    My experience with the app and on-line shopping (with Walmart in general) has been favorable. Sure there have been the occasional hiccups, but they've always made it right. (so far...) Especially like that they have 'curbside' pickup; again the app has functioned as it should. This makes it much easier to get the things I need without having to endure the hustle & bustle of being inside the store!

    usa Love this grocery shopping app. I rarely even walk into the store anymore. Pick up is the best! Walmart app is much more user friendly than other grocery shopping apps. the only thing I wish it did that it does not is once something is in your cart, you cannot click on that item to go add it to favorites or perhaps review information or compare it to other products. You have to go back to search and find the item again. If you could select item once in cart, I would have given 5 stars.

    акции I am tired of the app picking neighborhood market instead of supercenter, which is closer. they are always out of all kinds of staples...milk, bread, flour, water. we have allergies and other health issues so we can't do substitutes. oh! This happens to my daughter in another town too. She can go straight to the store after the delivery, and the shelves are full.

    stock The inventory is not always accurate, so I never get my complete order. Sometimes people pick vegetables and don't put them in the veggie bags. A few times, things have been missing. But reporting that and getting a refund is relatively easy. Picking up takes a while sometimes and seems like they don't have enough people. But the free and convenient service that keeps me from having to shop myself, and the money I save by not picking up random items while shopping makes it all worth it.

    це The app is great, when it works correctly. I have many different issues when going through online check out. The latest was that it kept giving me an error message, would let me check out and purchase my order. It says to "try again later". Kept trying. it didn't work. Talked to two online help agents. Was told to uninstall walmart app then reinstall. Then told to clear the caché. Finally the second agent was able figure what the problem was and actually help me. Other than that, I like theapp

    logo Walmart app is ok. I've ordered from it, having my orders delivered from a nearby Walmart about 10 times now, (spending about $150-$300 each order) and every single time there are about 10-15 items that are not available. I don't allow substitutions so I understand that yeah maybe some items might be unavailable but most of the items that come up unavailable when I order, I can go it the store and find them right on the shelves. I wish they had a more accurate way of knowing what's available.

    grocery We've been very pleased with the curbside pickup since the Covid pandemic has made instore shopping unacceptable for my age group. Even though we occasionally have substitutions or items out of stock, overall the experience has been very positive. The young people that do the shopping seem to do a great job, they need to be better compensated. Early in our curbside experience I attempted to "tip" a young lady and was informed that tipping was not allowed. That needs to change!!!

    киев I can't imagine shopping in store, doing grocery pick up, or online orders without this app. With the app I can start to fill my digital grocery cart from wherever I am, whenever I think of something that I need -- including thise times when I am waiting for my grocery pick up order to be loaded into my car. Overall, the app works very well and has some nice features. I love the price scanner tool. I also like how I can pay with my phone if I ever forget my actual wallet.

    gift card Mostly works great except the app is missing nearly all cold cereals found within my local store. So I still needed to go into the store to buy cereal. ***update on 4/9/21*** I still can't find 95% of the cereal found within the store on the app, and now I can't find some milk products either. I have tried calling the store about this issue, but I can't get anyone in any department to answer during business hours.

    near me It's nice that it saves your usual items you buy and convenience of not having to shop.But the problem with the app is that it freezes or you can't click on the item you want and then you can't even search for a item. Most of the time I have to switch back and forth from my tablet to my phone to be able to complete an order. I'd give this less stars if the whole process sucked as bad as the app does. I've really had it with it and most likely will be shopping myself the app is that frustrating!

    Walmart's delivery service has really simplified the grocery shopping process for us, especially during the pandemic. I can choose a deliver time and they've done a pretty good job choosing quality fruits and veggies. We've received a few items that should have been thrown away instead of being added to our delivery, but overall I've been really happy with their quality and I will continue to use Walmart's delivery service going forward. I highly recommend it, especially if you hate shopping.

    This app is great but I've had a few merchants pull a bait & switch. Advertising one product but when you get it it's empty or not close to what it looked like in the advertisement. Walmart needs to do a better job on deciding who will sell behind their name unless they don't care if they get a bad rep & what is sold. A lot are poor quality & cheap imitations made in China. Don't buy unless it's a reputable company that you're familiar with.

    I am happy with the Walmart grosery pickup. They are usually very good at picking out fresh produce, and getting everything I order. I have heardly ever had any issues and I've been doing this for 4 years. They are good about fixing issues when they do occur. There app is easy to use and you can get more then just food items. It saves me alot of time. I am so thankful for this, keep up the good work Walmart.

    I placed an order earlier today and a few minutes later realized I'd get a better deal just going to the store to get it because shipping was crazy high. Well the Walmart app doesn't have a link to click and cancel an existing order. Only by email by time the company responded "hours later," they said the order was already processed and they could not cancel the order. And that's how they got me...but never again!!!

