver went the WRONG way. Doesn't make sense if they have access to GPS and google maps to be able to find the fastest way from the restaurant to the delivery address, on top of it, the location of the driver doesn't update as quickly as uber eatr or skipthedishes. And you cant contact the driver unlike uber eats/skipthedishes. I only used to get the 10$ referral code. Ill never use this app again.

    Had to uninstall tonight and go with UberEats. For weeks the app has been saying "payment not authorized due to system error: contact CSR". there is no issue with my credit card - it works fine on UberEats. when I contacted support their suggestion was to use Gpay or PayPal... lol.. what?     I've been using the app for over a year, it's simple and works well, never had a problem. Delivery prices were fair, and I've benefitted from a few promos as well. Recently I received some half-cooked food, and the restaurant said to contact Foodora. I was informed the restaurant decided not to offer compensation (restaurant's problem), but Foodora still offered a refund and discount on next order, turning this into a good experience. That's how customer service should be done, thanks Foodora.

    Straight trash app. Its either disabled for delivery in my area, or they double the delivery time, only to cancel after almost two hours. Then you wait a week for a refund. CUSTOMER SERVICE is also absolutely useless and dreadful, thats if you can even get a hold of them (The chat queue is usually over 15 and it takes an hour to get through to anyone). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Use SkipTheDishes or UberEats or DoorDash or LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE!!!!

    I would give zero stars if I could. Our food took about three times as long as it should have to arrive and when it did tasted like it had been sitting out in the winter cold. We understand delays can happen, but foodora made no attempt to rectify the situation even after multiple attempts to reach out. They simply didnt answer and we never received any compensation for our 50 dollar meal which was inedible. Horrible customer service, we will never use foodora again.

    At first it was awesome being able to order from Lcbo, with no minimum. Then when they added the $4.00 delivery charge , still reasonable not a problem. But then they switched to 15 dollar minimum with $5.99 delivery fee still okay not great but whatever.     Worst experience ever. The app makes you pay in advance for the food delivered. I ordered the food and payed for it. However the food was not delivered to me. They claim they called my phone number, but I received no calls. Finally my money was not refunded nor was my food redelivered. The customer support service is really bad. There is only a chat Or email option where u can raise your concerns. The customer service just blames everything on the customer and offer no refund.

So, if you want a tasty brewskie to help wash down a pizza slice or a burger n fries - they can deliver both right to your door. I have never been disappointed with their service.     The people providing support are great There was an issue with finding my work location because it kept showing the back door not the front . Foodora responded quickly and efficiently . Although my food was delayed because of communication error with the driver , foodora customer support was very helpful and delivered. The app is super easy to use and tracking is so efficient.

    I had high hopes for this, as I would use UberEats weekly when I lived in London. Unfortunately, this app offers a very small selection of food, and there is a high delivery fee if you live outside of the city centre. No vegan options and few vegetarian or allergy-friendly options. Hopefully the selection will improve with time, as Deliveroo has only been operating in my city for a couple of months. Until then, however, I can't use it.

    Not a great experience all around. App doesnt have a map to search from. This is needed if you intend to pickup and want an idea of whats around you. Worst part is the referral system. After several referrals i never got my credit. Was told the peoples orders didnt meet the criteria. This criteria is not stated in the terms and conditions of the app and only available on the website.

Multiple times when we look it says unavailable in our area be back in 15...not a great app or service so we have stopped using it altogether. We used to order a lot but have stopped, not worth it

Whenever I asked the help center, the answer was always the same: "I should talk with the restaurant, they can't do anything" So I advice you guys to give your orders directly from the restaurant, it's more easier. Foodora doesn't have any function on your orders anyway...

And, might sound crazy, but please let me choose if I want my food to be delivered in a car or on a bike because it really makes a difference in the food temperature and texture. What this app does is: boost the price of the food compared to the restaurant, deny the cards I want to pay with and mix addresses after I order food so that my food gets delivered to the wrong address. This very kind biker offered to come to the right address with my food, so I'm very pleased about his service - but he has to ride for free now while I get cold food. So it's a lose-lose situation.     Worse app out of all the food delivery apps out there. Constant issues with queuing orders which delay delivery times, not much selection in my area, and you're unable to select the delivery point - making drivers circle around and around to find my place. If it wasn't for the credits I have in my account, I would stop using this app. My last order was supposed to arrive in 50 mins but instead took double the time. I was not impressed.

