This app is ok but the sleep reporting needs improvement. If I wake up during the night for more than 15 minutes it only records sleep time from when I go back to sleep, so showing I slept only 3 hours, or whatever, which isn't accurate. It also skips days at a time in recording steps. I checked it on the 10th and there is nothing for the first 3 days of the week. This app is pretty unreliable.

I have to say, the way FitCloud interacts with the Bluetooth function of my phone is unsatisfactory. FitCloud disconnects my Bluetooth headset every day around noon, which is bad enough. But if I happen to step away from my smartwatch, FitCloud throws a tantrum, refusing to allow the phone to stay connected to my Bluetooth headset. Today, after leaving my watch to charge, I ended up having to force-close FitCloud to be able to keep the headset connected. Unacceptable!

This app worked for a couple of years. I don't know what happened but I am now deleting it and that means my watch won't work. Money wasted. CPU is compromised in that this app is now using a lot of battery and I keep getting messages that my CPU is overheating and using a LOT of battery. Let me know via email when you fix this problem!! I'm gone!

7/14/2019 **update about getting rid of train whistle** settings - notifications - all the way at the bottom "disconnect reminder" move ball icon all the way left and it will turn off. that seemed to work for me. hope this works for all those wanting to rid themselves of that annoying noice. also want to rid myself of the 'train whistle'. I'm using for the water reminder. That seems to work ok. So...how to turn off the whistle. I cannot have this going off at my job. My PHONE MUST BE SILENT. I am deleting the app until this is fixed. By not having my phone muted, I have the potential of losing my job. I can't afford to let that happen. please let me know when this is fixed.

From 5 down to a 2..... The app just keeps notifying me of itself. The problem is draining my power and causing glitches, as every time it does this I'm forced to swipe away the announcement before returning you what I was doing. It's very frustrating as it comes in 3 times while I'm composing a text. It didn't used to do this, I got an update one day and it's been like this since! Please help, as I really want to love my watch again.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the band. I have horrible insomnia and really wanted this to monitor my sleep. I checked my phone at 8:39, after I had gotten up, showered, applied makeup, blew my hair dry, made my bed, cleaned up a dog accident, and got coffee. It indicated that I had awakened at 8:32 and was in deep sleep prior to that. I got a lot done in 7 minutes! What a huge disappointment!

The weather option is nice however Fahrenheit should be an option as well as Celsius. The heart monitor is fantastic and I love that it syncs with Google Fit however the blood pressure reading does not sync. I cannot send a suggestion through the app regardless of how I format it I am told the format is incorrect and it will not send. the calories burned does not take into consideration the activity level. It seems to rely on only on steps.

I like my watch that uses this app and the app itself is fine but somewhere in your permissions it allows itself to turn off the Bluetooth if you're not wearing the watch. I can't seem to find anywhere to turn that off and it's a real PITA because it keeps my phone from pairing with my car, my headphones, speaker or any other Bluetooth device. 🙄 I have to force stop the app any time I take the watch off to charge.