    I was able to order pretty easily. but was shocked when I saw that I had to pay for shipping. I normally only use Amazon for online orders. My purchase was for $12 and shipping was almost $10! Immediately looked if I could get the same product on Amazon but didn't see it, so I went ahead and placed the order with Walmart. Suggest they bake in the shipping so it's less of a surprise at checkout

    This app can be great or garbage. You spend a whole lot of time putting things in your cart and you go to check out and it tells you that you can only pick up these things at a store that's an hour away from you whereas while you are shopping it says all these things are at the stores near you. I also hate when you add enough items to your cart in order to get free shipping and then the one item that you really want gets cancelled after you order, so if you order it later NOT FREE. Not fair.

    I love WM grocery pickup, and my local store (shout out 992) is awesome. However, the app's GPS has sucked since inception. When you arrive, the app often won't recognize that you've arrived. You have to force stop the app, disable/enable GPS/Location function, then restart - and this isn't fully reliable. I feel bad for other customers and the associates that have to deal with this issue constantly.

    Since we have been under quarantine orders due to medical reasoning, I began using the Walmart app for curbside pick up groceries every week and for needs online to have delivered to our door. We have had a very good experience with it. If there is every any issues, they are immediately taken care of. Everyone has gone over and beyond to take care of our needs while we are unable to walk into public stores. Thank you!

    Adding items to my cart for curbside pickup has such a lag it's pretty much impossible ( nothing wrong with my connection - I tested it). Can't save new items in, or even look at all of my Favorites. App is pretty much useless. I've tried stopping the app, cleaning the cache, and sometimes that will allow me to scroll through all of my Favorites but not always. Seems like there's a problem with reaching Walmart servers. Simply cannot shop using this app. Ridiculous.

    I used the app for groceries and I have never had a problem before, but for the first time I did a search for a hiking backpack and the app have two different prices, one regular and the other cheaper. In resume the employee told me they cannot gave me the cheaper price because that its a glitch from the app. I'm sure I won't be the only customer irritated if I drove to get something I need and they come with that explanation. Definitely should put a disclaimer about prices and the glitch

    Being able to order and pick up groceries or have them delivered is so convenient! My only complaint is often they don't substitute an item when the exact one I picked out isn't available and when they do the screen doesn't always pull up to see what they substituted it with for me to confirm or reject the item. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. :)

    I am so impressed with the delivery service and options available within the Walmart app both with pick-up and online. Before the pandemic was good but during is great! Thank you to all of the workers and third-parties, warehouse workers, and customer service agents invoicing delivery workers. My family desperately needed things that were out of stock for months and through the app we were able to get them within a matter of a week!! I cannot express my gratitude to you enough.

    the Walmart plus program is great I order my food and other things and get them delivered no shipping fee no minimum order. I usually get everything I order. I've only had to substitute other things once in a while I've only had to get a refund a few times. it's better than amazon prime IMO. it's cheaper usually and they have a great variety of things to get. for food delivery is a great service especially for the price. instacart adds to the price of the items. walmart doesn't.

    walmart still has not got times right. more than a year after they started advertising heavily it's essentially false advertisement. they should not have advertised delivery until they were ready to implement it the way they advertise it. I've been very upset. I pay for the $100 delivery, but even if there's a slot open it's a week away. I'm disabled so it's not like I have a lot of other choices.

    I think this app is a godsend especially with the pandemic...My reason is I don't drive and this helps me have a degree of independence. A plus is I use a lot of great value product and I worked for 14 yrs back in 1994 . I know or knew that some of the great value products were made by well known vendors for deals for their customers...don't know if that is still true but I like almost all of their products with the exception of their meats ...Had a few unhappy choices. ✔❤

    I love to do my shopping online at Wal-Mart, due to me always spending to much when I walk in the store. Lol, my only issue is when I go to pick up my items & they're NEVER READY & no one comes to help. They just walk back & forth & look at you like your crazy for trying to pick up what you just paid for! Smh they've gotta get better with the customer service inside. On the other hand if I'm going to get groceries, they are great with that!

    This app overall is great! (as long as you keep it updated) My favorite feature is the Scan & Pay, which allows you to scan items in-store as you shop and then simply scanning only one barcode at checkout for a faster shopping experience. It's perfect and very convenient for someone as busy and on-the-go like me! And it gives me an in between option from lazy delivery shopping and the regular in-store experience. Big thanks to the app developers and the Walmart guys rock!

    Using the app is easy and convenient. I can place an order and schedule a pick up time to fit MY schedule. I do suggest to place an order as soon as possible to receive same day. It's wonderful to be able to shop other stores within your area, too. I like that it saves what has been ordered to use as a shopping list. I like that I can shop, get my order and limit my exposure to other people.

    It's a decent app. The customer service aspect needs a ton of improvement. They barely notify you with an email if you have a item in your order they wish to substitute and the window of time to review the sub item is very small. At most 1hour. The store should call or even text the customer.. I mean really.. who checks their email all that often?? Oh! check your "best if" dates on everything food related you may order!!! Not even joking! I wish I was.

