Description
Epistemic App is a simple and intuitive epilepsy diary to document everything that can influence epileptic seizures. With the app, you and your physician can manage your medical treatment.
The app is available in English and Portuguese.
You can record data about your seizures and triggers, your quality of sleep, food intake, sports activities, and notifications for your medications, among other options. Our goal is to organize information about your daily life so you and your physician can learn more about the patterns of your seizures.
With Epistemic Pro you also have the option of synchronizing your smartwatch so that your information about sleep and physical activity will be recorded in your diary automatically.
You can also send your data recorded in Epistemic App to your physician so she/he can view it in an aggregated and organized form in a platform called Epistemic Web.
If you are a caregiver, you can also use Epistemic App. Register as a caregiver and fill in your information as well as that of the patient.
Features include:

• Register your medications to receive notifications at the time to take them
