FFitness Group OVG is an innovative app entirely Portuguese that revolutionizes the current way of prescribing and monitoring the training of Bodybuilding and Cardiovascular.
It is the first app that allows users to have access to their training plan, prescribed by their trainer, on the smartphone, as well as, the monitoring of their workouts, anywhere and anytime.
In a simple and intuitive way you can record the results of your training, performed on any machine in the gym, for later analysis of your progress with your trainer, or with your training colleagues.
Share the information on social networks and communicate developments to your friends, demonstrating your progress with the current training plan.
