    I am in Tasmania Australia, and I just want to say I love you for putting the storyteller on 💖 I love the dancing words it's so hard to find, the only thing that could make it more perfect would be new tricks, it says we can't get it here but it was on tv last night 🤷🏼‍♀️ any way, signing up with you guys was the best thing I've ever done!!! I gave it 4 stars because sometimes it doesn't save the episodes I've watched and I have to look through the whole series I'm watching to find the last one I saw. Also, the audio and subtitle options are not so practical to choose and they sometimes don't have the audio I'm looking for. A common language is Spanish and not all the movies have it.

    подписка Okay, I am loving this app. Have been using this for quite some time. However, I have updated this application a night before I updated my subscription through Google Play. However, why can't I access to my previously downloaded videos and can't watch to any videos I wanted to watch. Save the fact that my my network balance was deducted more than the stated amount of money required to continue my subscription. This better be checked and fixed ASAP before I will change my mind. Phew!

    сериалы After the latest Android update, plus the latest Prime Video update my Samsung phone only plays the ads before a film. Once I click to watch a film, I get a black screen that shows the time length of the film and that's it. No audio, no visual. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still doesn't play. Please fix as soon as possible!

    price The prime app on my 4k tv recently updated. At absolute best that app is now very unstable. My solution was to sometimes just use the prime phone app to stream to the tv but the phone app is ridiculously power hungry. Dont bother using it without your phone plugged into a charger. Kind of ridiculous that there is no good way to watch prime unless you want to use your computer. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks with no change. Every other streaming app I have runs great.

    login Good streaming service with a range of series and movies, but the developers need to correct the "Watch Next" recommendations. Anything I watch comes up in the "Watch Next", remove it and it reappears, watch it to the end of credits and it's still there; the developers need to fix this so that they can be gone for good. As with other comments, there are also a lot of adverts for other programmes and similar, but this can be good and bad depending on what you see.

    canada I can deal with this layered subscription system where not all videos are included in the package you're paying for, and I can somewhat deal with being given unnecessary UNSKIPPABLE ads before every episode despite I'm paying for membership but how hard would it be to actually include subtitles/closed captions for each show/movie on the platform? If it's too hard to get someone to upload them(despite being already available) why not allow users to use their own subtitles or even use open-source?

    s Like the content, but it has buffering issues to often, on my Android 11 phone. Buffering (blurry picture) lasts well into the first few minutes of a show, before the picture becomes clear. Netflix doesn't do this, so Amazon should be able to do better for their customers. With recent update, I get an error saying I don't have an internet connection, but I do.

    download Incessant trailers for things I either have zero interest in watching or are simply unavailable, English language movies that are only available dubbed in foreign languages, films that appear to be available but which I'm required to pay for when I click on them... When I pause a film and my screen shuts off, the app invariably takes me back to the homepage when I turn it back on. If I do this during the final quarter of a film, the app automatically restarts it at the beginning. It's garbage.

    русский Such an irritating experience whenever watching any videos , absolutely frustrating also videos get stuck and if I try closing the app completely and reopen again the problem persists . There are several other issues like lag between audio and subtitles , no audio at all only minimal content to choose from , too many restrictions in search , sudden changes on screen orientation even when no one is in contact with the phone . I could go on with a biggg list. 👎

    Selection is good to great. Execution is poor. To be fair, I'm on an older version of Android so that could be part of the issue. I would think I could go right back to where I ended and keep watching but no; it never gets that right. They want to promote their newest shows so I'm sitting through a commercial every time I sign in, and worse, it's muted for some reason. Aquiring a signal takes so long sometimes that I just give up (that could be my system).

    It nice to have such a variety of shows and movies, but when you find one you want to watch, but its an extra $5 bucks, it makes you feel like you're paying to be advertised to. But I still like the service- at least it helped me 'cancel netflix' if you know what I mean #notcool #12yearoldgirlsdeservebetter

    Great selection of movies, TV shows and documentaries but the app, both on tv and cell phone, could be performing better in terms of responsiveness. It'll often freeze on my tv... It has never happened with Netflix. Improve its speed and it'll be a much better app than it already is.

