Excellent application. Though as a beginner, I need to peek frequently to understand the instruction (and my neck was getting stressed). But it's easy to cope up. It would be helpful to understand the instructions, if there is an option to check the names of different body parts beforehand (through pictures). Thanks a lot for providing such an application, and also for your great effort.

  2. Dellimise-avatar

it's a wonderful app, it really is, im sad i can't give it five stars. this app has got it all, it's really fun and easy and gives you all the pointers you need to get started! it's just that the app cycles through the forms too quickly; when they say "now take 10 to 15 breathes" they move on just as soon as you're halfway onto your second breath. I'm looking for another app because of this but I don't want to let this one go, so I'll just tuck it onto the backburner

  3. Rayanna Toney-avatar

    Rayanna Toney

It's a great app for those who are new to yoga, as well as those who are intermediate/advanced. The app not only has a variety of classes (about 20 minutes), but also has a meditation course as well. It gives minimal reminders too. I recommended this app to my friends and they also enjoyed it.

  4. Deepak Beniwal-avatar

    Deepak Beniwal

It's an amazing app. It helps me keeping my mind & bisy fit. I am enjoying it. Just one if you could help me out, Keep Yoga doesn't count my steps on daily basis, how can I activate it if it is deactivated. I walk around 10k steps on daily basis but Keep Yoga doesn't show a single step, kindly help me out there.

  5. Lisa Watson-avatar

Love this app! (And I've had LOTS of yoga apps.) Free means free here and it is refreshing. The videos are smooth and the voice guidance is perfect. Theres only been a couple of timing problems and I've found only one video is missing sound. I also love how the more you log in and do stuff you get rewarded and are able to unlock other training sessions. 10/10 you guys are killing it. Keep up the awesome job!

  6. Li Yee Chia-avatar

    Li Yee Chia

Really enjoyed the content but will stop using the app. Initially, I was able to tolerate some hiccups where the visual and the audio weren't matched up. However, I have encountered two videos where the voice guidance was suddenly cut off, causing me to have to constantly look at the video to catch the next moves. This has seriously made the experience gone bad. Hope the team could do something about it to improve the app experience.

  7. Yu Ki S J-avatar

    Yu Ki S J

First time trying yoga and as a beginner i think this app is great! Really calming music and well instructed videos! Could work on the timing. Although they said 5 breathes then change position, almost immediately after they said that they asked to change. Was really confused about it.

  8. Phyllicia Michael-avatar

    Phyllicia Michael

love the app, I have been using this app off and on for over a year now and just recently committed to doing the programs... sadly there is only 3, I would love to be able to do more then 3 types of week long programs as im someone who really needs the variety to stay engaged and committed.

  9. Alice Mpholo-avatar

The voice instructions on the 'Vinyasa Flow Yoga|Front Toning' workout do not work. I have complained so many times on the actual app but I never get a response, hence I am finally writing a review here. It is nearly impossible to do this workout properly or so much as connect when you are constantly looking up at your device to see if you are doing the right thing. Not to mention I have too move my phone I go from pose to pose otherwise I will be completely lost. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

  10. Shant Shinde-avatar

    Shant Shinde

I'm super glad with the premium version of the app. The basics are well implemented. I'm resuming yoga after 5 years. My body Specially lower back and Hamstrings are really tight. This was my first workout experience and I decided to rate it. I feel awesome. And I can totally tell I'll get those muscles moving again with the help of this app✨✨.

  11. Natasha Lambert-avatar

    Natasha Lambert

This app is great! I've gotten into yoga several months ago and stopped due to covid and a busy work schedule. I found this app and I'm trying to get back in the swing of yoga. This app, again, is great! I love yoga!!

