    It is sometimes buggy and weird, but it makes the Marriott app look like garbage. Theres the digital key. It sometimes fails but generally works well and, when it does fail, it is often the fault of the property. Room selection maps are on Google Maps so you get to see where the room is in relation to both facilities and streets. Hotel search is fine. I wish the map for the property zoomed to it, because it right now zooms to the entire country and you have to zoom in to the marker.

    app Overall, very useful. Saves time, reduces time spent in the lobby (a good thing during the pandemic). Electronic key works well, although I've seen some glitches: during my stay in Moab it told me a couple of times that I already checked out! But it worked fine 20 seconds later. Go figure, certainly something for developers to look into. Design of the app is nice, easy to use. Definitely another reason to stay at Hilton family of hotels.

    hilton honors book hotel with points Slow, clunky, and frequently doesn't work. I have an S21 with 5G and it is the only app on my phone with this issue. I'm a Hilton Gold member and I'm pretty much done with Hilton at this point. I understand the pandemic has had a profound impact on travel and hospitality companies, but goodness, national Hilton customer service has just become awful. It used to be good. I'm using my points and will figure out a new company to use then.

    hilton honors hotels reservations App worked great right up until a couple of days ago. Now I can't access anything, it just gives me an everlasting search bar in every category. I have logged on and off and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Please help. I'll change my review, just help I used rgb is app with great success until the latest update on the 22nd of march.

    Great app, digital key is tempermental. Kind of annoyed please stop by our front desk after the whole reasoning behind using the apples for the digital key the reasoning behind stopping at the desk could be a bit more transparent like "hey you might have a card issue" , or "hey we have to make a change to your reservation" otherwise I thoroughly enjoy the app and if the property offers it a way to download third party authorization forms when necessary would be effing awesome

    Comparing to other major lines of hotels app, I found Hilton's app is most accurate, easy, and reliable one among all for domestic bookings. I have not tried to book oversea hotels yet. I will update it for foreign countries hotel booking later. great APP for travel and the reservation, price, reciept all in one place. I love it so much for most our family trips booking through this app!

    I am a rewards member with IHG, Marriott, Wyndham and Hilton and I must say Hilton Honors is by far the best members app I have used to date! Love the discounts when u book through the app. Checking in is a piece of cake! Haven't used the check out feature yet as I'm still here! Using the digital key is awesome! I have had no problems with viewing my past or upcoming stays. The app has never closed unexpectedly or froze. Hilton Honors is #1!

    Nearby attractions map is great, quick and easy booking/cancelations are great convenient options! Additionally, the map view is great when you're trying to find something close to your desired location. All around its one of the better apps out there.

    So after nagging me in emails to install this app ahead of my stay, I finally gave in. I tried to check in using the app and it offers me one room to choose from with the words "we got only one one open room but it's great", in a hotel that is likely to be 80% empty due to covid, and this room isn't even what I reserved. Two stars for effort.

    This app saved my sanity while staying at a poorly run Hilton extended stay partner. Terrible manager and terrible service (not up to par for my expectations when staying in any Hilton facility). Using this app put them on blast so they had to meet request or be called out. Had to request through the app to have my room cleaned or they didn't do it. Not the user friendliest of apps, but has alot of nifty tools.

    App is generally good. Booking is a breeze and most functions work well. 2 issues: 1. Why can't I modify (extend) an existing stay in the app? The app says I can't modify a stay, I waddle down to the front desk, within seconds they extend my stay and the change soon appears in the app. Annoying that it's not a feature. 2. Why does the digital key have to get fetched every time the app is opened? With bad internet OR if the key system is down suddenly this cool feature is a huge pain.

    I used the app to book the room. Nice options and able to customize. I got to pick my room with digital key that was nice. They sent a text to check in early. When I tried to reach out by text to the hotel thru the app no one responded to me. So I ended up calling on the phone waited for a long time to talk to someone.

    I loved using the HH app. Non-contact entry was great. I was able to text a couple questions to the concierge before we even got into Florida and it was fun to look through the list of recommendations and mark my favorites.

    Great app, but need to be careful when entering date of stay - the app accidentally have the wrong date and refunds are not allowed if it's less than 24 hours (thankfully the front desk was able to cancel the earlier wrong booking when the situation was explained)

    Hands down, the best hotel app. I haven't tried another one because I just feel those other hotel apps will just end up disappointing me and have me checking out of that hotel brand and looking up at the sky for the familiar Hilton sign and start making my way to it.

    This app is useless to me. I've tried to book with this app twice. Both times I can not book because it ask for my travel agent number. I'm not a travel agent nor do I use a travel agent. My IHG app works fine. If I continue to have these issues I will continue to stay at Holiday Inn. Update.... I have found when I am booking I have to go in and change the settings every single time I try to book a room.