    Come on man, give the video resolution controls..I have been contacting customer support and complaining about this but no one seems to care about it.. using high speed internet and the best it shows is 0.46 gb/hr and the video quality is like playing in 360p... I'm able to watch the same videos in 4k resolution in my TV...but not in my cell..

    Previously I watched movies on Netflix. This is not nearly as easy to use. I have a more difficult time finding things to watch. If you want to watch a series, you need to choose each individual season; it will not automatically know you want to watch season 2 after seaon one. The app recommends movies based on what you've watched, whether it was something you enjoyed or something you turned off after 10 minutes because it was awful. If you have Prime already it's okay.

    I appreciate that more and more content keeps coming to the platform. My rating used to be just a 3 but now I'd say it's about a 4.7 The main drawback is functionality. Some things are hard to find if they aren't on the main area, descriptions are short/lacking, sorting is bad, accessibility is poor and controls need to be better. Those are very minor complaints though and I can't wait to see more content!

    I use this app to go to sleep and it works amazing. I put on a show and it plays longer than Netflix. It doesn't do very long videos and it is nice you have the option to skip the shirt video after the show unlike Hulu. I have used this app for sometime too. I can't say that I have had a issue I couldn't solve.

    A lot of good features. But for a significant amount of time at the start of each show or movie playback, the top approximately one-third of the screen is darkened while a rating is displayed. It's mildly annoying, and there seems to be no way to disable it. And the major annoyance is that there is no way to rate series / movies to improve the recommendations. That option has even been removed from the Amazon web site. (Only write the option to write a public review remains.)

    App has some good things to watch apart from paying £7.99 per month for the the app they also want you to pay extra to watch things on there app in my opinion if its not included in the app don't advertise it old films been out for years they want you to buy or rent, you watch a season of something only to find out if you want to watch anymore you have to pay extra absolutely ridiculous.

    love the varirty of documentaries- including Canadian & UK docs that I love, and Amazon Video provides the best option for old & new kids tv series out of any other streaming service! I rate it a 4 because they do not have any good movies for the kids, only tv series. I rate this 4 stars, bc I only use the app for docs & kids tv. There are no good tv shows or movies for teens/adults. It's all stuff no one has heard of with 2 star ratings... soo✌☮😃

    No availabilty to add picture to profile although the app makes you think 'it wants to' additional issues with leaving the app and sending you to the Amazon web based access where you need to re-sign in to the account you are already signed into within the Prime Video app. Lastly it shows up in my Sync accounts with some weird 'hash-dash-numbers' series and does not show a simple email or user feriendly acct listing. Will need to pare down permissions and data access following unfortunately.

    Dear team, most of the videos do not have good audio quality, as most us view in our mobile with in built sound it looks like we watch a movie with no audio effects, and it has to be more advanced as the resolution should match the mobile screen size. You have implemented digital copy rights tec in the same way please analyse the resolution also improve the sound quality, we never face this issue with other rivals

    Great. Though, lacking function to review videos, very frustrating. I had to open a browser. Login. Approve a text message. Find the movie. Then write a review. That is VERY annoying. Otherwise, app works great for watching movies/TV.

    It's alright. No a fan of ads in between episodes. The app for smart tvs is very sluggish. And I don't like Prime content to be mixed with pay-to-view content not included with Prime. But it is a store app, and not a streaming app. Would be nice to have a Prime Video app specific to the included content, free of any interruptions. As far as the content, it has a decent selection.

    Good viewing experience, the algorithm that suggests videos sucks (keeps recommending stuff I am not related to), the integration with other platforms such as TVs is terrible. The only thing that keeps me from using it is that it comes with my prime membership and that some titles are only available through it.