  12. jaya nidhi-avatar

    jaya nidhi

its a very good app . I find it very easy to use and the best part is that its is free , the only problem i had till now was when there is one video which dose not have audio i think the name is front tonning and there is one where there are no asanas at all it is empty.' healthy joints' Otherwise its a perfect app if i ignore these two problems . i would highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to try yoga and also for someone who is a beginner in yoga

  13. Mehrdad Meshkat-avatar

    Mehrdad Meshkat

This app is amazing and yoga is a mental and physical sport to have a healther and energyic life. I'm a computer's engineer (a programmer actually) and I have to spending a lot of time behind the desk in sitted position so I always felt backache. When you start to use this app, you learn how to practice in morning to Wake up your body, in noon and afternoon relax your body and in night after a busy day, how you can release your body parts and mind to become more relax for a good sleeping.

  14. Hope-avatar

I enjoyed it about a year ago but unfortunately it hasn't been updated since then. The classes are slow and boring for my pace. Great for beginners. It might be a good app if updated and included more content.

  15. Jean-Paul Boyer-avatar

    Jean-Paul Boyer

Possible to follow a plan already provided (typically on 7 days), or to build your own. Free has quite a lot to start, and as you practice, you earn points: these points can 'buy' other stuff (sequences, etc...). Different types of yoga available and, good point, meditation as well. Pretty well stocked! The videos are well done, and the voice is fantastic, very soothing while with good and detailed instructions so that most of the time you do not need to look at your screen. Of course community etc... you can talk to other people on the app etc. Big issue is that the app is not really "finished". There are problems of synchronisation between the talked instructions and the video, and the sound track also breaks, repeats itself... not always, but quite often. Also, the timing does not respect what the instructions say... you can get '... and repeat for another 5 breaths... (maybe 10s lapse...) ... go back to cross leg... ' There is serious work to be done here. With this corrected, it woudl be excellent. At the moment, it is very annoying and I may uninstall this. This breaks everything. All the rest is good... sad. It also shows something about the developers... don't really care do they??? Mediocre.

  16. Raja Azfar Bin Raja Abdul Rashid-avatar

Raja Azfar Bin Raja Abdul Rashid

It's an amazing app. Other yoga apps has a tendency to feel rushed and not as calming. I love this as a person who is just starting to work out and wants to find love in working out again. I couldn't give it a full 5 stars because the audio cuts off during the routines and doesn't transition smoothly.

  17. Avissa Putri-avatar

    Avissa Putri

a very good application. the only bad thing is, some videos and narrations are not matched. confuse me during my session so I have to constantly checked on the video. Plus, the narrator voice is too small compared to the background music.

  18. Andrea Theron-avatar

    Andrea Theron

Great yoga app. Its easy to use and the instruction videos and voice overs are clear and easy to follow. I love that I can watch the instructor doing the exercises so I know what to do. There does seem to be a lag or glitch in some of the videos and voice overs though but its not major.

  19. Moni kumari-avatar

    Moni kumari

I love this is app is really interesting aaj flexibility weight loss and more interesting thing that you re like that it gives us coins I like it appreciates us and that's why we are motivated and do more more and more the best thing it is that it has one week plan every week it changes your plan . it is done in half an hour.

  20. parivartan consultancy-avatar

    parivartan consultancy

Love this app..... However, sometimes the instructions don't synchronise with the body star is reduced for that...otherwise it's a wonderful app. I am a premium member so I feel blessed unlocking the various yoga forms.....

  21. Anthony Sinatra-avatar

    Anthony Sinatra

Very relaxing and tough at the same time. I feel myself becoming more flexible and stronger each time. This is also great for a beginner like me because it walks you through each pose and makes corrections as it coaches.

  22. Tahsin Mustafa-avatar

    Tahsin Mustafa

I think the training videos should be able to see in online not by downloading. Phones with less storage get problems in storage for downloading those videos. Overall the function of the app is good.

  23. Frank Lobo-avatar

    Frank Lobo

As someone who had no idea how to do yoga, Keep Yoga was the perfect introduction for me. This is a no nonsense app. The interface is simple and intuitive. The instructions are clear and to the point. I really appreciate the effort put into this app.

