Pretty awesome. Amazon Household integrates all the disparate accounts of my family members and allows everyone to be on the same page, media-wise, even if we can't all be in the same living room at the end of the day. We find though that it does tend to freeze during 2 specific instances; 1. Sometimes when there is a software update or patch it'll freeze up. To fix this we reinstall the app 2. When attached to blue tooth. Fixed by quick dis/re-connecting WiFi(phones only)

Pretty easy to navigate and lots of content. A couple things I don't like: If I'm scrolling through a category and click something, when I hit back I end up at the beginning of that list. Also, when you add a movie to your list it usually adds it several times, because there are different ways to watch it (e.g. Prime & IMDB).

The app performs inconsistently, sometimes allowing you to skip the intro, other times not so much. My biggest problem with sitcoms- your episodes are not in order. How am I watching what is clearly the season finale, and then have 2-3 episodes in the same season come afterwards? This was a glaring issue with both A Different World and The Nanny. Now I have to keep IMDB's episode guide open while I'm watching. Very inconvenient.

I only have it because I have the prime account for shopping. The menu is terrible, scrolling method makes me dizzy and sick, doesnt scroll well half the time, selection is miserable, prices are significantly higher than, say, redbox, and watching on a computer is miserable too. There just isn't any excuse by now for the terrible design or flaws. Oh, and you cant even rate the things you've watched without having to go to Amazon's website. Why wouldn't that be part of the app?

These need to be checked: subtitle delay (when video starts); app UI (esp. the awful drop-down menu for resuming content); content search and recommendation. Also, there is not a very wide collection of worth-watching content. Ideally, companies should strive on becoming better version of themselves, but I am sure imitating Netflix would do you more good.

Pleasantly surprised. I normally don't use apps as I detest having a cluttered home screen. I downloaded this app before my last plane trip & I have to say a month later I'm still using it. The streaming is smooth & the picture quality is great. It's very easy to use all around. This app now has a covenant spot on my phone!

The app is really good. I just wish it had episodes panel like Netflix in its video player. Maybe it's there and i missed it? Idk. If anyone can guide me. Otherwise it has some really good suggestions on movies and series. Have to say i like it better than Netflix for now. Ps: I'm a still a Netflix user. Just saying

The lack of separate profiles makes watching the same show for multiple people impossible, unless watching together ... I really wish I could separate my profile from my wife's and my children's as well. Almost all other streaming services have the ability to separate viewing profiles ... Why have you not followed suit? This is why I tend to watch Netflix or Hulu instead. Disney has profiles but they I have no idea how to play to that person's likes children's choices still within a grown man's

Trash. I live in the US. Sometimes I travel to the phillipines but prime videos won't play because region blocked BS. Netflix doesn't have this problem. Mind you that some videos are not regionally blocked but there is no good filter to only display viewable content. So again this is trash. Nevertheless you would think I could watch them because my customer geograph is in the USA and I'm only using it in private for my own viewing pleasure.

When I download an episode of a TV show, it would be nice to have something similar to what Netflix has like "Download more episodes". It is not clear that I have to click on the Title of the episode to be taken back to the Main Show Screen. I had to learn that by playing around. It would be nice if clicking the button took you back to the list of the episodes instead. When I am on a call I can not cast a video, the application thinks I'm trying to watch on mobile. Great appn otherwise