    I like what they are doing but it needs work. A lot of the time I have to completely close the app because it gives me some error message about not being able to connect. Then it is ok, until I need to do something else on my phone that causes me to change this greens to something else. It is quite annoying actually, it is a more frequent occurrence then I would expect and I do not have an outdated phone, It is a Galaxy note 8

    Limited catalogue. Lots of content not available in its original language. Unfortunately, a lot of its catalogue is available only dubbed in Portuguese at Brazil. It's a global streaming service, so at least all catalogue should be available in its original language with English subtitles. Therefore, it doesn't make sense to push content only dubbed in whatever region language. Portuguese is a useless language.

    I love the movies and tv series, one thing that kept bugging me was being asked for updates of payment method, that seems to have stopped now. As far as subscription channels within the Amazon prime video app, I don't use them. My old review gave it 3 ⭐. Edit; I've been a subscriber for over a year now and I enjoy everything I can watch for 7.99pm or 79.99pa, I chose monthly, it's a better choice for me. Lots to watch for free as they say, other channels are subscription, paid but lots of choice

    Amizon prime is decent cause you get free returns on orders which is good and faster shipping but prime video is not impressive. There arent many movies i want to watch. I paid extra for the ones i wanted to see so it wasn't really a bonus. Overall i find the Amazon Prime service too expensive. It should be $5.99/month max.

    I enjoyed the options but wished all would have it from season one to present. I would like to see more that start fro. Season 1 and work it's way up. Also I prefer you to never lose a channel or any station you already have. Plus if you can combine a person's selection of channels they watch in a group price for a year. Preferably with a little discount on each channel we order. Finally, if the shows people complain about are not to their liking then they can just stop ordering it.

    I love a bunch of the original shows, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because outside of the amazon original series, the selection is a bit shallow compared to netflix or hulu. I also dislike how it shows a bunch of shows that I'd have to pay for to watch. I feel like shows that cost extra shouldn't appear on the main browsing list, but in a seperate section.

    Worst streaming media player ever. It worked ok for about 1 hour after that i lost all control over it. Unable to fast forward, rewind pause or stop unless I shut the app down and restart it and then it does exactly the same thing again. I originally thought it was a screen lock issue but upon researching it Amazon prime video doesn't support any screen lock feature. There is no way in hell I would recommend this app to anybody. Netflix makes Amazon prime video look stupid.

    Videos are too dark! This has been complained about for over a year with no resolution. It's definitely a software issue as screenshots have been posted showing when opening the the status bar, the picture brightens but then darkens when status bar is closed. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and both look the same. Compared to other streaming video apps like Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, etc. the video is much darker. It is barely viewable with the device brightness at 100%

    Prime is good don't get me wrong. What i don't like about it is that alot of the movies they have on here i can watch for free and prime makes you pay $2 or $3 to watch a free movie. For example Girl in the basement is a lifetime free movie but Prime wants $3 to watch it. I think not. I will not ever pay for a lifetime movie, lifetime is free. Attention staff at Prime you need to start looking into movies that are free and make them free as well on prime. Then maybe you will keep more customers.

    I really enjoy being able to choose what I want an what I don't there are so many options to choose from depending on what you like an the type of shows or movies that you enjoy. There is plenty to choose from along with Children shows an movies. I am trying it out for the 30 days and I have a little over a week longer to watch. I will continue getting most of the channels monthly. It is easy for you to pick an choose the channels that you want. Last 3 weeks worked 2day NOT SINCE WRITING THIS

    Responds well has a large library of videos. Has a download options for offline viewing, which is excellent for flights. But it's Best feature( best used on phone or tablet still works on smart TVs.) which is called X-ray. Where you can see the actors name, general information plus trivia about certain scenes and also on most occasions, you can get an insight about an inside joke or comment which you didn't understand. By far the best streaming service. Though not the biggest library for free.

But there is still time. It has only been days and I am just a bit weary about blowing money on ridicuous cell and mobile carriers as of late. Extremely. Careful.     POS app. Playback controls immediately disappear after you start any content. This makes it so I have to exit the show and re-enter to rewind or do anything with the playback settings. Edit: Still a POS. For some reason my phone doesn't support HD play back, but only with this app. SMH... Your dev interns would be able to port a better app.