  24. Hannah-Rose Bissmeyer-avatar

    Hannah-Rose Bissmeyer

I love this app! It is easy to use and I love the flow of the workouts. This makes fitting yoga into my daily routine possible!! Came back a year later to let yall know, I still absplutely love and recommend this app.

  25. Hanna W. - H.-avatar

I just begin. Overall, like the app very much. Especially, the voice of the lady is soothing. The only thing which is a bit irritating is jumping/stuttering video. Please, fix it! Namaste 🙏🏼😌

  26. Agent Myrie-avatar

    Agent Myrie

So worth the download! I thought I would give yoga a try and this app has truly helped me understand the basics of getting into the different pose all while reassuring calm throughout. Love the visuals aids which makes things better!

  27. Tinatin Meparishvili-avatar

    Tinatin Meparishvili

It is a great app. Basically helped me survive a two month quarantine and I am still using it to find balance in life and healthy state of body and mind.

  28. Kate-avatar

The only Yoga app I use for a beginner and intermediate level. The sounds are peaceful, sessions are easy to follow with a nice voice over and the best part ... it's free!

  29. Julie-Anne Monroe-avatar

    Julie-Anne Monroe

This is the best meditating app I've ever used. Each time when I get done doing a session I always feel more Energized and relaxed. I 100% recommend this app.

  30. Logan Sharp-avatar

    Logan Sharp

App has not been updated in over a year and has a number of issues. Substantial skipping problems often missing instruction or repeating several times. Timing and breathing is very erratic. Constant chatter will distract from the actual instruction. Best free yoga but that makes a poor statement for the community as a whole. Definitely better off just going to a local class.

  31. Daria Sidorenko-avatar

    Daria Sidorenko

The app is great for a free option. The voice is soothing and music is calm, so i don't have to play my own "yoga" music in addition to this. I find the app great for before-sleep stretches. Also, the selection of sequences is quite large and the build in motivation (badges and streak hits) helps to build a habit. The voice is a bit laggy sonetines and a bit larger selection of background music would also be an enhancement, but the app is great in all other aspects, especially for a free app.

  32. Arcadius Wojtkowiak-avatar

    Arcadius Wojtkowiak

I started my adventure with yoga on this app and I got into it 100%. It is well built and gives great basic knowledge. Some small flows with the voice/video synchronisation but still great.

  33. Hayley Wheatley-avatar

    Hayley Wheatley

This is probably the 3rd free yoga app I've tried and up to now it's my favourite. I've only tried a few of the easier routines and am hoping for some harder stuff but I'm really enjoying how easy this is to use. Everything from adjusting the sound level ratio of music to voice and keeping track of your training is completely self explanatory. Happy I found this.

  34. Jessica Fitzgerrald-avatar

    Jessica Fitzgerrald

I love this app! Lots of free options and I like that it is an entire yoga flow, not random pieces put together. Great for beginners and beyond.

  35. Dean-avatar

Great yoga but the android app is having problems. The video and audio are more often than not out of synce... And then it just skips.. Whats going on team? Please help me give you 5 stars

  36. Kelly Bailey-avatar

    Kelly Bailey

This has some good routines & relaxing voice over, however, its a bit rushed as tells you to take 5 deep breaths on moves but then moves on to the next move after about 2 breaths so leaves me feeling a bit rushed and anxious. Also, i think the editing and the flow of the video needs some work as its a bit glitchy with the voice over repeating itself or cutting off sometimes between moves. Apart from this constructive criticism, its a decent app and I'd enjoy it more if these things were sorted

  37. Mathanee Perez-Ortiz-avatar

    Mathanee Perez-Ortiz

I'm using the app for the days that my workout is yoga but I'm seeing I can use it for more than that. I can use it before sleep, in the morning, and to help with posture. The guided sessions are great and I don't have to pay to get quality instruction which is a plus when I couldn't fit it into my schedule anyways. I recommend it for very beginners because the more advanced sessions require payment. I also like that I can add friends and my husband too!

