Our Healthy Harrison app is a robust, yet very user-friendly app. This app will help drive the goal of Healthy Harrison by encouraging people to take the tiny, daily steps that lead to a healthier lifestyle through the thing they spend the most time with every day - their phones!
Key Features of the Healthy Harrison app
Mind, Move, Eat sections that invite users to log daily "wins" to keep them on a healthy track and allow them to earn points.
Daily push notifications in the area of the mind, move, eat will help set the tone for the individual's day and help drive consistency with their tiny habits
Our local resources tab provides information on local gyms, spas, nutritionists, etc.
The additional resources button takes users to a wealth of health resources, including things like healthy living podcasts, recommended books, recipes, and much, much more.

Scan QR codes at local Harrison locations for a healthy challenge.