    I watch prime in android Smart TV - Skyworth. When starting the app often it complains that there is some network connection issue whereas there is none. And then, it takes ages to start to show the dashboard - that happens not always but quite often too. Right now I am seeing "network problem - restart the app or contact Amazon customer service". Netflix is working by the way. Content is less than Netflix. Subtitles are not rich ot descriptive enough. Hope, prime takes care of these.

    Very annoying that the video controls randomly appear and disappear . this appears to have been a problem for several releases of this app. Its been a couple months and i was asked to rate the app. I have reduced the rsting because the problem is still there. Moreover it would be useful to have the first thing i see to be what i was actually watching at previous login.

    I really like this app. I mainly watch movies on it (romance, horror, drama etc). The best movie I have watched on it is Halloween 1978 (they'd better not remove it). The only real problem I have with this app is that I wish they bad a section that tells you what's coming soon. But other than that, it's a really good app.

    The content is, for the most part, great. But why is Prime incapable of storing my watch history? It can't even manage it on the individual devices I use, let alone across different devices. If I haven't watched for a while, I can't track down what I last watched. Netflix and Disney can manage it, so why can't Amazon? Useless.

    The first option you see should be continue watching. My Roku TV doesn't always show the images. The pause function doesn't work on multiple TVs. I thought my remotes broke. They didn't. Also it restarts the episode when that happens. Skip intro, works half the time. If you continue a show from anywhere else on the app, it restarts the series. This one is not ready for the public. It obviously is still in Beta testing. Too bad among the best original programming and good selection.

    Your app will NOT play on my TV. I can watch Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Disney+, and YouTube without problems. But the moment I try to use Prime Video on my Samsung TV it tells me there's a problem and it won't play. And your "help" section it sends me to is absolutely worthless since you don't give me an error code for why it's not playing.

    I found it very irritating that as a paying customer I get an app that continually tries to push another sale. What you get is very limited, as MOST movies they list are actually not included and you have to pay more to watch them. When I pay for an app/service I don't want to see ads and I don't want to keep being asked to spend more money. No matter how much they ask, I'll never buy anything extra, so it's just plain irritating. Every time I open this app I feel stressed and I don't enjoy it.

    I've got no issues with this App but 2. The one are inconsistencies with the 'Zoom' mode where it zooms into the frame deeper than necessary (one example being Spiderman 3 (2007) on Huawei Mate 20) which causes the edges of the frame to be cut off significantly. Sacrifice of details near the edges on the screen intrudes the experience of watching a movie on the phone. 2ndly, movies are often not available in ov for me, but only in german, especially UHDversion. Ov should be universally included!

    I'm having a really annoying bug where the Player won't respond to my touching. I open up the app, open a series, select a chapter and the player will show up the pause, back and forth options, the X-ray, everything. Goes out, and when I want to pause it or see who that actor/actress is, IT WON'T RESPOND. Please fix this.

    It's good especially if you have prime but the quality of the streaming can go from picture perfect to early Atari graphics in less than a second. There is no quality application while you are watching you movie or tv show. You'll have to close out go to settings then change it and go back to it. I can understand this on the fire stick but not on an app

    Prime video has some good features. Doesn’t consume much data, lots of regional shows and movies etc. I have two issues. The search option doesn’t work, like a movie can be found by browsing through lists, but may not show up in search. The second issue being, international movie library is pretty small. Many of the classic movies are not viewable in some countries. I suggest expanding the international/hollywood movies library to improve Prime Video experience.

    In the beging I really did love this app, my only thing is, that if I buy all the extra show on prime like shudder or HBO, Starz and Showtime ect.... I still have to pay more money to watch other shows and/or movies that are not even new, so o me it's just like having basic cable, i spend atleast 80$ a month, atleast ... and I've had prime video for years

    This app will play some titles and then give error codes for others. I can watch one episode of The Expanse, for example, but then get error code for the very next episode. Titles I've purchased also will give error codes for some but not others. Customer service was useless in trying to remedy this.