  38. Maraya VanBrocklin-avatar

    Maraya VanBrocklin

I am using another yoga app and was looking for one to add on to my other routine. I purchased the premium version thinking it would be similar. I tried 2 routines, but neither has voice guidance. There appears to be no way to cancel my subscription or get my money back, as this is not what I wanted. Help?!?

  39. Kaushik Rajagopalan-avatar

    Kaushik Rajagopalan

Good for a free app. The audio cue misses sometimes. The timing on the poses are too long for 1 breathe in some cases. I find that the one advanced k3 level was a bit too easy for a beginner like me. Some things like sun salutations are good I like the credit system to unlock new content when you use the app more.

  40. Calista Tjuanda-avatar

    Calista Tjuanda

The instructions need some cleanup. The voice guide doesn't match with the video, sometimes it got cut even so the sequence duration is cut short bcs of it. They should tell us what pose we are going to do before explaining what to do as that's easier. I'm doing yoga and I need my eyes closed and not constantly looking at my screen questioning what I'm supposed to do. Update the voice guide.

  41. Rudo Junior Makonco-avatar

Love it. The only issue I have are the hiccups with the audio... I've just started using this app this week & all's well so far.

  42. Natasha Sudan-avatar

    Natasha Sudan

Have been using this app for a few years. It's a great beginners yoga app, to do at home. It's great having each class broken down by category and time. Also love being able to select a program to follow for a week. It's very easy to use and the videos are great. Occasionally the spoken instruction and video are out of sync. But it's only the odd occasion and it's a free app!

  43. Sahaj Patel-avatar

    Sahaj Patel

Very good app for the people who want to star yoga. Good demonstration good music. But vocal instruction is still need to improve as people are not going to see mobile while doing yoga, also alow to see yoga without starting session (just like Keep- home workout app) so people can see and understand the yoga and its poacher and how to do it in advance as it's quite difficult to see while doing yoga.

  44. Ronni Rose Victoria-avatar

    Ronni Rose Victoria

Closest to a live yoga class. Explains EVERY step and what the rest of your body should be doing during the poses, (relax shoulders, breathe, look at your right ear). Great for beginners

  45. Neha Vaish-avatar

    Neha Vaish

Really nice app. Good for beginners and it also includes yoga for night, posture and stress relief. I was finding an app that includes all of these and i am happy to find this app. A person who is looking for everything in one app, this is perfect for the same.

  46. Just Me-avatar

    Just Me

Best ever. Love the way every exercise is explained and shown, and the background music. Though there are times that they are out of sync, i still rate it a 5* because this is the way i believe any fitness related app should follow. LE: i just activated the premium subscription and it works both for yoga & trainer. Super!

  47. Lucia Uwalaka-avatar

    Lucia Uwalaka

I love this app. There are many free exercises for beginners and other levels as well. Any minor delays in the voiceover and the exercises can be overlooked once you find your rhythm. I haven't been using it for long but I have noticed improvement in my stability and my knee aches. I fully recommend.

Nice app to do yoga. Clear and simple instructions for beginner. You can follow all the steps. recommended to beginner or intermittent Yogi.

  50. Romulo Fosca de Freitas-avatar

    Romulo Fosca de Freitas

I didn't like because the practice made me turn my back to where the video was showing. The videos should consider one side as the viewing side and consider it always as front. Don't make sense not to follow the video instructions or to move positions of your device for that. A good thing is how the app names the sequences during the videos, and also good voice and video synchronization (feeling voice alerts you before the moves). Another down point would be no proper daily practice option.

  51. KALI SCHETZSLE-avatar

Like this app a lot so far. There are a few hiccups with audio and video during the exercises but so far I have enjoyed the app.

  52. Seong Lee Low-avatar

    Seong Lee Low

Just uninstall this because it's hard to follow the moves when there's lack of proper instructions, video and audio always not in sync, and can't pause the video to check the moves, also no text instructions. Should follow the example of Keep workout app that allow user to learn the move by text and images, not solely depend on the confusing video and audio instructions.