    They will have items in store but have them out of stock on the app. They also don't offer smaller quantity items and push bigger quantities you don't need so I will shop elsewhere for them. The prices are also increasing and have lower prices at other stores. Items that are returned during pickup are not being done by the associates and have to call on several occasions to get my refund. Need to work on everything.

    the app is good one work properly, sometimes it takes several tries to place an order, it will decline debit cards even though there's plenty of money in the account. If there's a mistake and you have to go back or the app declined your card, you have to keep adding the alternative person over and over even though it's supposed to save it. That can be a little frustrating, but like I said... when it works like it's supposed to it's fine

    Easy to use! I love grocery pickup orders from this app. Unfortunately: non-wally vendors have inconsistent sizing and horrid quality. Filter function leads to inaccurate results. If you favorite a grocery item, it will end up on your other lists. No way to organize your lists in the app. The email alert function doesn't alert me of replenishments. It's not clear if a product has free delivery until you are one click from making final purchase. I think Wal-Mart can greatly improve this app.

    Really great service, but wow is the app a mess. It slows to a backward-crawl every time I am preparing an order, so that sometimes I wait almost a minute after pressing a button for any response to register (and sometimes the item still doesn't get added to the cart, or sometimes it's added twice instead). The "tell us which spot you're parked in" after arriving for pick up makes for a comical game of "press the number and the color at least 45 times and see if it registers this time or not".

    This app is great when you can get it to work. Why do you need to use a Zip Code when your standing in the store trying to use the bar code reader? Why not Use My Current location? I'm in a Walmart. I don't know the zip code and when I ask an employee what the zip code is they look at me like I'm a lunatic. It's also too difficult to set your location. When I do it by city it doesn't even show me the store I'm standing in. One time I found an employee who showed me a way I can't replicate.Ugh!

    Convenient but auto on options not convenient. Easy to order and manage except when you forget to switch the substitutions off. Keep getting stuck with items that were substituted that made no sense to begin with. I use the delivery service since i don't have time to in person but too return that's the only way, defeating the purpose. Drop off at door is also auto on, but easier to catch. If leave on they will just drop off outside door, I'm at an apt so not the best thing for me.

    I enjoy the convenience of the app in general for arranging grocery pickups, but there are still some bugs like not recognizing that I'm parked in a spot after I've checked in (like the GPS is off or something), and too often I find that the listed stock is either inaccurate or not there (despite knowing for a fact it is in the store).

    They never have everything that you order! It's always at least 10 unavailable items! Them lazy shoppers dont want to take the time to look for anything! Then, they dont tell you that so many items are unavailable, until they are finished shopping and you cant cancel the order! They dont even try to substitute unavailable items! The absolute worst!!!

    Make sure to pay attention to the shipper! if its not Walmart then research who it is first. prices are way off sometimes (usually for the better though!) love being able to go in a store and the app knows which one I'm at. being able to scan items and get prices is super convenient when youre in a store that doesn't quite have it together. overall I love the app! maybe too much lol

    My experience could be better. I don't like adding items to my cart and cashing out. Only to be told hours before delivery some of my items are unavailable or being replaced. I don't want a replacement I didn't choose. It would be nice if the items would be shipped later. I mean shipping isn't cheap. If an item isn't available, it should be removed from the cart.

    3 days it toke me to put in an order because items that I select keeps dropping and I keep having to select items again. After 15 mins. of trying to put in order I give up then try again later. I even try getting up at 3am just to put in order and it doesn't help any. I have a great phone and phone service. There is something wrong with Wal mart's service. I have health problems and would not like to shop inside of store. There is way to many people in there since the parking lot is full.

    The payment recognition is broken. At one point it started to keep purchases in history based on those with a card you used frequently (and stored on your account). I recently had that card expire, received a new one, resumed purchasing with it - even updating my account with the new information - it hasn't kept record of any purchase since. Manually adding scanning the TC on the receipt, sure, paying through the app using the new card, sure, but using it as frequently as I did the last, no. Makes searching recent history for an item null and void and having to keep receipts in case of a return/exchange a thing again.

    Ordering and the pick up/ delivery option is great. It's nice that the Walmart app keeps a history of everything you've ordered, so you can reorder easily. Thinking about joining the new program started with a yearly fee. I purchase alot of items for delivery so I don't have too pick up so many times.     Associates are helpful & courteous. The only thing is you never know if your produce is going to be fresh or at risk of being short days on exp time. I live alone & food needs to last longer because I can't use up like I did when a large family. Milk & Bread can't expire in a week or less. I would never use enough in that time. If you are a large family it is not a problem. Sometimes fruit or fresh vegetables only last a day or two. very convenient otherwise.

    they lock up dumb things like vacuums and make you push a button to get someone to help you, only problem is I stood the for 30 minutes and I can here the automated voice telling the workers that there is someone waiting and no one comes. I finally leave and get someone, but even though it says in stock they have to go to the back to get it but the back is such a mess that the lady can't get to it, so she gave up and said sorry and that was it!!! wow

    I like Walmart's prices and order frequently. But the MOST IRRITATING part of ordering online is all of the items that cannot be shipped. What is the point of placing an online order to be shipped to my home only to be told AFTER I PUT IT IN MY CART that it won't ship? I'm very, very close to dumping Walmart. In-store shopping is not much better either because they are out of many things I need EVERY TIME. Do better, or I will not shop with you. Horrible.

