the app lacks stabilization when taking photos, if I dont hold the camera completely still, the photo comes out blurry; This is a problem for me as I use my phones camera often to take photos of labels (serial numbers in particular) for work. I can't seem to fix the issue using any of the options provided on the app. after struggling with this app for so long, I had to change my default camera app.

I'm not able to use the camera since the latest phone system update was applied. Nothing happens when I click on the Razer Camera app icon. I just keep getting an error message stating the app won't start. I'm very unhappy because of losing this functionality of the phone. I need it for work and personal tasks.

This app frequently breaks and will not launch, forcing me to use stupid 3rd part camera apps littered with ads. Even though it's slow to take and save a picture, it gets the job done when it works. It's usually fine. But right now (not the first time) it crashes upon launch and is unusable.

I just got Android 9 a couple weeks ago and my camera has been acting up, it only lets me use my camera on the text app. I thought it didn't work because I broke the screen and the top grill broke a little bit exposing the camera but I was wrong. Please find a way to fix the, even though the cameras aren't very good it's still nice to use

Decent for non-camera user. I would really want Razer to cooperate with Google to bring Google Camera to Razer Phone. I have been using modded Google Camera apk from XDA developers when I started using the phone and disabled the default one. It's not bad... it just lacks tons of features that Google Camera has. Instead of developing your own camera app. Again I would really want Razer to cooperate with Google to bring Google Camera app to Razer Phone. Hope you guys take note this recommend.

Since the Android pie update the no longer opens. When i click on it it just stays in a black screen. This is also effecting my Snapchat and instagram because now when i click on them they also sit in a black screen or just crash. Ive tried everything from reinstalling the apps to clearing their caches but nothing seems to work

The camera functions nicely and provides quality images. The video recording portion of the app seems to have issues here and there. The team seems to have fixed these issues in a recent update but sometimes they come back.

I started having problems with my camera crashing, and after reading reviews here I fixed the issue by going to Settings > Sound > Do Not Disturb and turning it to off. I am leaving a 1 star review because the camera only works when DnD is set to off.

This app needs to be updated, it has not been updated since 2018. It says so in the app description. Edit: now the camera app keeps crashing when trying to record video.

It stopped working. says I don't have enough storage space even though I freed up a lot of space, cleared cache, and even did a forced stop.