    Orders often have issues, getting refunded is a hassle. When you're expecting your food and need to chat to two different people, take pictures and write an email to get refunded and end up having to order something else entirely from elsewhere, you can say the app is unreliable and the service that comes with it terrible. Would recommend almost any other option.

    Worst food delivery service. Don't order even if they give you coupons. I ordered my food and got confirmation about it. It clearly said the restaurant has received the order and gave me an order id. I kept on waiting and even after ages it was stuck on the same stage. I called the restaurant to ask if they received my order and they said they never did. On top of it they never have agents available to chat. There is no phone number to contact in case of emergency. The only option was to email and the support still hasn't got back to me. Please save yourself some time by not downloading this app.

    Estimated delivery times are consistently false. Received ice cold burger and fries 40 minutes later than they were supposed to be here and had to change plans for the afternoon. As compensation for the problem we were offered a refund on our $1 delivery fee(!?) The support agent then proceeded to tell us that we "shouldn't make plans until we've received our order". Uninstalled. The worst food delivery app available.

Figured it was a one off so decided to try it again today and the app said my order would be here in 25 mins. At min 14 the restaurant cancelled the order. So I figured I would contact customer service by chat. I told them I was very disappointed with my experiences and the agent didn't care at all about losing a customer. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no. Never use.

    It's really a hit or miss with this app based service. Is it not possible to build a feature in the app which indicates high demand in an area, which might possibly lead to a bit of a delay? It's not fair to a paying customer when they spend time picking a restaurant with a quick ETA of 25 mins and immediately after placing the order, it changes to 65 mins. Plus, you don't even realize your order hasn't been confirmed by the restaurant due to no driver until you contact customer service

    4/5 times there will be an issue if you use foodora , horrible customer service ,the tracker is garbage and it will most likely take you two hours to get cold food and no one from customer service will assist you,my correction they will tell you to take a picture of cold food. If you want cold food and bad customer service you'll probably love the app! otherwise you're better off pulling out 4day leftovers from the fridge because it wont take two hours and it then dealing with foodora's service

Keep up the good work and I expect this to grow into much bigger than your competitors.     I was a regular customer but after the latest incident, I decided to boycott. First of all, every time your order goes wrong, it is impossible to get real time assistance (a single message every half an hour, an hour after the problem incurred) which makes it extra stressful. My order was sent(by default) to an old address and they initially refused to redeliver OR refund- basically it was in their policy that one needs to pay for nothing if something screws up on their end. After almost 4 hrs of negotiation, when I made it clear I wanted a refund, they dropped off my soggy noodles- said because I accepted it they wont refund. Courier told me they didnt pay him to redeliver either. 👎

    Twice now (out of 5 orders total), I've placed my order and the time counts down to zero, but the app still only says they've received my order - not even that the food is being prepared. When contacting customer service they say that my order wasn't put through because they don't have enough drivers. This is an hour later! Why is there no communication about this unless I messaged? If they start to act like they value their customer's time, maybe it would be a good service, but as it is, no.

Why would you add tip before you receive an order.. what if it goes missing, is bad quality, has only some items- The things that determine what you tip! You gotta fix this and obviously have the add tip button on app after food is delivered.. not many people have cash on them these days and why the heck would you tip prior to delivery.     Every single time i try to order food there always seems to be a problem with the app, I always get a message saying that they temporarily had to suspend orders in my area and that it will run in the next 15 to 20mins. I always have to wait more than 20mins and when it does work it only works for about 10mins and then I get the message again. I've only been able to order something 1 time because I'm always getting the same message. Delivery takes very long as well.

Their delivery people dont know how to find an address because the app doesn't pin point the right address. They dont care about customer support or customer retention.     Won't let me order from wine rack even though I have several about 3.5km from my house, says this is too far for delivery. However it's perfectly fine to recommend delivery from a flower shop 4.3 km from my house. Searching for wine rack on the app yields no results for me and googling online reveals no way to specify the location of a restaurant. Makes me wonder if they intentionally shy away from closest location to charge more.

    I have used foodora a couple of times and mostly had a good experience until I placed an order that did not arrive, I contacted their support chat and after 50 minutes they didn't have and answer for me. when I requested a refund they then told me to send an email to another support address and explain the situation again. The whole process took 80 minutes. The customer support is quite poor and for that reason I do not recommend using this company.

