Unable to use my CANDY MACHINE TICKETS for more than a year now. Getting an error message. I emailed support several months ago, they just ignoring me. Now I have even more problems in the app - I cancelled my order and it is now in CANCELLATION PENDING status for days! I am unable to use/re-order those coins while they are in CANCELLATION PENDING status. I think these guys are forced by the market to become scammers!

I did like this app but somehow my pin has changed without my knowledge, I can't withdraw my funds and I've tried and tried to contact customer support. the candy machine doesn't work anymore either. with the amount of money on my account being so much, I can't help but feel like I'm being robbed.

Finally got lvl 2 verified but now having issues for lvl 3. After inputting all the relative information and uploads, submit button is still grayed out. Feels like Im losing money because waiting I'm on this.

This company is horrendous to deal with. Trying to work with support on an issue was a train wreck. Do yourself a favor and look some where else to secure and trade your digital assets.

I can't log in. Unable to reset my password. Nothing happens when I put in my email amd hit reset button. It doesn't send reset email. Just stays like thay.

cant seem to get past authentication level 2, once upload info they get back with 3-5 days later and ask for current picture with today's date on it which I've done 3-4 times already. Going with binance and robinhood instead hope everyone does as well.

I highly recommend binance as for this app I'm still new to it I had a problem depositing neo when I first got the app it didn't show up in my wallet i sent the cobinhood team the texthsh within 12 hours they fixed the problem of the missing neo so I'll give them a chance the app does seem to have some cool insensitives as candy machine an airdrop missions which u can possibly win crypto wit you jus have to make a daily trade to get a ticket u have to have at least 2 neo minimum to trade not sure if all there trade min are this high gotta read that fine print

anytime a platform tells you it is fee free run for the hills. There is no such thing as a free trade. You are most likely getting a worse exchange rate using a "fee free model". A platform can't make money offering free unless its hiding the fees or selling something else in exchange.

I love this app! Coins are limited right now, but the app/website has met all my expectations. It's refreshing to see an exchange with no commissions. Once more coins are added I'll be considering moving all my assets to this exchange.
