Very good! I wish there were more classics but still there is quite a lot that interests me. I have come across a few movies that I hadnt even heard of and they turned out to be really good. Some really quirky stuff too...which I love. Many 90's favs! I like that I can download to watch offline when I want to. There are movies to rent and buy too.

Don't bother purchasing movies. It's fine if you can watch them for free, as part of the subscription, but they edit and change content of films after purchase. Recently re-watched a favorite movie I had purchased on Amazon only to find I now owned a cut version instead of the full movie I know I originally purchased. NOT HAPPY. I'll continue subscription, but I'm never purchasing a digital copy of a movie from Amazon ever again.

It is an amazing app/streaming program. Only 2 areas I would like to have fixed. These fall under the rent/buy section: 1. Foreign videos should maintain quality. Resolution, language options, and audio choices (language and audio sound). 2. It would be just dandy, to see a larger selection of anime (there are more out there than anyone could watch in a lifetime.). However, I know this is difficult, due to infringement of other companies.

For the past 5.5 years I've been living and working remotely full time in my RV. Using my Dish was easy, unless weather or area wouldn't permit service. But last year I dumped Dish and started streaming on my smart TV. Added a couple of channels for under $20, saving almost $50. Now, no more service area or weather problems. Absolutely love it.

You need to remove the ads, charging a significant amount of money AND doing ads is taking the mick. Also, as many have mentioned, the system that is supposed to continue playing videos from where you stopped watching previously doesn't work properly. The interface, again, as mentioned by many others, isn't very user friendly, a completely fresh look with the bugs fixed, and no ads for prime members, would be a very good idea.

I don't find much to watch here, I feel that even for a "free" service, there's not enough of the good stuff! And it gets very frustrating to find that whenever anything half decent ever shows up, you only get the first season! I feel like - Surely it should be understood that - if we had superfluous amounts of spare money to throw on Series episodes, would we be using Prime Video? No, we wouldn't, we'd be buying the box sets ourselves, brand new - but we've never asked for that much! 🤔

The worst among the streaming platforms. My phone has widevine L1 certification, yet it only streams at ~240p ish. Don't know the exact resolution, but with reference to youtube, it feels 240p. The audio is also very low on some of the content. Even when I tried it on the PC, prime video feels uncomfortable to use. I am subscribed to Disney+ Hotstar and Netflix. The best is Netflix. Both of them streams at higher resolution and better loudness. Also they have lot more content than Prime. Fix it.

I enjoy Amazon Prime Video and their selection. However the captions will often be way ahead or behind the scenes & out of sync with the audio, and that is SO frustrating for someone like me who has difficulty hearing. Otherwise, I love the app and the service. Also, Movies or episodes can be a bit too pricey. I'll usually just wait until there's a drop in price. I've tried everything to fix the captions being out of sync. There are times when media won't play at all. That gets annoying.

Good though it may be, there are too few videos, series, whatever that have Closed Caption. It's really hard to hear on some devices. And 11 years later it's as bad if not worse. If Netflix can add CC I see no reason Amazon can't. It's not as if there's a cash shortage. Nothing's changed except there are MORE movies, series and the rest full of people who mumble and there are no captions. Which is why I don't use prime very often and that seems like a waste of money

Never had any issues with it. Search function can sometimes be meh but other than that easy to use. Love the option to show only free to me as a prime member, makes it's so much easier to see what's available on prime. I use it on my Android phone and my Microsoft laptop, works great on both.
