    I found the proposal for the app incredible. You receive the initial classes and as you go, you get points and you can unlock the others. The narrations are in English, however as I am learning, it is also an incentive. One point to improve, in my opinion, would be to put a musical background in the meditations. Sometimes there are very long pauses and the narrator comes out of nowhere. I think a background music would make the meditations softer.

    Great routines. Their relaxing routines are amazing. I do then when I have a sore neck or back and you can really feel the results. The narration and music are nice, and have been improved over time. You can pause the routine whenever you like if you need time to figure something out. The only problem is, sikpping forward or going back takes you to the beginning/end of the pose and you have to wait to get to where you were. Recommended!

    I've used this app for 4 days now. I like almost everything about it but the instruction videos are a bit glitchy which may cause me to quit the app eventually. A useful suggestion would be a kind of "library" where you can see a list of poses & their individual descriptions to to practice ones you struggle with, without having to start a whole workout. Also please allow us to rotate the screen using auto rotate.

    I'm on day 2! I love this app. I started the soothing sleep session last night and....its helped so much I dont remember the last time I slept so good and didnt get up once!     Just like keep fitness, I like the app overall and the workouts themselves are great. The currency concept annoys me but is not a huge deal- my biggest complaint is the lack of samsung health integration so you have to separately and inaccurately log your keep workouts in samsung health. Please fix this and my rating would be 5*

    I like the app and the way each session is represented, but after a couple of months I'm bored. Nothing new added for a long time, also no new content on the feed. It feels like the owners abandoned it. I'd say it's a good app to use for a couple of months.

    My favorite yoga app, I enjoy almost every workout I encounter. The evening sessions are amazing for relaxation and clarity before bed, and the mornings are just what I need to wake up and fuel the day. The women's voice is relaxing and easy to understand, directions are clear and easy to watch poses for beginners.

    Within days I have more flexibility and my breathing comes easier. I love the coaching through the videos that make it essy to follow along without looking at the phone to figure out the pose. And the tips of things to look out for like a tense jaw etc during a pose are so helpful and feels like its talking to me. Wonderful app

    This app is wonderful for setting achievable goals and giving good instruction on how to correctly do the poses. It would be a bit better if, when it says to do something for 5 breaths, it actually gave you time to do this. Or, when it suggests staying in shivasana for at least 5 minutes, it played the music for that leangth of time before moving to the end. All in all, very pleased with this! Glad I found it!!

    I love this. The videos are great and they are not asking for money just a donation if you please. I have only been doing it a few days so I don't if you need to buy anything but I haven't. I also love how this app keeps track of the things you do.

    Been using the app for 3 days in a row and I'm really liking it! I have two suggestions to improve the experience: 1) Show in different angles some movements so the position of some parts be more clear. And 2) Create a kind of sound that let us know we have to look to the screen to switch position/movement, maybe a gong. But I'm having a real good experience so far. Thanks!

    Best simple yoga app I have found. Great sessions for the free account. I use the Android TV app which is excellent. The videos are professional. I knock one star because the video and audio on Android TV get out of sync and skip at times.

    I have just done the second day of the beginners guide for yoga. The beginners yoga videos are paced truly to a beginner. Wish there was a rewind button its hard at times to get a full understanding of the position. Also at times the video skips. Other than that the experience has been satisfactory.     Enjoying this ap so far, I Iike the voice over, the music is soothing, the video guide helpful. There are some timing issues e.g. Not enough time to take 5 breaths when asked to do so or savasana for 5 mins, may be improved on future updates?

    Helping and Challenging Only one thing to improve in my opinion: In the yoga sessions are bugs, like rewinding for a few seconds. Would be happy to not have that rewind situation anymore. Everything else is fabulous, keep it up🤗

    This app is just amazing. It's the first app ever that actually makes me wanna do more and more each time I use it, which is basically every day. Every workout seems like you're doing a professional one in a studio and makes you feel great afterwards and the reminders are in a very kind way (which is great, cause you don't even feel bad, when you don't find the time every day) Keep is something for everybody and every situation and also the free version is definitely good enough!!

    So far, it has been great for getting back into yoga. I love that a lot of the videos are free. Now, after using the app for a couple of months, it's a wonderful app to use because it's free for the most part and even has weekly plans to help tone your body as a whole. They also have sections where you only focus on one area and other sections that help to personalize your workout experience on the app.

    I figured this would be like other yoga apps where it says this is a beginner workout but they go really fast like you are supposed to know all the koves and how to get into them. This one takes its time with beginners. Allowing you to get into the pose and stay for awhile before moving on to the next.

    Naration goes faster than it should. Example, take 5 deep breaths while lightly rocking your body. As soon as she says it, next pose comes. Am I suppose to pause ? The app counts time for completion. I'd like like to enjoy some poses longer. New: the app is also buggy. "Cobra pose variation 2" shows "seated twist (left)" while "seated twist (left)" shows "seated twist right". Girl is lagging behind just as I do (we need more time to do this because it feels good).

    Love it! Never did yoga before this,great explanation of how to do each pose. Really enjoy the relaxation of the workout,ABSOLUTELY love the night time one it is only 15 min, but so relaxing! Only issue is because I have never done it really have to watch it then complete it so that I know what I am fing and can enjoy it! It has jumped for me a few times but nothing extreme.

    Love this app so easy to get into yoga if you have now experience. I honestly love this app so much! It really got me into morning and evening yoga as well as meditation. After I do my actual workout I can wind down with meditation and I feel like it has lowered my stress. I really reccomend this app cause the woman's voice is so soothing and the music and sounds in the background are very relaxing and get you in the mood to meditate. Sometimes it gets into a short repetitive loop, please fix!

