Message "Value error of type java.lang. String not connecting to JSONObject." appears each time I tried to log in. This start about 3 months ago and would last than a day, now I have gone 4 days. Even the baristas who know me were surprised I was not able to use the app. I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and rebooted the my phone. Im seeking employment at this time and need the coffee before the interviews and teas to destress after. Please correct this

Unable to easily order coffee - gift card required - app wants you to take five extra steps like pick a gift card design, and has no bypass for paying directly just like in store causing one to find another location... when you just want to order in advance one time they want you to load up a balance on a gift card instead, no way to just pay, app needs redesign at this point. A HUGE DETRACTION from please the customer to attempt to force an extra gift card fill step, some of us want coffee now

Cant place a mobile order at all right now. Constant error message when trying to place an order despite what location it is. Now it says I have to make a selection for adding a straw? I'm trying to order a hot drink. Fix this damn thing!

I use this app A LOT, and there are often hiccups when placing order for pick-up, especially on particular items (script errors) or promotions. I can never apply promotions codes whenever they have a special without having to go into the store in person, which is hugely inconvenient if you're in a hurry, it's COVID-19, and/or have your baby in tow. :(

So many bugs, blocked from ordering because of "options" that don't exist- cannot continue an order because you need to check the "add straw?" Selection.....well it doesn't exist. So the order ends there.

I can't start any online orders for the past two weeks, but the error doesn't say why. No way to give feedback on orders placed, my local Coffee Bean messes up every item on half of my orders with no rhyme or reason, and no way to get a refund or even let them know. If I order 2-3 DIFFERENT drinks with no adjustments, half of the time the order will arrive with three absolutely identical drinks for no discernable reason, because the sticker on the cup will still say they're different drinks.

I used to use all the time with no problems. Now getting an error code that will not allow me to place an order. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I will now not be able to do mobile order which is horrible during pandemic.

The app was fine a few weeks ago but now when I go to order it says there's an error. I have to uninstall and re-install the app in order for it to allow me to order. I'm hoping this can be fixed.

This app sucks. It does not save your order when you need to change a location. I chose the correct location then needed to adjust my order, then the App switched locations on me and I didn't know it.... resulting in me bei g charged for an order I did not get at a different store. The order process of this app is stupid. I hate ordering from it.

This app is terrible, and the customer assistance is even worse! A week ago the app sent me HUNDREDS of notifications, all evening long. I couldn't stop it, nothing worked, so I uninstalled it (notifications continued even after the uninstall, which had to be done TWICE!!) Yesterday I tried to log in, with google so I know the creds were correct, and it wouldn't accept them. Changed passwords, 8 or 9 times, nothing worked. So basically, the app is useless AND it stole my balance.