    Using the app is awesome and convenient. If instore items are out of stock, or if you don't feel like leaving home and driving to the store, you can use the app to place your order and have many things ship to you free in two days, if your total is $35 or more. I just ordered over $93 worth of stuff from my phone, sitting in my car at work.

    This app messes up all the time. Trying to add items to your cart is so difficult. The majority of the time I have to push the add button about 10 times in order for it to add an item and then I have to leave the app and go back in almost every other item just to add something. My app is up to date so I don't understand why this is an issue. Please do something about this because there's no other way to add items to your cart. Not user friendly at all.

    Almost as good as Prime but I catch myself checking Wal-Mart to price compare and shipping is pretty quick. Just wished they used USPS, FedEx or UPS instead of throw it over the fence and leave it be. Being disabled I don't always get the packages the same day so by the next day it'll be gone. Only reason I'm doing 3 stars, changed shipping and you'll be getting 5.

    Used to love this app, used it for making my grocery lists to go shopping. Well about a month ago, that feature comes up as "service temporarily unavailable". I reached out to developers weeks ago to have issue looked at. It still does not work and have had no responses. Works fine on the ios app, but neither mine or the wife's galaxy s20s

    I wanted to use this as a price scanner, given that the Walmart closer to me removed all their price scanners, however this app does not function as intended when you scan a barcode. A number of items won't scan as an item according to the pickup side. The online side just gives options, it doesn't show the instore price at the current store, never mind the actual item for general walmart online prices. It somehow manages to be worse than looking things up directly from their website.

    I love Walmart's delivery program! I have no problems tipping the shopper's (the driver), however I have received poor quality in fruits and veggies, which I normally get elsewhere, but on a whim I will take a chance and order from Walmart.     The app is slow and kludgey. This is not a review of what I think the walmart+ service is (which I think is great). I wish this app were split into two to five different, focused apps to make what I want to get to a better experience. Walmart online, walmart delivery, walmart pay, and walmart in-store assistant at least should be their own separate apps in my opinion. I really think this app could be so much more, but it gets the job done.

Few things to watch out for: make sure you obtain all your bags from the driver. make sure to mark items you do not want substituted and when you 1st start ordering a lot of item can be missing until you keep shopping and completing the feedback surveys. you will get more 100 percent completed orders for the items you want.     Sometimes has incorrect pictures or none at all for items (such as when I searched for lunchables and got rulers???), and I wouldn't recommend getting fresh fruit or lettuce through the app. Otherwise has gotten speedier in terms of being able to order, pay, and do substitution edits all at the same time! AND next-day delivery for groceries is *actually* possible now in my area!

Can't permanently disable substitutions. Should be making it easier to order the items I want, but instead creates extra clicks and steps to remove all the useless garbage they've added to increase sales.

The app doesn't give you an option to pick another item after the order is placed for delivery. However, I am frustrated with items being available "in store" by, not from the app. It's also very frustrating to send a message saying you are on your way and still have to sit and wait for 15 mins for someone to bring it to you.

Then if I can get someone to go to Walmart for me, well guess what, the product is there and fully stocked. If they are saving items for the in store customers they need to rethink that. The people who use the service are paying before the groceries are taken off the shelf. Why are we not able to get what we need or want.

    Love the app! Not only can you order anything you want or need but it also allows you to be able to find things within any store you are shopping at. With me being a Wal-Mart associate and knowing firsthand, please don't go by the app saying we have something in stock cause the counts could be off at the store but the app is showing we have it when we actually don't. Sometimes the app is wrong and that's why I gave it 4 stars cause us associates hate that cause it misinforms our customers.

    I love the selections and prices ar Walmart, but Walmart is slow to restock and often, discontinue products as "ONE TIME ONLY" and never offered again. For that reason, I spend my big money at box stores and Fred Meyer. I may pay a little more, but I don't mind.     the filtering system when shopping for anything is just awful. you could have over 1k results and by making one choice it goes down to 20 eliminating things that shouldn't actually be eliminated. I only use the app when I know exactly what I am looking for or for grocery pickup. browsing a category is just endless and frustrating. other store apps do a much better job of the process.

    Walmart has destroyed this app. It is easier and faster to go to the store. They deleted my fav list which sucks big time. And made it worse by keeping me searching the app to find the things I want. - It forced me to pick buses and fire hydrants, over and over, for near 5 minutes after holding down a link so it could waste my time to run a black bar across the screen. Plus I can not delete a credit card from it. And it will not let me pick any card but that one. Keeps rejecting my instore purchase. Plus if you order something on line they send it by UBER or some, Tip based delivery service, wanting tip money for the delivery. So the delivery is not free. Walmart+ is losing to Amazon with their Tip based delivery service

    I put 3 stars because I think it works ok when they actually have items you want delivered. (But in my roommates & my personal experiences like everytime.) Usually after you submit your order you will get a email a day or 2 before they're supposed to be delivered that says (if you hypothetically ordered like 15 items) usually there's atleast 3-5 items out of the 15 you ordered that they will say they don't have in stock/item(s) that were unavailable. Its very annoying to have happen everytime.