    I like the app but there are many training programs that you have to pay, I mean the main programs that helps you to improve. The music and explanations are really good and clear. Super Like it and the videos don't stop. There's no offline version of it but is useful when you're connected with internet.

    This app is great so long as your normal. Unfortunately I have severe Scoliosis and can't twist without pain so I wind up skipping half the routine and getting discouraged. However, if you're normal this is a great app and I totally would have kept it, if you have severe Scoliosis like me, maybe find a different app.

    Flaw : It doesn't sinc to S Health :( Great app! Only thing that needs work is that sound and video are sometimes out of sinc and voices repeat from time to time.

    I love this app, it modifided plans for me to follow and it's super easy to do. The poses are easy to follow. There is on glitch when the voice will say a few words on repeat but it does not mess with the workout.

    Great app! Getting reacquainted with the practice has been awesome! I definitely feel put of practice but by the end of each video I feel more confident in doing the next day's exercise. And my sleep has gotten better.

    Nice and relaxing. Some of the video skipped forward since I'm a beginner a bit discouraging but pulled through and had great 1st session! Love the music and narrator. Half way through really got into it. 25mins flew by!

    If the videos aren't lagging, they're skipping. "Hold this pose for 5 breaths--" immediately on to next pose!

    The app is good however as mentioned previously. The sound doesn't match the movement. So you either have to watch and not listen or listen and not watch. If this worked in sync would be a good app!

    User friendly, great coaching voice barely need to look at the coach position as the voice really guides step by steps. Some yoga session are also fun for my toddler,so parents, have some yoga fun with your kids !!

    The concept of the app is great. The overall look and feel, especially the Android TV integration are superior to some of the other apps out there. However, I, too, am experiencing glitches mostly in audio, but in video, as well. They definitely reduce the relaxing effect of any workout and make it sometimes difficult to follow along. However, I'm certain, that this can be rather easily fixed, whence I would be happy to give 5 stars! :)

    The app is somewhat easy to use (took a sec to figure out navigation), and the sessions are better than I expected from a free app. Still, even their "advanced" sessions were not at all challenging for me. Also, the voice track would occasionally skip between poses, or the names of the poses didn't line up with the instruction. If you're just getting started and want an app that will help hold you accountable, this is a great app for you! If you are looking for more intensity, look elsewhere.

    2 weird things: 1. Sometimes the videos skip forward by a few seconds, then rewind to the original position. It slows down the overall exercise a bit, and can become confusing when in the middle of a pose. 2. I get notifications to purchase premium content, but I don't see any way to do this. Other than these 2 minor issues, this app is so useful for yoga training and motivating me to get some exercise in.

    I used to use this app some time ago, when there was only a Chinese version, and I quite liked it. The two star review is for the current version only. Theres a big glitch: each pose in each video gets repeated twice, including the instruction. I tested multiple videos in both English and Chinese. I love this app, but it's useless until the glitch is fixed.

    Love this app been using it as hoc for a while but just started using the programmes and they are brilliant motivation. Always tough but I just do as much as I can and slowly I'm getting stronger and stretchier. Thank you

    Unlike the other keep app this one didnt satisfy me!the lady that guide meditation sessions speaks alot!!!i nolonger want to use the medication part any more!whenever i try to focus on my breathing she says sth useless like its ok if ur mind wonders!if u stop talking my mind wont wonder!

    Though I've used this app only for two days, I loved it already. It' so simple (in good meaning of this word) to use it and pleasant (music, the teacher's voice ..) that it reminds me my first yoga session long time ago and bright joyful emotions that I had. Although I think there can be more variable sessions and advanced level isn't really advanced,but it's great pleasure to use the app and I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to try yoga (and to my parents too).

    Love it! I've spent years looking for a good yoga app for beginners that isn't too slow or too fast or boring. This app covers all the bases and has even helped me with my neck pain that I suffer permanently. The plans keep me motivated and it checks how you are doing after each practice. It is a bit buggy sometimes but nothing that stops you from using it.

    This app is just amazing! I've tried many workout and yoga apps during the last couple of years and I was never able to find a single one I'd actually enjoy using until I came across Keep's yoga and training apps. Beautiful interface, amazing user experience, great workout tracking system and many different programs to choose from and most of them available for free. I do recommend everybody to give it a try, I promise you're gonna love it :)

    Really good app for home based yoga and workout using only body weight training. I've personally tried Keep for 2 months now, and with reminders and self motivation, I have been able to lose some weight and gained some lean muscle, which is amazing since going to the gym didn't make this happen for me. Just don't mind some glitches in the instructor's voice when the yoga parts overlap. Overall, the app works great!! Keep it up!

    I like this app overall, but there are some glitches: "keep this pose and breathe 5x" means you have 3 seconds to hold the pose (you have to press pause if you really want to breathe 5x). Also, the following workouts are personalized depending on if you press "it's just right" or "too hard" or "too easy" at the end (you get asked after every practice), so the moves during the practice may change and it becomes glitchy, sometimes repeating the same move or repeating the voice over instructions.

    I am using this app approx 2 months right now and I'm really happy to exercise with the app. If you have some basic knowledge about breathing and basic postures of yoga, it's better for your know where and how to "feel it". The guide of the lessons has very smooth voice, and the music is relaxing too. I usually do the morning/evening back/neck relaxing lessons or posture corrections. The app is for free. You can also find some discussions about food there. Thumbs up!