    I stalled it on my tablet today for the free trial. Watched one movie. Scrolling through content to add to my Watchlist and the app keeps freezing: "stopped working". 4 times so far. Bad first impression. Plus some movies cost $24.99 to watch. It says $7.99 a month. It doesn't tell you that new movies cost $24.99 to watch🧐🤔 A somewhat disappointing first experience😒😕

    Great unique shows and streaming on 2 devices with 1 account. Awesome. The second device (t.v) does not show the pics of the movies, only shows titles after it has been directly scrolled onto. Still can be navigated, however, i did drop a star whether it was the device compatibility or app malfunction. I still love having the streaming app on my phone binging my show, "the man in the high castle", i highly recommend it

    Ummm have this on the PlayStation and works fine ,no issue . Down loaded onto my phone and would be great if I spoke german or spanish as those are the only two language options I have ,while I thank you for encouraging me to learn a new language ,can I also have it in english as well lol thanks and hopefully you can fix this soon

    Would love the option to start a series at season one and binge to the current. Sometimes drags. Also paying for older series while a prime member is a huge rip off. I am a subscriber to a channel and to watch current episodes they want a $2.99 fee , I feel that is also a rip off . As a prime member and a subscriber it should not cost more to watch the latest episodes. I am probably going to cancel because of this.

    For some reason that I cant figure out, this app wont recognize my mobile data or wifi connection. Each time I uninstall and reinstall, I get the same sign-in prompt that triggers Amazon's new sign-in authorization text. What really takes are ads and similar: I don't mean flash at the top or between, however annoying that can be. Sometimes good info anyway. I mean when you've paid for stuff but are forced to watch something between episodes, etc. (ftr, happens at website too) That's effed up. I've complained before, yet they do nothing to fix this.     The app functions well, it's fast and effective. The service is essentially free, since a Prime membership is expected at this point. I have three streaming services and I'm rating this app in relation to the other two. This is the least strong (because they're all good). I have Crave (HBO Max equivalent in Canada), Prime and Netflix. Crave is awesome; definitely #1. Netflix is #2 and Prime #3.

Have a look at Permissions they NEED to show you a Video ...... All accounts on your device, to record audio ( at any time), data about your phone, anything stored on device, and Holly SH... SO MUCH MORE. O, the app can change "toggle" permissions ..... The Problem is this is standard

    Without any reason u get logged out of the app and then downloaded data is gone. Atleast keep downloads in storage of the phone for few time to recover. I think Amazon don't have good app developers to keep data encrypted in memory. First you have to pay for prime subscription then Amazon also want us to download stuff repeatedly. Data suckers, internet is not available everywhere, sometimes downloads are necessary.

We have lot of digital payment modes like Amazon pay, Paytm and all yet why shoul I have to entre my card details. Definitely not something to be expected from a big brand like Amazon.     Was great until the mobile app turned into a 10 second radio show. Pressed play on a film and all I got was audio for 10 seconds and then nothing. Uninstalled then reinstalled and it played me the trailer but no film, came out of that and pressed play again and then the 10 second blank screen problem again.

    Same issues as I read. When paused or stopped a show/movie it never continues where I left (more likely it's jumped waaaayyyy ahead); and when I find my spot (or even just rewind in general) it lags and the video isn't right with the words. Then i have to do the whole process over very annoying!!! BUT as I was coming on to write my review I did notice an update So hopefully that fixes the issue 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

    I like that there's a free-to-me toggle switch but when I try to download for on-the-go it seems to ignore the free-to-me switch and give a muddled assortment of options.     The search is unreliable. Discovery is almost entirely manual, with minimal personalisation. Content theme tags are too broad/lack specificity, so recommendations tend to fan out a lot. Like 'if you like bollywood, then maybe you'll like... bollywood?'. Without an element of curiousity in serving content, Prime becomes a place to search for availability of specific content, and I bounce if I dont find it. 3 stars are for a much better player experience than the competition, coz of x-ray.

