    Good app..few suggestions: 1. include more programs in Hindi as there are some missing as compared to in english one. 2. Daily meditation is really very good especially in Hindi..if possible include daily sessions of yoga too.. 3. Programs can be more organized.

    I jus started eka meditation classes a few days ago..the 9 pm meditation is so very relaxing and feel like someone is patting me like a baby and putting me to sleep..I slept for continuous 8 hours after ydays meditation which has never happened in the past few years..sudeepta and other teachers are so knowledgeable and patient.. ..highly recommend eka meditation classes and the app is loaded with every aspect of yoga 🧘‍♀️

    It's an amazing app. They demonstrate the steps for all yoga sessions. There are short sessions of 10 to 20 minutes in case there's no time as well. They have a vast variety of videos to choose from. Be it meditation, yoga Nidra, yoga, stress busters and to keep the mind calm. Overall an amazing app. Should definitely try it out.

    I love the different meditations and chants available. And best part is finding the same sessions in hindi again after having done before in english and vice versa. But to be honest i have better results with the narrator meera more than others in english .. the pace and silences are spot on by her. Hindi narration is also excellent. Really, kudos for making such a great app.

    The meditations on this app are appropriate for people at different levels of their practice. You find everything on a single app unlike other platforms. Another plus point of Eka is that there is no background music which is very distracting while meditating. If you are beginner and looking to start your practice, Eka is the right place to go to.

    I'm quite pleased with Eka. I was a bit skeptical because other apps like Calm don't work for me. But Eka's programs seem more personalized and suitable for people who have anxiety, insomnia, etc. The teachers/voices are very soothing and, generally, the pace of these sessions are ideal. After I left feedback, I received personal emails from Ms. Sudeepta and Ms. Priyanka, who offered suggestions based on my specific situation. One will rarely, if ever, find that kind of support from other apps.