    I like the ability to check-in, book rooms, etc. What I don't like is the digital key is often flakey. I can't tell you how many times I've went to my room, key doesn't work, I haul luggage back to front desk and get a plastic key.

    This is by far the best hotel in the Holyoke Springfield/ West Springfield area. With the options to cook your own meals due to having a 2 burner range in room or the refrigerator/freezer this is simply the best. But none of that compares to the quality of service of the staff and management team. Ciester does a tremendous job, Maria at breakfast makes sure your accommodated with everything you need. Not to mention the pool is still open which my kids lived and the weight room.We will be back.TY

    Had a CC expired and updated with the new info. For some reason the info doesn't get updated and I have to refill in the info every time I book. Don't see anyway to delete out the old card either. This is very annoying.

    I would give it zero. It never can log me in. I recover my account reset my password and as soon as I shut down the app I can't log in again. It's not user error. This happens everytime. It's beyond infuriating. I'll just book with the Hyatt. Their app works.

    It allows me to access my room by my phone instead of using the hotel keys... I also enjoy the local Restaurants and things to do by using the icon on the app that helps you find Places and Things to do around the hotel you have chosen. It helps me enjoy my hotel stay even more.

    I had problems with my phone that cause me to perform a factory reset. Since performing the reset I am unable to receive digital keys. The app says it is going to another phone, then displays the previous name of THIS phone.

    I'm a PROUD Hilton Honors member!! Diamond member at that!! The app is wonderful and easy to use. Pricing of rooms tend to be tedious especially when using points but I definitely would ALWAYS recommend the Hilton.

    The app and the Digital Key funtion are great, but I Suggest to Add a new widget to the app allowing to add the Digital Key to the Homescreen of the phone, so it's faster and easier to use the Digital Key, than having to search for the app and then the Digital key option.

Seriously, there's a good chance they won't even know what I'm talking about. I'll just keep using the piece of plastic. Can't you do text message authentication instead or something?

    Still, where is the option to find the nearest hotel without putting in an address or zip code?!!! This app is annoying compared to the other hotel apps!! What happened to the find hotels in my location feature? Now I have to type in the airport code and it still doesn't give me the nearest hotels! Please fix that back the way it was.

    I love this app. The convenience of looking for hotels in certain areas, being able to view their details and photos without navigating away is wonderful. Where this app really shines is check in! Being able to choose a contactless check in (especially during these times) is fantastic. Where they go above and beyond is being able to choose your room though. Love everything about it! I always check in early and knowing exactly when my room is ready is fantastic.

    The app works great. It would be five stars for me if the breakfast hours listed for the hotel somewhere in the app. One time the digital key did not work when I was trying to access the garage, but I believe my phone was attempting to connect to the Hilton WiFi. To avoid the glitch, I turned off auto connect and have not had a problem since.

    Half of the time it doesn't open the door. If you click on one of the specials it either gives an error or you have to log in again. That's pretty pointless. Their help desk gives this elaborate fix involving clearing the web cache and, if I recall, you need a letter from the Pope. That is not a fix, that's a bad app. Few months on and I think the app got worse. Digital key has been "on its way" for a few weeks now.

    the only downfall with the app is that the digital key has to reload each time and I've been stuck outside waiting for 2 or 3 minutes for this to happen.... Update: digital key has greatly improved. Now loads immediately. Thanks for fixing it.

    Much quicker to book. Only complaint was after editing a phone number and hitting "done" on my phone, couldn't find how to get back to booking page. Finally noticed the check mark in upper right and clicked that. Need a word like done under it. Other than that, experience much better than before. Thanks!

    Guest info doesn't port over in system. If you add additional guests to your online reservation it will not show up in the system when you check in. You always have to call and manually add a guest name to the booking. Also, credit cards: if I don't show up my CC gets charged (that's fine) but if I want to pay over the phone for a team member to have a hotel room I have to fill out a ridiculous form each time. It seems very inconsistent and not the best customer experience.

    I love that I can pick my room, check in, and not talk to anybody during my stay. The digital key almost always works (some locations have technical errors) and the fact that I'm paying for a room and am trusted to come in and go without having to get the generic 'hotel greeting' actually makes it 100 times more comfortable because it feels like I'm already at my own place instead of renting a room somewhere. Kudos to the dev team and everyone in the team involved to make this happen.

    I want to love this app, bit I can't bring myself to it. The app is is incapable of consistently displaying photos for hotels or rooms. More often than not, I get an error saying it can't load the photo. How hard is this? Every other major hotel aoo is able to do this consistently without issue.

    I would like a feature to search by driving route. If I'm traveling west on I40 (for example), it would be nice to see locations within X miles of I40. Also, the app never remembers my new card and still wants to use a credit card from a few years ago.

    It's a great way to book a hotel. Find the hotel you want, book it. Check in using the APP, if possible at the hotel, use the digital key to enter your room. No need to see reception. But normally you need a key card to slip into the slot in the room to get power to the lights and other things. That is the only drawback.