I always have to do my code 3 times twice before the failed message then close the app go back in and submit again. its a bit ridiculous the stores can not tell you if your order will be canceled until it never shows. walmart was either not ready for this or they don't appreciate their customers input.

    I absolutely love the pickup option. it's convenient and saves time in so many other areas. a few things that would improve the process is 1. using less bags. sometimes I'm receiving one product for a bag. 2. please check the fruits and vegetables. nobody wants to eat bruised fruits and vegetables. 3. personally I prefer not to have fruit in the same box as my soap pads for example. Instacart has the drivers doing the shopping and there's actual communication with the shopper(driver) instead of having to rely on Walmart's system generated replacements in the event of an item not being in stock (which happens more frequently than I have the space to comment on about it here). All in all, Walmart is in bad form.

    Last month the app worked great, all my pharmacy refills were listed and able to Express checkout. After last update, I would get a notification but nothing shows up in the app for my pharmacy refills. Cannot do Express checkout if they don't show up. Don't ever do away with product locations, it's the second main reason for having the app.

    The pick up part of this app is SO frustrating. It's worse than going to the store to actually get groceries! I will tap an item to add to my cart and it won't respond. I've added items to my cart only for them to disapeer and I have had a full cart before only to come back to place my order and it be completely empty and I had to start over (this has happened three times!) I love the convenience of being able to do grocery pickup with COVID and having a toddler but the app is stressful!!!

    I find the option to shop ahead and pick up at curbside to be a great way to shop. Something I have come accustom to doing during the pandemic. I will continue to shop this way post pandemic, as it has become my preferred way to shop. Walmart still has the best prices and selection. Although, they don't always have everything I select, they do provide substitutions which are usually good if not better than my selection...I recommend trying curbside pickup from Walmart.

    Used to Be Great, Now Headaches. Been using this for over two years, but since pandemic things have been getting worse and worse. In my area, you need to place orders 2-3:days before picking them up. That is massively inconvenient. The app regularly rejects debit cards while registering them with a "there is a problem" error message even though cards are valid. At one store, employees go home before the last groceries are scheduled to be dispensed between 7-8pm. Needs more stores and fixes.

I would have given 5 stars, but my grocery store is out of stock on regular items and during 2020 I paid for one year of free delivery but because of Covid shutdown I didn't get to use the service for many months.     I don't love shopping at Walmart, & since I am disabled, I have items delivered to me at home instead. I often find better prices at Walmart than almost anywhere else(With a few exceptions.). I have found several instances of items that weren't properly taped close, or packed with sufficient bubble wrap to protect the item from damage, but Walmart always credits or takes care of replacing the item. Mostly bottles of product without an inner seal, shipped without taping the bottles closed.

    I use the app often for pic up orders. my order can be quite large and I noticed lag when adding items to cart. this has resulted in items not being ordered. the favorites, later purchase, and my items thing needs to be worked out.if I purchase something onceit doesn't mean I will buy it again. sub items are usually in my favor and I like they now have the opportunity to accept or decline prior to pickup. curbside restrictions top ramen and cup of soup bites as for low income this is a meal.

    In the delivery/pick up orders at Walmart. Making pick up orders are better. Cuz 1x I was only missing 1 item from pick up. But as for delivery. I wouldn't suggest using that option. Cuz maybe 1x I got everything I ordered. The other times there was 2-12 items missing. 1x deliverer threw my groceries on my porch! Cuz stuff was out the bags & 2 bottles of ketchup tops were broken. 1 deliverer got caught in traffic, a short while so took my order back to the store instead of bringing it here

    Doesn't refresh, doesn't load, and constantly freezes. The app is garbage. I get a text saying I need to approve substitutions made to my order, I go to my order and there's no substitutions list. There being no "done" button when entering your parking spot is especially frustrating, you HAVE to hit the back button to get to the previous page. Guess what happens when you do that? Everything you entered is gone. Please fix this app.

    UPDATE THE SYSTEM.Out of all the orders (almost 70) I've placed ,only 8 have been fully completed. I recommend you always check your pickups in the moment.I always have missing items,wrong items,messed up items,etc. Sometimes I drive off because of the rush and I realize when I'm home.The associates have always been nice. I never have problems with them, there's just so much they can do . The system needs constant updates especially when you're depending on an item that said was in stock.

    Good app, is a bit privacy invasive with its sweepstakes. Sometimes doesn't recognize items. Other times it forgets the items page messing up repurchases. It only works on a connection and their wifi is dogshit. It tends to advertise too many "gimmicks" really wish it had an option to tell it to f* off, I will never buy or use X subscription. The app misses a option to default to the Original Walmart app, instead it asks you, on open, between it and the pasted in Grocery. Note the & in app name.

