Body mass index (BMI), or Quetelet index, is used to measure the human body shape based on an individual's height and weight. This simple calculator provides BMI calculations for adults. You can enter your height either in centimeters(cms) or in feet and inches. You can enter you weight either in pounds or Kilograms(kgs) Note : BMI calculations can be affected by muscular and athletic body.The range of BMI values provided are valid only as statistical categories.
