Booking works very well. 5-stars for that, it's as good as hotel booking apps get. BUT digital key doesn't work, and the hotel stay information is kind of clunky, hard to access and variably incorrect. This is probably a per-property issue, and I'm sure that these things work better at other hotels. The digital key problem is a big one, if it doesn't work perfectly it shouldn't be offered, because whenever it doesn't work you get locked out of your room (which happened to me)

Super easy to look up hotels & descriptions are nice, but would give 5 stars if you could click a link to the hotel to see more pictures & information. Overall I start with the app, then have to change to the internet to confirm that's where we want to stay, then go back to the app to book. So a bit of a hassle, but earning free stays is worth it. The digital key rarely works so we still use the regular hotel card so we're not locked out!

Very convenient. I love being able to check in and get my digital key through the app. I wish I could see what rooms look like in the app. I would like for the app to have pictures of the property and rooms like they are on the web. Also, I love the showers! A complimentary breakfast would just top it off, even if it is just bagels, fruit and coffee.

The app is pretty, but lacks several features. It doesn't save preferences (like family size or card information), it doesn't allow you to search by map, you have to guess which cities along the route have a Hilton location. The remote check-in works about 50% of the time. I love Hilton's and am brand loyal, but the app needs some updates.

Absolutely awesome app. Checking in and getting the virtual key allows me to literally pass up the desk with lines stretched 5 to 8 folks deep. We recently had this experience and my wife had no idea we had checked-in, had our room and had our virtual key. We went straight to our room and that was exciting to my wife!!! Also check out is great too!! Just don't check out until you have everything done. The virtual key shuts off and you can't get back into the room. Makes since.

App normally works great, making the check-in process easy. However, I did experience a previous problem, where my bed selection was changed by the app without any input from me. Hotel was full, so I was unable to get it corrected.

Booking works great, but suddenly the link to Google Maps is broken. When you click on "directions" from your reservation, it says it can't find the maps app. This always used to work, but not anymore.

It's a little unclear when I'm choosing a check-in vs. check-out date. When I asked to book a stay with points, it still showed me the price first in dollars (and then I was able to change it to use points with the "point slider").

App is pretty good. Digital key has been spotty historically but seems to be better now. Booking rooms with HHonors status in app still does not always give best available price. Overall, I can book lodging and access my room, then checkout all through the app. That's what I need!

Good. However there was no way for me to cancel a reservation earlier within the app. Had to try through phone that requested a lot of info ( Mt Hhonor number and then the confirmation number). All of which was just in the app. I will say that I was attempting this cancelation within 24hours which may had something to do with it.