    This app's GUI has improved quite a bit. W+ service is well worth the cost in my opinion. The substitutions are usually great, you can also opt out of them. The drivers tend to deliver the goods neatly and are attentive to fragile items. Sometimes orders are late but it doesn't bother me much. It is easy to track your order through the app also. Has overall been quite a pleasant experience.

    Has everything I need. My biggest issue is they lock away the electric toothbrush heads in a case and no matter how long you wait and ask the staff for help nobody comes by even after going to customer service. When the staff sends you to customer service they get irritated saying the other staff need to stop sending customers to them. I shop in Walmart every 2 weeks, never less than $400 and they pisd me off with only that one thing. Makes me mad.

    the Walmart app is fine, however, on the store pick up side of things, it doesn't always know when I've arrived for pick up. this wouldn't be a problem if I had an option to manually select that I've arrived at the store. this problem is mitigated by being able to call the store pick up department when I've arrived, but it would be nice for the app to work at intended. The store arrival depends on the accuracy of your GPS, I'm certain. it can vary wildly depending on phone and location.

    This app is absolutely horrible! It used to be fine. Took me 5-10 minutes to buzz thru it and order my stuff. Now I get about 15 things in my cart and it freezes up. It takes things out of the cart. You notice they are gone, so then you go back and add them back in, then you wind up with duplicates of items or you don't get the item at all. It literally takes me 45 minutes to an hour to get thru one grocery order because the app is so bad.

    This app is so easy to use and so helpful. I reorder items every month, I only spend $35 to get Free Shipping on Walmart products. They collaborate with other vendors who bring additional products to the site, so it's like eBay! One stop shipping, and you can use the Walmart credit card even when you purchase something from one of the other vendors! (I advise paying it off every month!) You can also add items to your wish list, so when you can place another order, just add those items to cart!

    I'm pleasantly surprised at how accurate all my orders have been. Walmart sends notifications if a substitution has to be made and I get to approve it or not. This has been so convenient. Once I arrive for pick up, I only wait a short time. The employees loading the car are always super polite and friendly. A simple problem with a simple solution is beyond the scope of the weak mental capacity employed at all levels. If walmart leaves food outside at the wrong time slot again and my food spoils, ill be dropping my ruined groceries in the middle of your store for you to deal with. You can clean up your mess since you obviously have no desire to clean up your act.

    Being disabled home delivery is only way I can shop. I do get somewhat annoyed when one month nth I can purchase a particular item, but the next month it is " pick up only". Pick up only restrictions on items limits my shopping choices. I truly see no need for this restriction, and it limits the elderly and disabled shoppers the same choices as the shoppers who are able to go to Walmarts in person.

    the app works well. i hate how they sell ad space sometimes. the inventory is off a lot. 40% of my items are usually canceled. one issue with the app though is that if there are multiple colors available for an item and you click through them too fast....they tend to show you the wrong color. it also sends you to a different location to "pick up today". not a big deal usually but its a hassle when it happens so be careful and read the location on availability. but other than that it works well.

Call the customer service number and they could only say they have on control over the online qty and the warehouse might also be out. So frustration when you really can't leave the house. I have been doing most of shopping online since before Covid-19.

    The $35.00 minimum is understandable, except Target charges Zero. This becomes a real problem when you order things and then don't get them. which is 99% of the time, even though its supposed to be in stock. Then you're forced to order again, either at another location(buy $35.00 again) "who is supposed to have it", or order it from another company. Walmarts out of stocks are horrendous. The app freezes up quite a bit, just spins and spins. all in all very frustrating.

I can pay a per delivery fee which is 7.95 or 9.95 depending on the time slot, or i can purchase a year for a flat fee.     This app used to have a feature where you could type in an item and it would tell you exactly what aisle number it was. For some reason, they decided to do away with this insanely efficient time saver. I just wandered around my local Walmart for 45 minutes searching for an item. I asked 4 employees in that time and no one could tell me where it was at. Because Walmart did away with that helpful feature, what would've been a 10 minute shopping trip turned into almost an hour. Thanks Walmart!!!

    Was supposed to be able to have mail orders for prescriptions on June 1st on app. Pharmacist and I just spent half hour trying to do it and found no way to do it. Update 4/8/21 pharmacy portion has has gotten even worse! Walmart pay the one card in there doesn't even work! Regular bank card, will work on any other site except this one. Can go through a third party and use it on site, but not on Walmart pay. Frustrating!

    I like how I can use EBT on here However, it would be even better if WIC was added too, because there are a lot of mothers who have WIC and would probably like to order online just so they dont have to go through the hassle of grocery shopping with the kids specially with the sickness going around it would make it easy for familys so there not worried about catching some kind of illness.