But all get eclipsed by the time that the delivery courier didn't have my information (phone and buzzer - system error). They asked me for the info by email when he arrived, then he tried once to call me (phone did not ring) and left. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby. No information about my order whatsoever. Contacted support and it was AWEFUL, 22 people in line for the chat and 1.5 hours to respond to my email!

    App works pretty well compared to a couple years ago. Navigation isn't super slow, UI is logically laid out. Coupons aren't given out every week or anything, but enough to make it helpful. Biggest problem is time estimates: sometimes the app will show 2 times: 1 in line with the original eta, another that is more realistic. And it switches between which it'll show you, which is frustrating. They should fix that bug, and overall hold restaurants more accountable with their estimates

    Foodora is decent, and I prefer to use it compared to Uber eats. Delivery is always cheap which is nice, deals happen decently often and they're good. The referral awards are excellent, delivery is reasonable but admittedly is longer than the competitor most of the time. The app suffered from not having a delivery interface as good as Uber eats, with their app I can always know where the driver is and when he gets here but Foodora is more unclear. Overall I recommend trying the app.

Sometimes the promo banners hide menus, making it difficult / impossible to select item listed at the bottom of the page.     Service has gone way down. I'm going from 5 star to 2 because their delivery times are insane. They clearly have a problem keeping drivers Becuase I consistently wait over 1.5-2hrs for food. They have been kind and processed refunds while not cancelling orders, but they could provide no info for me about whether my food sits out at unsafe temps for hours at a time while waiting for pickup. The order I am currently waiting for was places 2h7m ago and still no food.

    Edit: the apps won't work correctly now and I have to use my computer to use vouchers and complete an order. The wait times are obscene and unpredictable. A 30 minute estimate has jumped to a 70 minute estimate...after 30 minutes already went by. Most often this means you will not get your order as this was the case 2/3 times when my time estimate changed like crazy. This is a reoccurring problem and I don't recommend using foodora at all anymore.

Saturday night there was literally just 1 restaurant available as all others cancelled their delivery services. At some other times in the week there's just a few restaurants available (like 2 or 3!) and sometimes NONE. Love the app but they need to get more restaurants on board. Also they need to add a save Favourites feature. Inconvenient search without it

    I used this app once and it was really bad. Many of the restaurants only do pick up. Not having a car I was stuck. The chat help was useless and left the chat before the problem was reconciled. I had to call the restaurant twice and download a secondary app to get my food delivered. Will just go with skip the dishes next time. Food was cheaper in that app too.

They said they would get the "relevant team" to look into it. Shortly after the order canceled and said the restaurant closed. I know the restaurant is still open. foodora is lacking the algorithms and people required to compete in this market.

    It's a good alternative and when it works, it works great. More often than not the delivery team can fumble your food and it's ruined/cold/late when you receive it. After speaking with customer service multiple times they will submit a standard $7 voucher even if your complaint was about a $10 order or even at $50 order. I don't have much reason to stay with foodora. They keep botching my orders then giving me an insignificant "apology voucher".

    Not just once, but three times have I given foodora a shot and every single time my food comes over an hour late from when expected (i.e. order food at 5pm, says it will be come at 6pm, shows up at 7pm). Also when tracking drivers each time they always go past my place and seem to do multiple deliveries although they go right by my place. Sorry foodora really wanted to like it as there is good selection, but significantly disappointed with the results consistently.

    App seems fine, but absurd customer service/restaurant operations. Don't be surprised if food ordered in tact, only to get a cancelation at the very moment the food is expected to be delivered. Not when it's being picked up or shortly after order, but the minute it's "arriving" at your door, it's cancelled. Doesn't make sense and no logical explanation by Foodora. You'll get fulk refund and small credit but...sigh, beggars can't be choosers I guess.

    This is my 1st review ever that's less than a 5-Star. After order placement- the delivery time was 35 min. When I checked after 30 min it went up to 75 min. I contacted customer support of Foodora and they informed me that all orders in my area been postponed due to excessive demand. It was unacceptable. You cannot keep a hungry man waiting for 30 min and then delay the delivery indefinitely. I believe you have started this venture without adequate preparation and ground works.

    My 2 experiences: I ordered from a local store, entire time app said it was 2 minutes away then push it back . After 3 hours the store closed and they cancelled. Other time I ordered a case of beer from a local liquor store. Site was mislabeled and they delivered me a different (extremely garbage) brand of beer. Instead of offering to correct the issue or get me the right product I paid for they offered me a 7 dollar credit (small percent of what I paid). Stick with Skip the Dishes or Ubereats.