    The new update has the app set your language preferences based off of your device location instead of your account's. I'm American living in Japan and I can't speak or read Japanese. The app has become difficult to navigate and there's nothing I can do about it since VPNs are blocked. Even changing the language setting doesn't remove the Kanji from the titles and descriptions of videos. Prime video was my only reason for keeping a prime subscription but now there's no point imo

    It's better than Netflix for me because they have actual movies that I want to watch and not all independent or foreign films. I just wish they had more of a selection of free movies. A lot of the movies I want to see you have to subscribe to a channel. Also, when I leave the app just for a moment the movie is stopped completely and goes to the movie description page. It would be nice if I can go back and just press play instead of waiting for it to load again.

    They offer free trials of Showtime and other services and automatically sign you up for them after the trial and refuse to refund subscriptions. This is poor business practice for a company that says they're all for the customer. If I could give you zero stars I would. ALSO: When I contacted customer service to say I did not approve the charge and that they would be losing a customer over eleven dollars(less than the prime subscription) they said, "No worries".

    A good viewer for the material on Amazon Prime. It does not permit you to use a VPN so it makes maintaining your machine's security is difficult. It is for this reason I deducted 1 star. It should be noted that this behavior has been considered unsafe by security experts. While not probably the safest, I use Avast SecureLine VPN which allows Amazon Prime Video to bypass the VPN & go directly go the Amazon. This stops Amazon from complaining & forces my other apps to use the VPN.

I don't like that the volume dips when I get a notification, but maybe I need to play with my settings somewhere to fix that. It was easy to find the latest thing I'd been watching on Desktop.

    Just horrible. Everytime I attempted to watch a movie on this app I ran into persistent buffering, freezing and crashing of the app. I even lowered the stream quality to data saver and STILL had the same issue. It's not my phone either, since my phone streams movies and TV shows from Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus at 720p & 1080p just fine. This app just sucks. Download at your own risk.

    Having to wait up to 5 minutes between episodes while it loads a stupid ad for something else that I don't want to watch. Tried downloading episodes to avoid the ads that take eons to load but even then unable to watch a download as unbelievably still had to wait for an Amazon ad to load. Have given up & watched eleswhere. Volume of everything is seriously low & it's a struggle to hear things with tablet volume on full. Content is mediocre with mostly stuff that's been on tv before.

    I purchased quite a few videos on my husband's account. If I want to watch them on my phone I have to sign in to his account, but if I do that it signs me out of my kindle and into his kindle. I cannot have both on my phone. I called Amazon customer service and they told me that I couldn't transfer the movies from his account to mine even though we are one household and the movies were purchased with a credit card with both of our names on it.     For a service I pay for, I uninstalled this because it kept loading advertisements and the memory leak was so bad, it would crash lock not just my phone, familys as well. Discord does the same and forced to force stop service just to get phone ram back. Service is ok, applocation itself is garbage. This can cripple the best of phones.

    Amazon prime video is trash. 6 minutes of ads per 30 minutes of a show. It is totally rediculous. If i wanted to watch unlimited ads on mobile i would just go to facebook. That said i do like the integration. It allows prime users into watch parties that let them interact with streamers during a show.     Not sure if this goes here. There is a weird audio bug on Chromecast TV using the native Prime Video app. Audio is unclear, distorted and high pitched. Read forums online and seems this is specific to Sharp TVs. Don't have this issue using the same port with other Apps like Netflix, YouTube, even Masterclass.

    I enjoyed binge watching "Deep Space Nine" & "The Boys". Thank you for having all of the episodes. App content continues to expand & improve. Many of the Amazon productions are quite good. Just watched Season 1 of the latest "Utopia"; bizarre, often violent, but entertaining & addictive. Disappointed that it ended on a cliff-hanger. I hope there's a Season 2 that will complete the story. The cost of Amazon Prime is well worth it for the benefits of membership.

    Ads appear before what you want to watch. You can't disable it. If you skip them, you also skip all of the intro of the show. For some shows, there's a scene before the intro (e.g. The Office always does). So to watch the show fully, for every episode, I have to start watching, skip the adds, rewind to the start of the episode, watch the first scene, then skip the real intro. Pretty unenjoyable experience overall.

