This works great. I was disheartened when I read the poor reviews. My husband and I are in 2 different countries at the moment and I was a bit disappointed by the reviews. However I asked him to download the app and we both added each other as a friend through the app and it worked really well. All the bad reviews books down to people not reading instructions.

Not sure it even let me log on properly in the first place, it looks to be a far more social app that I'd like, and it won't let me add friends, which in Covid is exactly it's intended purpose. Works great for personal use through the app from what I can tell but i really wanted my partner a state away to be able to control it...

It likes to disconnect constantly. You have to leave app open for it to work if you're controlling yourself. No way to let and keep friends separate on controls just lumps everyone into a group orgy message. Buggy AF with sending/recieving friend request, control requests and messages in general. Makes me feel like I wasted $100 on the toy.

App issues.... Good alone, but I was adding someone then we had to go through a circle to freaking add each other. When O finally added someone, she tried to "instant connect" And I received a pop up but then swiped it away by accident and it never returned claiming on her end "still waiting on confirmation" As well, the all seems to be "too long" For our phones. I barely can see the save button for vibrations, let along the play buttons for music.

Horrible App and product. It doesn't work. The device won't connect to the app. The app asks for all permissions of your phone...which is scary to me. The app and product are cheap knock-offs of better devices. Highly recommend getting the Lush2 instead!!!!

When this app use samsung phone remotely its stuck & touch didn't work. We want remotely control with video & audio chat. When remotely control we can't use sound vibration and pattern system or others. Pls add more vibrating command & systems for it and we buy for this device for remote vibrator. U have responsible to fix this problem & drive app to take 5 star and high rating. Pls consider about your customer feedback and help for save them. We are believe U before buy ur product. Plz keep it.
