Thank you Billiger Mietwagen! Amazing service, after my flight had a +3 hour delay due to a technical and therefore couldn't pick up my rental car because I missed my connecting flight. After a quick call they rebooked the booking to one day later without any extra costs and informed me by mail and telephone. I'm very happy! One more good experience with Billiger Mietwagen.

All this company does is comparing prices and sending worthless "confirmations" since only the final car rental companie's confirmation actually counts. In my case a reservation has been refused by the rental car company 22hrs prior pickup even though booked &confirmed by b-mw.de 5 days before when I still had other options. This put me in lots of trouble. Don't expect any help from them since all they do is compare prices and take provision if the booking succeeds. Compare ok, booking No Go.

I used Billiger-Mietwagen for renting a car from Firefly in Alicante airport. I prepaid around 70 euro for rental and insurance via Billiger-Mietwagen. When I went to pick up the car Firefly did not accept the insurance and they charged an additional 200 euro for full coverage. So be careful. I will never use it again. Not transparent enough and you cannot trust if there is an agreement regarding the insurance between Billiger- Mietwagen and the actual rental company.

I use them regularly and can't fault them. Especially because they offer full insurance without excess. The only thing which stops most of my friends and family to use their services is due to the fact that you need to be able to read German language.
