Never had a problem. So much easier than carrying a USB. More secure if your phone has a pin/password. The automatic "accept" button doesn't always appear but the numbers are always changing and available. I would like to see integration with 3rd party 2FA services like Google Authenticator so that another app wasn't necessary. Love the website too.

I see lots of people having issues with this app etc but I have had zero issues since I started to use it back in January. I am using it on a Samsung a21 on android.

There's no QR code to scan? And no other option for the authentication code..

I am so disappointed with this app. The website itself is so good and this app is just awful. I can so rarely log onto cpoms it is ridiculous! I need the two factor authentication as a head of school to be able to see an overview of reports etc but I do not have the time to spend over an hour waiting for the app to respond on my phone. This app was last updated in August 2020 yet there are so many negative comments since then why has it not been improved and updated??

Just reading all these comments that I'm experiencing too. Persevered with months of phone crashing, black screen, needing to turn my phone off and on, still no joy, phone completely unresponsive (because of the app). I've now received a notification so out of frustration I've uninstall the app. Great. I now need a QR code to reinstall. Need to contact your Admin to clear previous code. I'm an admin but I can't do it on myself, our other Admin is off due to family bereavement. Safeguarding???

App was working fine until the update! Why change something that was working to make it less efficient? I now can't send code from my phone to log in so I have to do it manually all the time and that's if the app actually opens for me, sometimes takes 2 or 3 attempts to actually get given a code, I don't have time for all the messing around! Fix it please!

Since the update, the app just doesn't work. I mostly just get a black screen. Very rarely I'll get a code after a few minutes of waiting. As I'm using the app for work, not leisure, the amount of wasted time is incredibly frustrating. I'm using an android phone - Samsung. Please get this sorted asap.

For those experiencing problems with this app after changing device please note: You have to first remove your old key. Contact your cpoms admin and ask them to remove your key. You can then set up new key as you did the first time, by elevating access and scanning the QR code before being issued with the code :) All instructions available on cpoms.co.uk

Horrendous experience considering it is meant to be for safeguarding and sharing information quickly. I can't get to elevated access a majority of the time (black screen or crash) so when MASH requests come in, it is difficult to provide them with the most accurate information when needed.

Using the app fine and then the new system stared. The authenticator was working fine one day and then the next day it asked for a new code. Contacted customer services that were not very helpful and it's there issue with changing the app !