    Really bad service. Says I got my food an hour ago and I font have it. I go to the app to complain and they inform. Me of a "system update " that prevents them from giving a damn . And finally when I go here to review it I get an email saying my good is at my door. I check and nothing. No food but plenty of lies

    Easy to use app that allows you to order groceries and other items (clothing, shower necessities, anything you can find in store). items can be delivered next day in some cases and items are shipping in proper packaging that prevents damage. Great prices and speedy delivery make me love this app. I recently bought a lot of clothes and they all were delivered next day or two days later. I also buy my groceries exclusively at Walmart now because I can save myself from Covid-19 germs.

    The app is fine. It's the fact I paid for 2 hour delivery waited 4 hours before I called to see about my order. Then daniel a customer service representative told me they couldn't find drivers but they have one now and it would be less then an hour before my groceries got here. I asked if I could switch it to pick up and he said no. Another hour later I'm calling the Walmart. They tell me to call another number. I just canceled my order. If you don't have drivers don't offer delivery. Don't lie.

    Pick up is great..I was skeptical at 1st but for the most part this saves me time and money..only 1 bad thing that I could say about it and this has happened more than will say something is out of stock and if important enough I've ran in to double check and its there's that but oh well like I said if its important enough I can get out the car and run in real quick to check..not that big of a deal

    Gave "A" competitor a run for their "money".Very comparable pricing.Plus MORE convience with possible returns(due to size or not meeting expectations) w/in store "swap" or even changing your mind all together.They need to work on shipping charges and times a bit,but "A" competitor does charge me monthly (but includes many "perks" w/that fee also)also.Add in the other services Wal-Mart has in store and PayPal at check out,I'm going to be using my Walmart App alot more now.Very happy.Thank you.

    This is the first time I've used the delivery option for just some regular things I use around the house or daily items..So i guess i can't have cotton balls delivered unless I want to pay extra shipping and toilet bowl cleaner I have to pickup at Wal-Mart. I guess I'm just wondering if these items are able to be shipped? If I wanted to go to Wal-Mart I'd just get all the items while I'm there! Other then the one I had to order online only but i needed 15 ¢ more for free delivery.

    Seems Walmart only wants to carry generic brands. Possibly because they stand to make more profit from it. Their produce is half rotten by the time you get it.Time slots are always unavailable. I have been a loyal Walmart delivery customer since the beginning of this service. I relied on it heavily, as I'm wheelchair bound. The service went down hill just before the pandemic hit. Now, I use Instacart. I get name brand items AND pick my replacements, without problems through Kroger... IN 2HOURS!

    I've used this app 4 times and 3 of the 4 times I was told my order was ready to pick up when in fact it wasn't (I've had to wait sometimes for over an hour for them to pull my order) and I always have items missing from my order that I get charged for. Not sure if the app really isn't working or if the hired help is just totally incompetent.

    Pick up works fine. Walmart online does not. I shop for my items & make sure they are all in stock. When I go to check out,everything is out of stock everytime. If I sign into my account on the browser everything is out of stock. If I call one of your customer care & they order for me,everything is out of stock. I have to use another phone in incognito mode as a guest in order to buy my online items. This feels very purposefully done being as nobody else seems to have this problem.

    Serious problems loading, because of this missed next day ship. Have to place several orders because Walmart is incapable of letting you use two payment methods. And as BIG as they are the still haven't cared enough about those on Foodstamps like Amazon did to let us use FS online..this is why most of my orders are with Amazon and why I gladly PAY THEM a monthly charge (plus Amazon video and charging less w/FS card). Tried to order large beanbag..sold BY WALMART and they wanted a month to ship!

    I love my experience with this app. But today I wasn't able to add to my wish list. It said I needed to log in, when I did I was told my password was wrong. So I tried to reset it and was told my internet connection wasn't good. Please fix. My app menu is showing that I am indeed logged in. But yet I can't do anything within the app.

    One stop shop and then at that I can do it from my house so I walk around and see what I need in my house. Instead of making a list that I got to keep up with I just shop online and go pick it up. With four kids it's the best thing ever. I just wish there was a way to say grab very soft avocados if available or yellow bananas or vice versa depending on when you planned on using them. But even still if all I got to do is go in for produce it still saves me a ton of time and frustration.

    I find that Wal-Mart online shopping and delivery far exceeds that of Amazon and there is not too much of a difference in price. With Walmart my packages are here when they say it will be and at a decent hour. I have switched to Walmart and am done with Amazon they are not amazing.

    I don't like the way you handle the tipping .I like to custom my tip, however, the way you have it preset at $7 is too high for many seniors.You should require an input, per order vs the " accidental" overcharge of $7.When that happens,I end up calling customer service for an adjustment too $4.00 ; instead, because of the way that process is adjusted, is that the driver ends up with no tip at all vs a reduction to $4!

    App WAS fine. I even went for Walmart+. I have since cancelled and will be deleting this app. 60% of the items I typically buy are not available for curbside anymore. No cereals. No boxed mac & cheese. No corn. No broth, oil cookies, water, milk, butter. It's insane! I click on past purchases and it's rows of items not available for curbside. Then what's the point of grocery pickup and paying for a service I can barely use? Dumb move. Now have to go in store so the app is useless at this point.