  53. Emerensia Andrea Berna-avatar

    Emerensia Andrea Berna

I really enjoy this apps and I have 45 days streak. But i give 2 stars because in some videos especially that I paid with coins (MID SUMMER YOGA|COOLING & VINYASA FLOW YOGA|FRONT TONING) don't have the instructor's voice, only background music. Which is sucks because i can't enjoy it while i have paid with coins I have collected during my exercises. Please fix it thank you. I'll rate 5 stars if it already fixed.

  54. Ari Widayani Ni Luh-avatar

    Ari Widayani Ni Luh

I didn't really keep an eye on my weight or body. Just I feels my body became more relaxed and flexible. This app is a good choice for anyone who wanna do yoga even for free. You have nothing to lose to install it. 😊

This is an amazing app for yoga lovers. Pleasant voice leading you through practice while lady on the video shows the postures. Weekly plans are suggested for beginner, intermediate & professional. Good thing that some practices are less than 20 min long. Also several meditations available. This app saved my body & mind during quarantine. Thank you developers & creators!

  56. Holly A-avatar

    Holly A

Awesome app. Overall the yoga and meditation offered is wonderful, especially now with the quarantine. I am thoroughly enjoying it. Some minor cons - some lessons are a bit buggy and the synchronization is off. I would also like to have the option to do sessions that are longer than 15-25 mins.

  57. Ellen Smoot-avatar

    Ellen Smoot

I really like this app because it goes through the yoga flow. I also don't see as many ads as other apps and it lets me use coins I've collected to unlock different sessions. I've only been using it for a few days, but overall a great app.

From the instructor's calming voice to the backing track to the model on set.. All is so soothing.. These exercises always help release my tension and stress inside-out! Good app, not yet as great as Keep trainer app but a good effort. I've stuck to it for the last 10 days, workouts are a bit longer than the keep trainer beginner but they relax you completely. A bit buggy and instructions repeat and overlap, that's why the 4*. Hope they fix it as they launch more programs on it.

  61. Piotr Nesan-avatar

One of my favourite apps ever! It is very useful and actually helps. Would recommend to a friend. I feel stronger and more relaxed. 9,5/10. The only downside is that sometimes audio does not follow video but it can be easily overcome.

  62. Karley W-avatar

I have loooooved this app! It's amazing for a free app! There are things you can pay for, but the free stuff is great! My 10 year old sister has been doing some poses with me (granted, she has some differences in her poses since she's young) and she loves it! Amazing app!

  63. Farhood Kankash-avatar

This app is fine overall. But I like to have more exercises & better Google fit integration. The app won't send any move or heart points to Google fit.

  64. anu abraham-avatar

    anu abraham

Variety of exercise routines of approximately 25 min. You can choose a routine base on the problem you want to address.. so far I'm enjoying it... different difficulty levels are mentioned from beginners to pro. That's very helpful..

  65. Allison Piper-avatar

    Allison Piper

Good app but as many have said the audio skipping, repeating or just not even being there is a real draw back as you find yourself often confused or annoyed at the audio, not really conducive to a yoga mindset. So far every program I've tried has audio issues, so it's not a once off issue.

  67. Meghan Davis-avatar

This app is really good, some of the yoga sets have to be paid for but many of them are free and wonderful to use. I even feel the paid ones are worth it! If your looking for nice yoga workouts that go anywhere from starter easy and up this is a great app for it!

  68. justin frank-avatar

As an app in general, it could be better. As for the content and the fact its free, I think it deserves 5*'s. Decent variety of workouts and also keeps track of progress. Great for pain relief!

  69. Nisha Maurya-avatar

    Nisha Maurya

Best yoga app so far.. video instructions are quite simple and easy to follow... I have taken 1 star away because it doesn't have the option to update new plans as we can do in the other Keep workout app... please revive the app asap... also provide hindi video instruction to reach bigger audience...

2 weird things: 1. Sometimes the videos skip forward by a few seconds, then rewind to the original position. It slows down the overall exercise a bit, and can become confusing when in the middle of a pose. 2. I get notifications to purchase premium content, but I don't see any way to do this. Other than these 2 minor issues, this app is so useful for yoga training and motivating me to get some exercise in.

