That is why we have at your disposal an app with which it will be easier to take care of your health and that of your family, access all the necessary information to use our services and have at your disposal our telephone lines for the cities where we are directly present, or If you prefer, you can chat with a Customer Service Advisor to answer your questions.
With a click on your Smartphone you can talk on video call or chat directly with a Doctor to resolve concerns about your health, request online that our medical team attend you at your home, know your medical services history with us, download your medical history, View your scheduled services and update your data when you are an emi affiliate.
You can schedule real-time appointments with our Allied Medical Specialists, and in addition to knowing their geolocation, you can know how to get from your location.
Soon you can also perform through this app and through our web portal, different procedures that will make your life easier.
