This app does not work for me on my galaxy S9. Issues won't open at all and downloads won't work. I signed up for the free trial but will most likely cancel to avoid paying money every month for an app that doesn't even work. Edit: I have contacted customer service multiple times and not once been given any real help. Same issues. App is unusable. Way to go cosmo. You've lost a subscriber. I'm uninstalling this app.

I loved it and would have given it a 5, but I changed phones, and when i downloaded the app again, the magazines that I had previously paid for were locked and they wanted me to pay AGAIN! My monthly payment was active (I have a year of paper and digital) but I had paid for 10 magazines from before that year that it locked me back out of.

So I created an account through the website and when I tried to login on the app I was told that an account on the website is different than on the app and I would need 2 separate accounts! Which means my subscription on the website only exists on the website and I would have to resubscribe on the app! That is insane and needs to be fixed ASAP! Your website and your app should use the exact same servers and stuff to work and login. Uninstalling this ASAP!

App doesn't work on my phone either, I have a galaxy S9 as well. It won't even open the new issue, I have been subscribed for a while. Nor does the download for offline work.

Not what I expected. I thought it would show me articles like seventeen magazine. Com does but on mobile. But it only showed me magazines to buy. Kinda thought it would be like the buzzfeed app.

I first subscribed back in 2013/2014, it was all good at first, just when downloading magazines it took a lot of time to download even when using private wifi. Now, I am back subscribing since last March, but after a few months, magazines I downloaded won't reload. When I open existing and new issues, it said "articles not available, out of connectivity, etc". I tried times to uninstalled & reinstalled the app on both of my smartphones, not working. Unsubscribed, until these issues fixed.

Someone else in reviews had problems with the galaxy s9. On my galaxy s9 the app won't even load the app to begin with. The s9 phone is only a few years old and was a high end phone when it came out no reason this simple app should not work on it.

I love my Cosmo but I love being environmentally friendly as well. Also the app is much more affordable than the physical magazine if I bought it from the market place.
