Found gym company easily, could view and book classes on first load.. HOWEVER every time I want to go back on to app and review my class bookings... app gets stuck and I have to switch phone off and back on to get it to move past buffering stage...this puts me off using it. This app should be more efficient than that

The app is good for what it is, but it is slow, and when I go to look up the next bookings it stays stuck on "loading please wait". I have to turn phone off and on again to be able to do anything in the app then. This is daily occurring too.

As per the other reviews this app constantly buffers and you have to reinstall to get it working. Surely they know this by now!

The app constantly is stuck on buffering. Atleast 3 times a month I to reinstall the app. I am always missing classes of my choice because i cant book in. Worst app ever. Se issue since 2019. Android user. S10+ upgrade made no difference

This is fine for booking classes as long as you don't want to book very far ahead. I've got an android phone and every time I want to book I have to scroll through dozens and dozens of classes before I get to the date I want. As soon as I book that class it takes me back to the start again so to book a subsequent class I have to scroll and scroll yet again. My partner has an Apple phone and the App is different, it doesn't jump back to the start. PLEASE change the Android version.

I was so excited when I found this app but Im very disappointed to say terrible customer service. 4 whole days now my clients cant book in for classes due to an error message. No reply to numerous emails but yet they promise a 48 hour reply window!! 16 days holding time of my money from 1st class to 1st payment crediting my bank account. Afterwards it should be 9 days! This app has the potential to be amazing but sadly lacks the customer service required!

Works reasonably well, occasionally I have to force stop the app as it freezes on the loading screen. Apart from that it's fine

Latest version now gives me notifications for classes I'm not registered with! So my actual class notifications get lost WAY down a list. Test stuff guys!