    App is so easy to use. Simple layout and has all the features I've needed for booking, checking in and the digital key. 👍🏼 There is even hotel-specific information such as amenities and near by attractions/restaurants.

    I love the app, it is so user friendly and makes things quicker and easier. One drawback is if you are trying to book a hotel after midnight with points it won't let you for that night. This happened to me on a road trip in the middle of the night and ended up in the lobby having to call Hilton customer service so I could get a Room for 6 hours and get back on the road. But i was able to be helped over the phone...

    This app always works for me when I'm booking at a Hilton hotel. I like earning points toward free stays and other perks, plus I can use it to check in early or unlock my door during my stay. It's a little weird that I'm sent to a website when I want to view details on promotions instead of keeping it within the app.

    Usage of the app to book has always been great. However, last several trips booked had issues with getting the digital key to work properly with my room. I can understand with covid that certain areas such as indoor pool or the fitness room to not work, but the digital key should always work with the door to my room. Fix that and the app would be 5 stars.

    Absolutely love this app. I normally spend up to 3 months a year in Hilton properties. I would normally call to set up my reservations and would be on hold forever. Now I search the area I'm staying, pick hotel, set my dates, pick my room and hit book. That easy, takes 3 to 5 mins. Makes life so much easier! Love this app!!!

    I like the digital key aspect of the app, however many locations do not have tbis feature or it functions abysmally, requiring you to visit the dreaded front desk, after lugging your bags to your, appointed room! Requsts made in the app might as well be written on toilet paper and flushed, they are never read or adhered to.Making a reservation is generally easy, getting into your room without hassle, is another story.

    The application doesn't work for me. It can't load any bookings, it can't find any bookings, whatever I try to do with it, it displays an error message on your side. I have updated the app to its last version, nothing changed. Cleaned the cache, nothing changed. Totally useless app!!! I don't recommend it to anyone!

    Technical glitches. When calling customer service, they said I could only pick a room with a view using the app (really?!) After installing and signing in (which was a whole other nightmare) I got to the room selection part. Picked a room. Little pop-up says "Oops! Technical issue has prevented this option." I've found the technology at Hilton hotels to be especially unuser-friendly and dated. Frustrating for the supposed "higher-end" customer they're targeting.

    Great app and very helpful when looking for rooms. The only downfall that really isn't that important is that if you have the key on your app turned on you can not have a physical key as well. Hoping they change that as my husband doesn't like the app but I love the key feature!

    It works pretty well, but 3 years in and my wife and I still can't use the digital key on both of our phones for the same stay? Customers have been asking for this since the beginning. Also, it would be nice to have a receipt available on the app upon checkout, but it takes a long time to post. Sometimes it doesn't post until after expense reports are due so I have to call the front desk still.

Was able to find hotels near me reserve and pay without having to go to the counter. check out was as simple as selecting the checkout button on the app. Definitely recommend this app and i will be using it a lot

    The app is not working for me, I noticed that the app was updated and my phone also updated hopefully everything gets worked out.I cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled app.I have used the app before and it was so smooth. I checked in via my phone and went straight to my room using my phone to unlock the door.

    I travel a lot (115 nights this year) and the app has stopped working, or at least giving me access. I can access the website to do what I need, but for check-in, digital key, etc. you need the app. Really inconvenient, especially to wait in line at the front desk during these uncertain times.

    This app is amazing. I absolutely love the convenance of having a digital key on my phone and being able to check in and out of the hotel. Also having the ability to check my points and member benefits. It's always a great thing to have the 1800 number on hand as well it's included on the app if you have any questions.

    I love this app. One of my favorite features is the ability to go in and easily change my benefit at each brand depending on what type of trip. If i won't need breakfast because of schedule or what not ill take the points or vice versa.

    Took me less than 5 min. Put in town. See what rooms and cost in points at the handful of choices. Made reservation. Don't see arrival and departure times. Will have to look up their number and check online or call them directly

    This app is very user-friendly. The organization makes sense. The interface is pretty seamless. I have only had it for a couple months at this point, but I'm a fan. I couldn't get the digital room key function to work for me, but I have problem doing that part the old-fashioned way.

    Great experience. I just wished you could save favorites. Also wish you could see room rates over a period of time so you could evaluate when the best time to travel was vs having to change the dates for each search.

    I love the fact that you can check in through the app for early arrival. In addition, the digital key is convenient, too. There is no need to go to the front desk. It bypasses all of that! We have always enjoyed staying at a Hilton hotel and our most recent stay was amazing.

    Works for me! I rarely have a problem. I love that you have an option to choose your own room. It's such a convenient check in and out. I feel bad it may eliminate more ppl jobs. The digital key can be slow at times...only when my hands are full! 😄