The app is somewhat easy to use (took a sec to figure out navigation), and the sessions are better than I expected from a free app. Still, even their "advanced" sessions were not at all challenging for me. Also, the voice track would occasionally skip between poses, or the names of the poses didn't line up with the instruction. If you're just getting started and want an app that will help hold you accountable, this is a great app for you! If you are looking for more intensity, look elsewhere.

The concept of the app is great. The overall look and feel, especially the Android TV integration are superior to some of the other apps out there. However, I, too, am experiencing glitches mostly in audio, but in video, as well. They definitely reduce the relaxing effect of any workout and make it sometimes difficult to follow along. However, I'm certain, that this can be rather easily fixed, whence I would be happy to give 5 stars! :)

I just incorporated yoga into my lifestyle just because of this wonderful app.. I do yoga atleast 4 times a week along with surya namaskar and my confidence level is rising gradually. Don't expect yourself to do the session completely at the first try itself. 1 month of practise is needed to master a single series. Don't lose hope.. This is doing wonders and i thank almighty and lots of thanks to the creator as this app is completely free..

Really good app for home based yoga and workout using only body weight training. I've personally tried Keep for 2 months now, and with reminders and self motivation, I have been able to lose some weight and gained some lean muscle, which is amazing since going to the gym didn't make this happen for me. Just don't mind some glitches in the instructor's voice when the yoga parts overlap. Overall, the app works great!! Keep it up!

I am using this app approx 2 months right now and I'm really happy to exercise with the app. If you have some basic knowledge about breathing and basic postures of yoga, it's better for your know where and how to "feel it". The guide of the lessons has very smooth voice, and the music is relaxing too. I usually do the morning/evening back/neck relaxing lessons or posture corrections. The app is for free. You can also find some discussions about food there. Thumbs up!

They have yoga plans that keep you on track. It's nice to not have to search for s certain workout every morning. It also, after each workout, asks if the level of difficulty was appropriate and adjusts accordingly for your next workout. I love this app. I was deciding between paying for downdog or using this for free and I definitely have my answer now.

The app overall seems quite good, certainly has many routines and programs. The timing is the real downfall, and the developers seem to know that the audio and video often gets out of sync. Also, the instructions say to take 3 or 5 or 10 breaths, but then the audio and/or video moves on in 2 seconds. The list of poses in a routine need to link to lots of description and a looping video of the pose, not text saying more info during the routine!! Beginners need lots more instruction!!!

The practices are very good, but there are some glitches in the audio where you can hear the woman repeating herself sometimes. Another point that I would recommend an improvement is the time that breaths are required in a certain position: For me is too quick and when I look at the screen they are in a different pose already. Also, the morning routine have the video and the audio out of sync

I've also downloaded the Keep Training app and plan on alternating between strength training and yoga.

This app is wonderful for setting achievable goals and giving good instruction on how to correctly do the poses. It would be a bit better if, when it says to do something for 5 breaths, it actually gave you time to do this. Or, when it suggests staying in shivasana for at least 5 minutes, it played the music for that leangth of time before moving to the end. All in all, very pleased with this! Glad I found it!!

This is an amazing app for anyone who is thinking about trying Yoga and even for people more experienced in the practice. It promotes self care and after every session I feel motivated and relaxed. It has a tiny glitch where the audio in a routine may flicker but its nothing too serious and it hardly disturbs anything. As a beginner though this app has really helped me and yoga is now a part of my daily routine. Try it!

You would have to download the videos everytime you click on a new workout session. The trainer, vocals & music in the background are perfect. Most importantly this app isn't overloaded with annoying ads and promos. You might get one ad but no pop ups etc. I highly recommend it.