    I love that there are so many different movies and tv shows to choose from.. My issue is with trying to resume a show that I am or have been watching.. Shows won't resume from where I stopped it will start the show from the beginning of the episode.. Sometimes I can't even pause or fast forward on the app.. I'll have to close the app all together then I'll have to start from the beginning of what I was watching..

    Just gone back on prime video after a long break to, find episodes of on the buses series 1 to 7 which I paid for on fulll many are now unavailable why? Had them before of taken off please give me back 1.99 per episode so deleted app again and won't buy any more from prime was going to give a go again but no I have stolen what I paid for

    It takes a couple of turns, but the site and app are pretty logical. I think I remember having to figure out how to separate the video page from the rest of the site once the app opens up. No problems at all now either shopping or viewing.

    Great added bonus app to go along with a verified account. Free access to movies alongside the many other bonuses of being an account member. Honestly think it's better than netflix in may ways altho, still like netflix it does not carry a huge array of new or a listers. But non the less a credible app that gets the flix flowing. Never have any issues with dropped movies or even buffering or loading. Always pretty quick to begin and then plays very well throught the whole video. Thank you Amazon

    Following a Prime update (26-3-21) on my Android Samsung, the app simply doesn't work. It plays the pre film trailers then freezes. I hope this is soon sorted as I am paying for something unusable at this point.

    Despite having a paid subscription, I still am not able to stream or download HD quality. Even after changing the settings to best, the app downloads or streams only at lower resolution.

    Great App! Lost my remote control so i downloaded the prime app. Works great when your stuck at home on the weekend! Also, found out it plays in my car so i listened to my favorite tv show on my six hour drive to Oregon. Was like listening to an audio book. 😀

    One of the worst designed streaming apps due to disappearing video controls that you can only make reappear by fully exiting the video or app. Many other subscribers I've spoken to say this has been a problem for several years yet Amazon fails to fix this glitch.

    You should upload some interesting content in a frequency. So, that viewers can watch variety of content. You should also upload some content similar to netflix and I am dammn sure that it will work for you!!     Update Still refusing to play anything that I click to play. I can switch to Netflix and it runs sweetly on my tablet showing that the problem is with Prime Video. Surprisingly, I found last night after 9:30 pm that a jerky performance was available. This shows its substandard server issue. Other error notices frequent is “Prime has stopped working“ Please sort. Money is going for no or terrible performance! Clicked “Report“ many times.

    It's good lots of good movies to watch for free and great selection to choose from to rent/buy, would be 4 but unfortunately when you skip a few times in a row the video goes really blurry and I need to then close the app and open something else before it turns to normal, otherwise it's great

    Pretty good app decent movies for the ones that are free with prime. I haven't paid for a movie in years and years I don't plan on paying for another one. So for me and for the time being, the free stuff is fair to good.

    English is stated as the Language inside the app and on Amazon Prime's website, for my account. Yet, this app always subtitles on-screen written text in either French or Spanish. Despite subtitles being 'Off'. They need to investigate why it thinks I am non-English and correct this behaviour, it is very frustrating.

    I enjoy this app. You can usually find whatever you are looking for. My only complaint is that when paying for an app I want all content to be available to me, but on this app many movies I want to watch are rent or buy only.

    Just sucks!!!. First of all these days no good content in the app, everything we see is flop movies and apps like aha has good contents compare to prime. Even shopping app is not at all friendly, they provide for no cost emi later they reject the emi for which we have to pay full amount. Overall Amazon had become WORST EVER. Onestar is also without option and painful to provide that onestar.

    Loved Prime for years, just seems now a days there trying to find ways to make u pay more, adding show/movies you need to subscribe to channels. I can see these streaming services costing as much as Cable soon.

    The App in periocular is annoying to use, -the biggest issue is not able to full screen the video via swipe gesture, on top of that you have to do the screen adjustment every time you replay or play a new video -when phone gets locked the video screen exits every time
