This app is horrible. It takes FOREVER trying to log in or link to my email then after I put in the correct code it says failed & emails me a new code. Did this about 8 times for almost 30 minutes and wasted my time. It just let me go in as guest which is okay but doesn't save or log progress. And even as a guest, the app sucks horribly. VERY disappointed. I was excited but now I'm just mad & upset. Hopefully I can link the Bluetooth to a new different app.

The UI is nice, however the distance is not been calculated/displayed correctly for my treadmill JF-H40DA. It seems to be displaying 1/10 of the actual distance.

Worthless App. App does not sync well with treadmill I have. Ancheer 2 n 1 foldable treadmill. I can't track my progress each day I use treadmill. The nice pics you see display on preview of this app does not exist in the app. I tried to change display view while walking to take my mind off of walking. I will see my time and how mant miles I walked while I'm walking. But as soon as I stop I can't save that information in the app. Please work on this app more to compliment my treadmill.

Tried it with the ARCHEER treadmill. Keeps disconnecting and also could only start and stop the treadmill. Speed control didn't work.

Needs a ton of work. you have to resync with the treadmill evertime you stop and start. the statistics are a joke. it doesnt compile any data. every time you stopped it creates a new workout. Since I'm using a treadmill desk and stop and start a lot when I look at a day's worth of data I have about 20 separate sessions that I have to add up in my head to see how far I've gone. also there's no pause button. It would be great if you could pause it instead of stopping. Hoping they do updates on this

This app is not working on my phone or tablet. It won't connect to either. I tried to connect to help via on line chat, emailed and called. No one to answer any questions, there is no one available. Only a very unhelpful bot! So, really can't enjoy all the features of my brand new expensive treadmill. Very frustrated!

I am a fresh user of the app, so I cannot say about disconnections etc. mentioned by other users. The app connected to my treadmill and works quite well. However, there is one huge problem with trust. The app requires "PHONE" permission and if you refuse, it will NOT connect to the machine (which is the only reason I use this app). The developers likely want the IMEI code of the phone to synchronize data, but this is a huge trust violation. Additionally the app could call e.g. South Africa...

Went from just ok to terrible! I understand this is a beta app, but it should be in a beta program that users can opt into. This app is not usable in it's current form, as the buttons at the bottom of the screen are covered by the software buttons on my device. Further, it erased all of the data that I had from the previous version. I do not understand how this made it past any QA testing in current form.

Needs lots of work and it's not meant for the USA since it Doesn't support Miles, just Kilometers. It doesn't sync with ANYTHING of value like FitBit, Google Fit, Samsung Health, etc so whatever you run, don't expect it to show up anywhere. Also, the only the thing the app allows is to start and stop the treadmill from the app, big deal!!! I wish I had access to the APIs, I would write something a lot better! Works ok for rowing (connected to Topiom rower). Here's what needs to improve: when capturing rowing - increase the size of the numbers being shown on the screen (time, distance, etc.). Also, move it up higher in the screen so that it's more clearly visible. When placed on the Topiom rowing monitor "shelf" the shelf itself hides the numbers. Also, summary data has recently become broken. For instance, according to the app last night I rowed 15912 kilometers, and that took me 1 second. I wish. Clearly that needs to be fixed. Lastly, please figure out how to connect these data into Google Fit so I can track my rowing alongside all the other activities I'm tracking with Google Fit. Thanks.