    Not as reliable as STD or Doordash in my city. First order - due to the menu in the app not matching what they actually had in the store I only recieved drinks and no food on top of that it was over 2 hours late. I got refunded the amount I spent and technically lost the 10$ referral. Foodora gave me a 7$ voucher for that mishap which I used for my second order. Second order - was over 2 hours late. I assume they have very few drivers in my city because it was the same guy both times.

Sent an email on Dec 13, they said they'd apply a voucher to my account. They didn't. Emailed again Dec 22, they said they would escalate the issue to management to get me what I was promised.     Twice now we have lost money for items that were not delivered, or were not the correct item. The first time we did not recieve the item at all and were given a voucher less than the cost of the missing item, that we couldn't use at the store we ordered from, and expired after a week. The second time we provided a photo of what we ordered versus what we recieved and were not refunded the difference, with no explanation as to why. You risk losing money using this service, but options are limited.

    The new update has broken a few things. The little i for more info on a menu item doesnt work, it causes the app to crash. Some restaurants dont have the description formatted so that you can read the whole thing. The estimated time changes and isn't the same between the order detail biew and the main screen.

    good for when I'm beat and still have yet to eat dinner... found a new fave thai place too. wish the tracking was a little more accurate though, so I'm not sitting outside waiting even though the bike icon says it's just around the corner. EDIT: even with the occasional wrong order, the coordination between the app and the restaurants to fix it for you is pretty awesome. you can get app credit or your order re-sent.

    The customer service is actually garbage. One time, I had to wait over 30 mins after placing my order to get notified that my food is running late. 5 mins after, they tell me my order is cancelled for no apparent reason. They dont even tell me why it took them so long to realize that the restaurant didnt receive my order. I tried to talk to someone about it to find out more about why this happens and they tell me customer support will contact me only if they think it's a problem. they never did.

It is written that I need to wait 35 minutes, the count down starts... then it's getting extended and extended... That's not a good thing for the image of the service/company.     The app: The cuisine/attribute filters are not well organized, the apartment number has to be cleary visible in the address box. The service: There was no tracking info available with my delivery, the driver was late, and there is no option to evaluate any of these in the app!

    Huge problema with the delivery service. Ordered food at 10pm... said food would be delivered at 1030. Did not say AM or PM. So turns out it was to be delivered the next day... We tried to contact someone but the chat service was unavailable. The delivery guy tried to deliver the next day and called... We said we tried to call you guys to cancel can you please return the food? They refused to refund it and threw the food in the garbage. Awful customer service and an unclear website...

    I tried to order with foodora after being given a code at the train station. my order was canceled after waiting 45 min due to "technical issues". that used up all the money in my account so i did not have enough to order anymore food for my family that night. I had to wait a week to get money back. The same thing happened to my wife last week. Stay away unless you have tons of cash to spare.

    Foodora has to be the worst of all of the food delivery services. They're constantly not able to deliver in my area (downtown Toronto) due to "high volume" while every other delivery service is able to do so. This is very frustrating. I've only been able to order once in 20 attempts.

    I previously had a review with 4 stars but unfortunately felt the need to change it. I used to promote foodora because the rates are cheaper than UberEats and SkipTheDish but on my 2 last orders, it has taken them up to 2 hours to deliver them which is ridiculous. People don't have all day to wait around for their food. They do compensate with vouchers afterwards but still keep in mind u will wait quite a while before getting your food no matter the distance of the resto. Mine was 15min away.

    when I ordered the food it said 50 min in total for a restaurant that is 3.3km away from my home. I get that the waiting is usually 1 hour for food delivery anywayn BUT after I rec'd the notification saying the food has been picked up by the rider, the time has changed to 71min to just to my house after I already waited 30min for the food to be prepared. so really a bad experience

    The app is garbage. Downloaded, setup an account, tried to make my first order and kept getting this message "Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR." Customer service was no help and even though I've closed that chat, it keeps giving my notifications about the chat about every five minutes.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE. Edit: I tried to ask help desk how to review a restaurant and they said I have to order again. I asked why I can't just review it and they left the chat. The registration process is horrible. Spent 5 minutes trying to submit my password but it was just not doing anything. I realized it was probably too long but there is literally zero feedback to say that.