So great. No need to change a thing, just keep adding new exercises; however, if I were to offer one area to improve, I would love it if there were a few more routines to work on my flexibility. I would give this app a 5 star if: 1. Provides more music selection 2. Some audios are fixed because some are cut too early and proceeds to the next exercise. 3. I used to use this app some time ago, when there was only a Chinese version, and I quite liked it. The two star review is for the current version only. I have just done the second day of the beginners guide for yoga. The beginners yoga videos are paced truly to a beginner. Wish there was a rewind button its hard at times to get a full understanding of the position. Also at times the video skips. Other than that the experience has been satisfactory. Thanks to the team who are working so hard to give us such a great experience. Namaste!

There are great ideas in this app executed terribly. I love the idea of small "plans" and started the posture correction plan. The narration has been spliced horribly; words are repeated nonsensically. The timing is totally off; she says "take five breaths here" and moves on to something else immediately. She tells you to put your hands impossible places (that the model can't, either). If I didn't already know these poses, I'd be screwed. And there is no pause for you to look and figure it out!

I've only been using the app for three days so far, but I'm pretty happy with my experience. I've been doing the posture correction series and my back does feel alot better through out the day. Been using the app for 3 days in a row and I'm really liking it! I have two suggestions to improve the experience: 1) Show in different angles some movements so the position of some parts be more clear. And 2) Create a kind of sound that let us know we have to look to the screen to switch position/movement, maybe a gong. But I'm having a real good experience so far. Thanks!

The beginner yoga practices were not very 'beginner' like. I found 3/4 of the anti-stress poses impossible to complete, not excellent for stress reduction. I want to enjoy learning something new, not feel angry and unsuccessful. Edit: Gave it another try and my original opinion holds, unfornately. I really want a good yoga app to get started, but that's proving very difficult. If you are fit and flexible, this app is great. If you trying to get there, look elsewhere.

I found the proposal for the app incredible. You receive the initial classes and as you go, you get points and you can unlock the others. The narrations are in English, however as I am learning, it is also an incentive. One point to improve, in my opinion, would be to put a musical background in the meditations. Sometimes there are very long pauses and the narrator comes out of nowhere. I think a background music would make the meditations softer.

Though I've used this app only for two days, I loved it already. It' so simple (in good meaning of this word) to use it and pleasant (music, the teacher's voice ..) that it reminds me my first yoga session long time ago and bright joyful emotions that I had. I like this app overall, but there are some glitches: "keep this pose and breathe 5x" means you have 3 seconds to hold the pose (you have to press pause if you really want to breathe 5x). Also, the following workouts are personalized depending on if you press "it's just right" or "too hard" or "too easy" at the end (you get asked after every practice), so the moves during the practice may change and it becomes glitchy, sometimes repeating the same move or repeating the voice over instructions.

When moving from one pose to the next, the app will glitch, and the instructor will repeat the same instructions again. Also, I find the instructions a bit unclear sometimes. For instance, the instructor will tell me to do a pose with my arms, but not say what I'm supposed to do with the rest of my body. In other words, I find myself constantly having to strain my neck and keep my eyes glued to my device throughout the entire session (which is not very relaxing).

The app has been awesome, super great videos and the voice of the guidance is very soothing. However recently I'm having trouble with the sound, some of the yoga practices cut out the sound completely after the first 1 or 2 min of the video. It's more difficult to follow without assistance. Great routines. Their relaxing routines are amazing. I do then when I have a sore neck or back and you can really feel the results. The narration and music are nice, and have been improved over time. You can pause the routine whenever you like if you need time to figure something out. This app would be so perfect, if only it could give a chance to do it properly. The pace sometimes is over-rapid. For example, the female voice says take 3 breaths while girl on the screen is about to change her asana. So in fact I barely take 2 breaths. I understand that she probably didn't do the whole yoga, she just showed asanas for the records. So maybe you could at least pause her in the position furthermore, because it is really disturbing and ruins everything. Hope you'll fix it soon

I really enjoy the in depth videos with this app. The voice coach is very natural and realistic. The poses flow well together. I would like to see a better variety of videos, especially for hips, since that is a tight area on nearly everyone. If more videos stretching hips and hamstrings could be created, this app would deserve a 5 star rating.