    Maybe when the search engine is better then I'll rate this app better; If I search something it says there are 100 results but if I sort those 100 results from most expensive to least expensive I end up with less results. How the hell does sorting make results disappear? Making it harder to find items is a bold strategy but I doubt it pays off

    I would give this app zero stars if I could! it always crashes when I am tryptophan place a pick up order. I have to reload the app a minimum of 5 times per order and it tends to not put everything in your cart so you have to look very carefully. bottom line Walmart can more than afford to have a functioning app.

    LOVE this. I get a 40lb bag of dog food delivered TO MY DOOR, and only have to move it once! ( you know, instead of "off the shelf, into the buggy, out of the buggy, into the car, out of the car, into the house". I just drag it into the house from the front porch!!! SO SO SO nice!!!!

    Walmart app is the perfect solution for shopping inside Walmart without a need to talk to Walmart employees. not trying to be mean but most Walmart employees act like they work at Walmart - not exactly very knowledgeable and sometimes showing a desire to avoid helping customers. app does away w all that. my very own personal Walmart shopping assistant. App is good enough that I know I buy more from Walmart simply bc I have the app - info I'm sure they love to read in these reviews.

    Value, price and convenience buy online is what I find on all the items bought, all the variety offered is great too. am a bit disappointed that store had closed in White Plains, NY since had enjoyed a visit from time to time. Plus the nearest locations are over half hour drive one way so decided go with online than driving.

    Love shopping online with the Walmart App. Makes shopping more fun and informative for me. You can't get customer reviews in the store. But you can with the app, just look it up before you place it in the basket to see if it's worth your dollar. It has saved me tons of hassle.

    I actually like shopping at Walmart and buy mostly everything I need there, except clothes, shoes or any specialty items I may get they don't carry. Prices are great, variety of choices and generic brands for super cheap are awesome and they're everywhere so convenience is unmatched. The one real flaw, that is almost universal, at any location I've been too and needed to use for any reason, is there customer service! There's not enough space here to go into detail, but it's really, really bad!!!

    Favorites tab is very glitchy and wish they would fix that. And I get upset that some things are "not available for curbside", any grocery product you can buy in the store should be available for pickup or delivery. But other than that it's overall a pretty good app.

    I absolutely love being able to grocery shop online, order and schedule my time for pick up then go and have everything bagged and placed in my car. I've done this a few times now and everytime is perfect with zero mistakes. I swear, this is a dream come true!!! love it!!!

    The only thing about Wal-Mart is that product often have inadequate descriptions & not enough photos to fully represent what you are buying. I often have to go to Amazon or other websites to REALLY know what I am buying. Sometimes when I look, I find a better price.

    I love this app. I found everything I need and they have it. Best part it beats in store don't have to wait in long lines and don't have to deal with rude employee's that have no manner's what so ever and don't deal with dirty looks from them too. Definitely give it give stars

    I LOVE this app!! So easy to use!! I buy just what I need and only have to lug it once straight into my house. My receipts/orders are easy to access and track. Reordering items is so much easier. I have Fibromyalgia so shopping takes a lot out of me. I just wished all stores had such a great app! *Thou it's not perfect... the only problem(s) with this app is BEWARE of: the seller of items (Not always Walmart), price gouging (not Walmart), extra shipping charges and store pickup only items!

    Lots more options available online than in the store. Fast delivery...sometimes free depending upon how much I order. Easy checkout process. Sometimes items are even delivered earlier than expected. I order using the app at least 2 to 3 times a month.

    I really want to like this app, however, I have only a 50% success rate on pickup orders and if the store cancels it doesn't update in the app. Wasted hours of my time and ended up going somewhere else to get what I needed and paid more to avoid the crowd. The service has been so bad that using this app for grocery pickup is an absolute last resort.

    Very awful expierence shopping with WalMart. I ordered a item online at a.very good price and was excited and couldn't anticipate more the arrival of my purchase... Only to be email OUT OF THE "FXING" BLUE THAT , WalMart was canceling my order for no apparent reason what so ever. They said some BS about due to high customer shopping demand. WHAT YHE FUXK WALMART??!!!!!

    This is the best since we are living through a pandemic. I do not go out as much and by having walmart's great prices avaliable online, it is amazing. I have not stepped a foot at a grocery store in over months. The delivery drivers are always so nice and follow instructions.

    It needs better design features..hard to navigate. Each time ..start out low..have to redo.. Size eqvilate ..comparison ..with small med large perhaps More specific items..not everything Under and not related to items. Quit sending items [ YES I KNOW I COULD OPT OUT OF AN ITEM BECAUSE IT WASN'T AVAILABLE] BUT WHEN a specific bolt..screw..dont send me a tiny one..I wanted the bigger one..[ I didnt get to the list to not want item in time..I bad] Consistency in the readabilityofitems