    I hate ordering food over the phone so much, that I end up going to the restaurant nearby and order the same old pizza. This was the first time I wanted a food other than my good old pizza, that I started looking for anything other than Uber eats, and Fodora helped me like a magic! Very good onboarding and UX experience, great job product team!

    CAN'T ADD TIP AFTER CHECKOUT. How is this an issue? The user should be able to control the tip amount before delivery. Doesn't matter if it is 1 minute or 30 minutes after checkout. In fact, why doesn't the app make tipping part of the delivery confirmation, like say, during Uber or Lift experiences? The app is fine otherwise.

    This app works better than other food delivery apps. I like it alot. I would like to see more ingredients listed in some dishes, as you just don't know what you're getting sometimes. I would like to see foodora offer more vegan and vegetarian restaurants. I would like to see non vegetarian and vegan restaurants offer their vegetarian and vegan options under a separate header.

    App is fine and I didn't have any issues. i just did a Norton scan on my apps and this app sends all your info to Facebook, which is not stated in the privacy policy. I do not have a Facebook account for a reason. I've deleted this app. There was also a recent tv report stating they charge to users but delivery ppl take home the least.

    I've had the app installed for a while but never ordered with it. The password reset option doesn't work & I'm still waiting for the reset email. I figured out my password & placed an order with a 37 min ETA. After an hour of waiting & no driver assigned, I connected to customer service chat who kept repeating "sorry for the inconvenience" & refused to cancel my order. I ended up picking up my order myself and found out it wasn't submitted until I complained. Got my food 90 mins after ordering

    Minimal choices. Long waits compared to other food delivery service. Delivery person took my food away from me and then the delivery time estimate increased. No agent was available for support. Eventually food arrived and it was normal, but wouldn't order again due to the poor experience.

    Works often enough. With everything going on seems like delivery just won't be available sometimes. We haven't had nearly as many problems with Foodora as we've had with Skip the Dishes (that we no longer use). Decent options, the app works pretty well easy to navigate. The timer is great too for when I ordered while on the streetcar and ran in to pick up while transfering.

    I dont understand who this app is for. Every aspect of it takes so incredibly long compared to apps like uber eats. I can only imagine that this business exhists to service people who just sit around all day and have nothing to do. My very first order took 1hr and 30 mins and my compensation was only a 7$ credit I guess to keep me using your garbage service. Also why is a restaurant 4 blocks away from me 3.99 delivery fee?! Its not a surprise to me that you have no restaraunts in Vancouver.

    I have to be nearing 50% of order placed being cancelled by Foodora. There is zero accountabilty in ordering/ delivery, my orders are often cancelled or extremely late, and their support staff are clearly checked-out and uncaring. Plus they send you such a cute email to let you know you'll get a refund within 10 days and why not chsck out their other options (that will get cancelled too). gfy

    Added everything to my order. Wanted to proceed to checkout, but the app wouldn't let me enter my phone number. Got error msg "invalid phone number", I double checked the country code still didn't work. Then I tried to update my account, then it wouldn't let me enter my email. Not Worth using for me if the app is not working smoothly. Not worth another try.

    When i started using this app a month ago they had way more restaurants that delivered to my area and accepted Google pay but not anymore. There are very limited restaurants in my area and Google pay is not an option anymore, PayPal is not working either. Their price is very good tho but because of the limited options it's just not the preferred app to use

    Delivery was 3 hours, they refunded me which was the least they could do and then gave me 9 dollars off, except it only applies to an order over 19 dollars (before tax and delivery) so more or less dupes you into spending more than you would. Terrible service, just awful really.

    I've had multiple orders cancelled after several hours of waiting. Tonight, I had an order say it was 1 minute away for two hours then they said I didnt respond to an email requesting further information (I did) and cancelled my order. Customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this service at all.

    I was going to order from the website, but found a discount code for the app. However, the restaurant doesn't seem to exist in the app. I entered the exact address of the restaurant, and the app returned 0 restaurants in the area. (I know I'm supposed to give a delivery address, but I was going to pick it up myself.) Should be possible to search for the restaurant name without applying location.

    This has to be the worst food delivery app from a service standpoint. I've used the app more than 5 times to order food and every single time, my order has taken almost twice as long to deliver than the estimated delivery time. Going to delete this app because they are terrible at holding their affiliated restaurants accountable.
