Every time this app is updated something gets broken. Now you have to kill the app if you want to get back to the dashboard after looking at your weekly cycling activity. Get some real software developers, not some kids from college. And do some testing before you release a new version or update. Damn.

I have the analogue watch that connects to the Crane Connect app. There are significant layout problems such that the words do not fit the display area and the data is not checked. Seems like it was a first attempt at software. As it sort of works I'll give it one star. The bluetooth implmentation is the worst I have ever come across for dropping connection. The address is stored but will not reconnect without rebooting the watch.

*** AVOID THIS APP *** This is the second time I have used this app. First time was with a Cranesports running GPS watch. The watch was great, but I had to change to a different watch and app because this app was so utterly useless and incompatible with practically everything. The website is also a complete waste of time too. After updates features don't work and functions are removed and data is reported incorrectly. Did I mention that important activities were mysteriously deleted from the site and app after being uploaded. Also, customer support is non existant. That was a few years ago, so when I bought the new speed & cadence sensor I was hoping for some improvements. I was disappointed, it is still exactly the same useless piece of software that it was previously. No improvements or development whatsoever. I was also duped by claims on the packaging that it is compatible with Strava. It is not! So I will be taking it back to the shop for full refund tomorrow and will avoid all Crane Sports devices in the future, as I would advise everybody to.

Useless. Simply doesn't pair with their own device. Requires no end of permission to invade my privacy. Not happy Finally got it to pair I found it confusing and was not in the correct "All settings" area. I've tested it with the Speed and Cadence sensor on my turbo bike and it works fine The next challenge - how to export data to Strava. The packaging claims it can do this but cannot find any mention of it beyond that.

Will not work without registration. Registered, sent info and e-mail address. No reply. This is my second cadence sensor for a different bike. Until they send confirmation, I can't calibrate the second sensor for my other bike. I can't seem to be able to add another sensor to my original account so I registered again with a different address. Very little info on the web site. The cadence sensor works OK but the App registration system is rubbish.

I saw already a lot of crappy application, but from ALDI I was expecting more than this. The app and the scale was connected only 3 days and since nothing. I tried to uninstall and hard reset, but nothing. Hope it will be fixed soon, because like this it is useless and you can buy a simple scale for much less money. Like this it is just a waste of money

I have deleted the app and thrown away the product (speed and cadence sensor). The product is almost impossible to fit to my bike to their spec (sensor 2mm from magnets). Then, trying to register via the app is beyond frustrating - despite numerous password reset attempts (I am not stupid) I gave up trying to register. Avoid like the plague. I have binned everything. Will never touch a Crane product again.

Useless until you can register. The registration process has never sent me confirmation that it worked. Tried re-registering but it says the account is registered. Try to log in and it says the password is wrong. Click forgotten password and.... nothing. Complete waste of time and money. Will be taking the cadence sensor back for a refund.

Crashes all the time, won't sync, I don't think they have updated their software in years. I wish I could add a negative review!!! On average the app crashes over250 times a day, it high time Crane sorted this out, I have all of their equipment and its totally worthless as I can't record any readings on the useless app.

Who ever made this is a complete idiot. The application is too complicated,registering doesn't work,a message to your e-mail is never sent. Simply Terrible! If you want to connect to a crane watch,I'd recommend going to Zeroner. It works and Is much less complicated!
