My camera actually worked pretty well for the past two years.. it did have this glitch to wear it would crash if you tried to zzom on on allot of detail oriented backgrounds.. that was an easy solution.. but now my camera has finally stopped working.. this really jas been a good phone. My only real complaint is that Razer doesn't care about quality control and since their phones are discontinued it doesn't look like they'll be redeeming themselves anytime soon :(

I have razor phone 2 and camera is not working.. sometime front camera and sometimes both... Fed-up with this.. my suggestion not to buy rezor phones.. problem not yet solved, when we expect solution? 99% of users of razor phone are having same problem of camera and till now razor company is not bothering to solve the issue.. I bought it of 1k$ it's hard earned money they should understand it... Will not recommend anyone to purchase a single product of this company.

I too am suffering from this app crashing. It's related to the front facing camera. If you try and open gcam it workz with back camera, but when you try and switch to front camera, it crashes too. Duo loads the back camera mirrored, thinking it's the front camera. What the hell happened? I can video chat anyone on anything. Update: I sent my phone if for repair, they could not fix it. They wanted to replace it for $690. After reflashing stock rom over and over, the front camera is working again.

UPDATE TO CRASHING So, Razer wanted a whole list of info, which I didn't remember or have. So I done some digging through the settings, and after resetting app preferences, my cameras are working just fine now. This may be a temporary fix, I'm not sure. I'll update if it quits again.

Well well 2 years and this camera still isn't fixed I once wrote a review here saying I just came back to check on this app and still nothing I deleted that review and made this new one and wow I forgot about the camera remembered the other day to check the app if it updated PEOPLE ITS BEEN YEARS AND THEY KEEP GIVING US THE SAME ANSWERS!! LITERAL AAA GAMES WERE CODED WITHIN THAT TIME!!!can a real person please answer us and give us a real reason why you guys aren't fixing i mean jeez years man🤥

Not even the Razar company can help with this camera problem. I gave up trying... Too much dramas over this camera... Almost time to throw in the garbage.... Can't even imagine that Razar company haven't even came up with another software update that will fix the last update problem. What a waste of 1k$

"Camera keeps stopping:" A phrase to haunt your nightmares. A month ago, the front camera completely ceased function. Instead, the switch button would go between the two back cameras. Then, two weeks ago, it just gave out. I have no idea why. It refuses to open. I deleted the cache, the storage, factory reset the entire phone, and yet, nothing. Supremely frustrating.

I've had my Razer Phones 2 for two years, and now all of a sudden just today the camera crashes whenever I open it to take a picture. I was able to use it perfectly last night. I'm able to use forward facing the camera in a couple of other apps - not all of them - but the "selfie" camera does not work at all on any app. I have not dropped the phone or spilled anything on it. There are very few fixes that I've been able to Google, & none of them have helped me...

Crashes And More Crashes. I emailed Razer already. It's been 2 weeks since theyve "looked into it." No further response. On the bright side, they have emailed me many product discounts, updates of new products, and such of the sorts...
