The last update sucks. Now it promotes the online ordering. I find it harder to find items in my home store and impossible to check other stores in the area. When I look up an item, the 1st choices are 95% 3rd party marketplace, not Walmart. The in-store button is very little help. No easy way to check store hrs. I go to Google to find them. No way to show where an item is on a store map. Just says the aisle #. You want us to do online but a lot of us do shop in the store. You need to show both.

I prefer the old app. The new one does not show accuracy with the price of items or the availability (in stock). Furthermore, you cannot check a different Walmart to see if something that they may not have at one store is at another. It's really just poor quality. This upgrade has caused me to shop elsewhere (Target) because I cannot waste my time bring items to the register just to see how much it is smh. Return the old application settings at the least.

Before the latest update, the Walmart app was easy to navigate. After this latest update, I am having so many issues. It's confusing to put an order in for pickup (for example, the substitutions page is confusing. There are check marks next to your items and I am not sure if the checked items are things I do not want replaced or things that will be substituted). I have never hated an app so much until now. 😒

With the new update, this app is GARBAGE!!! It's so difficult to navigate when trying to find out if items are in stock or not. I live 2 miles from 2 different Walmart stores, so I shop them both quite frequently. There's no easy way to check other stores for availability. Also, the store guide/store map is gone, making shopping that much harder. If ever designed this update obviously wasn't thinking very clearly. If it's not broke, don't fix it!!! Now it's broke!!!

New update is horrible. I liked the grocery pick up and regular store separate. It makes it hard to shop in store, it makes it difficult to get items shipped. It wants to do everything as a grocery pick up. *update* now you also can't tell which store your item is at, or check other stores. It just says suoercenter. So I have to go back. Pick a store and make sure it's at that one, before I drive there. Whoever did this update, obviously does not utilize this app.

Used to be helpful for locating things in store, but now the app is difficult to use for finding items in store. First of all after every search you have to tap "in store", instead of just having it be a checkbox or a category. Second it no longer has a map, but just an aisle, so I have to wander around the store to find the aisle anyways, which I could have done without the app just as quickly. Having a map would save me a lot of time because I could beeline to the correct aisle or area.

Overly complicated! Please go back to old app, the new app is very difficult to use, nearly impossible to shop by individual departments inside groceries. Have you tried to look for things you need at a store before? You simply walk down the aisle and browse, what last year's app did exactly. The new app was not designed by someone who goes shopping, but by someone who is trying to market product. Your problem is if I can't find the products I want, I leave! Set it up like a store!

The App was "OK", but every time I would place an order, there would be a bunch of items on my list that would say "out of stock" & one day I decided to go in & check, because it was something I really wanted & it was there!! 🤔 NOW, they've updated!!! When it updated, I lost a list of over 100 items, that I was needing or wanting & I can't remember many of them. Grr!! This new APP really is terrible!! PLEASE make it better!!! Or at least put it back to the old c**p!!!🤦🏻♀️

I HATE!!!!!!!!!!! The new app. It takes me forever to make my grocery order. I dont want to pay for the items other than groceries all together.My list is not complete it is missing about 50% of the items I usually purchase. You have to select pu, deliver or shipping, on each and every item you select. WHY?????? Did you have to update. The old way was just fine. Every time I want something other than what's on my list i have to search for item, it takes me out of app. HATE new app!!!!!!!!!!!!

This new update is AWFUL!! The earlier one was much easier and more informative. If you're in the store and scan an item on clearance, it always says item not found! So you can't check items for ACCURATE prices!! Also when searching for items you used to be able to check other stores in your area to see if they have it in stock, but not anymore!! There's SO MUCH wrong with this update, even the employees at the stores agree that it's AWFUL!! WALMART,GET RID OF THIS NEW VERSION BEFORE HOLIDAYS
