FJ Assessoria Esportiva serves athletes from various cities inside and outside Brazil by prescribing and monitoring training for athletes with various fitness levels and different goals.
With a team of professionals able to help you achieve your goals safely and efficiently.
FJ Assessoria has a methodology developed from over 10 years of experience and several certifications in training courses together with nationally and internationally renowned coaches in sports training.
Application Tool:
- Individual and specific training spreadsheet.
- Send and receive training feedback to your coach;
- Integration with devices (Strava, Garmin, TomTom and others);
- Schedule of events with the participation of FJ Assessoria.
- Wall of warnings and messages;
- Educational and informative videos about running.
- Pace, speed and final time forecast calculators in tests.
- Definition of your objectives and goals;
- Locations and training schedules of FJ Assessoria Esportiva.
- Physical assessment;
- Performance tests;
At FJ Assessoria Esportiva, we have a team of coaches who have experience with sports training and have certifications from entities such as; the IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations), Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB), Brazilian Athletics Confederation (CBAt), Brazilian Triathlon Confederation (CBtri).
