Description

From the listing uploaded by “catappult”.

Black Monk: old system of isometric exercises. We are offering a set of 22 isometric exercises, according to the tradition established by the monks of Shaolin, which concluded in a small cage. Being in such circumstances, the monks not only not weakened, but strengthened their power and strength with the help of this complex. Each exercise contains a description of the implementation and a detailed drawing. You can use the built-in timer or counter with practice. Using these exercises, you can develop phenomenal strength and endurance without the use of a gym or any exercise equipment. In that case, of course, if you have the perseverance to constant training :) Please note that speech function depends on the correct configuration of your phone, and the presence of voice data. It should be mentioned that short intervals (less then 10 seconds) maximize strength gains, while longer intervals 20-60 seconds maximize hypertrophy (muscle mass gain). We are happy to hear all of your comments and suggestions for improving the application.

Can I install this APK over the version I already have?

Only if it is signed with the same certificate as the copy on your phone and isn't an older version. If Android says “App not installed”, the certificates differ; uninstalling your copy first works but deletes its data unless it is backed up.
