Would have given 0 star.. Cancelled my appointment without informing me. I was waiting for the samples to be collected and they didn't turn up, this happened twice. Worst service ever. Even after resuming service, they cancelled twice, finally once they confirmed, I starved entire morning as they mentioned and unfortunately nobody turned up for sample. The support says please be patient and they have no idea where their medical staff is. Very pathetic service.

App is helpful on regular health monitoring, and smooth appointment booking process. But some times app getting stuck need to close and restart the app. Apart from that everything is fine upto now.

If you want to book paid preventive health check from this app, think twice. The tests shown on the app are not the ones that actually get done in the hospital. There is no coordination between this app and hospitals, so better get the appointment after discussing at hospital itself.

Pathetic experience. Used for my corporate covid vaccination drive program. I planned a leave for it and they changed my appointment last minute , and as it has to be aligned with Cowin app for appts, I had to redo everythin.Chose govt vaccination program.(23.08.21) Update: Msgd their chat support this time for co. sponsored health check up. The cc asked me to reinstall app and re login. I did it & bingo!! chat history was erased and now cc asked me to write an email. Unprofessionals!

Customer service continues to be pathetic. The app is equally pathetic. Not recommended ordering for medicines online from here. Order delivery should be a priority but they take about a week to deliver but bill is generated well in advance.

Pathetic experience of chasing for diagnosis report. I am a corporate user and my organization has tie up with ekincare - however, I must say, ekincare has huge interest in following internal procedure instead of understanding the patient's concern. Long story short, please don't use Ekincare. And I strongly recommend to move away org tie up as well.

Not able to add family members and also service and time involved in health checkup is not acceptable. Helath check center are in poor condition and poor time management.
