It's absolutely a nice thing to have but need ppl who actually knows what their recording for instance we've been paying for 3 years of live video well it wasn't live video for whatever reason then got that figured out but they scan my vehicles that haven't been moved from the carport and I wish I could have them stop videoing my dogs n my back lot (small lot for 2 little dogs) it all just takes up your recording space and then before the month is halfway through your storage is full..

Can't see outside video for cameras in both real time and past. Doorbell is the only camera that works with app. Very disappointed and regret getting into a contract.

cameras never work, signal strength not good and lag is ridiculous someone attempted to break into my car yesterday n no response whatsoever

Bugs! Clicking a notification now brings you to the live video instead of the recorded clip -- so annoying! Also annoying to wake up and see 5 notifications of animals in your yard overnight, and none of them take you to the clips they indicate. Limited cloud storage of recorded clips, but deleting clips in the app is PAINFUL! Only other option is degraded use of the app w/ no recording. It won't just overwrite old clips! Too much to fit here. Love the service. App is a little frustrating.

The camera misses a lot. It start recording in advance and by the time something happens it disconnect. If something else happens right behind it you miss it. It picks up so many lights that you get nothing because you run out of clicks before the end of the month. The cameras aren't real clear and it's a waste if you're looking for security.

Most times app does not work. Always says camera's are disconnected. Or, not able to access live camera option when doorbell is pressed . Also, notifications come 5 to 10 min after someone has come within perimeter of sensors.

Customer service is frm initial poc till the end of the contract & beyond. Had my service installed on 10/13/21 and on 10/17/21 I already have a problem. My camera is not working. Basic troubleshooting and nada. Called CS, they did basic troubleshooting and nada. The agent advise me the earliest they can send a tec out is Fri 10/22. Really A whole week w/out the use of my camera that your charging me 4. 4 stars for install and initial poc. You should be as eager to KEEP me as you were to get me

Receive security notifications 7-10 minutes after the fact. I've had cars enter my driveway, people have walked up my 250 ft driveway to my front door and back to their vehicle before receiving security notification. Sometimes I don't receive notification or video clips at all. Takes several attempts to load live feed, after which, person/animal has already left. What's the point of security threat notifications, several minutes after the fact? Extremely unreliable, useless security system.

Useless mostly. Notifications come in 13-15 minutes after the fact. 90% of the time I get an error message when trying to arm/disarm when I'm not close enough to connect to my home wifi. What's the point of that?! Trying to recalibrate a camera from the app never works either and I always have to have a tech come out to do it.

Really good to use as long as Im about 100 feet away from the console....i cant be in the same room with the console/base without it timing out!
