    Great price for one-year subscription. Good collection of regional language and English movies and shows. Good quality print of every movie and show. The only thing is that when I try to download the best print of a movie, the 'better' print downloads instead. Is it a recent phenomenon, with the coronavirus forcing Amazon Prime to limit data use? I hope that you will reply to this. Thanks again.

    Worst ott app to ever exist........ So underly maintained. And why do you copy everything Netflix does in this app, worst part is not copying properly. So annoying to use. Contents are good. But the app sucks, that too on TV. It doesn't even pick up where I left, and the searching algorithm is the worst. Try Providing good service for the money you take

    You have to pay not only for prime, but for each channel you want access to, which each seem to have one or two solid shows. If that's not bad enough, the shows are riddled with commercials, perhaps worse than the old TV days. They get two stars because you do get a pretty solid selection if you're willing to pay out the nose and spend 35% of your time watching commercials.

    Even through the content is good there is so many things wrong with the app. 1. When I search for series I don't want to each season as different result it basically clutters the whole search screen. 2. There is no option to select video quality in video player. 3. There is no next button on video player. 4. While X-Ray feature is amazing sometimes it reveals spoilers. It needs to be fixed. Fix this. And you'll get a Five star.

    I would love to give this app 5 stars but they don't even have "Poolhall junkies" for rental, OR purchase. Also, the format of not being able to go back to the same place in the movie/programming quo, after entering into the "details" of a particular program or movie, is extremely annoying! Now, I have to go through the same *50* listings, because I wanted to see the "details"? Also, triple and QUADRUPLE listings of the SAME show SHOULD be a crime!but it's still my goto app for movies!

    Mixed experiences. Basic use is good but runs into lots of problems with many standard uses. Extremely unreliable through my Chromecast. Browsing/searching can be odd because each season of a series is usually listed separately for no clear reason. Watchlist has improved a lot over time but only to what I would consider "normal features and usefulness" (updating from previous complaints). Contains ads for other shows on Prime (skippable). This should be optional.

    It's impossible to even sign into the app. After filling in my password and captcha codes for an hour it required me to fill in a one time password sent to my mobile number. This never arrived. Finally got the one time password sent to my email. I confirmed everything, everything looks good. But the app just refers me to the Amazon store. Restarting the app just sets me back to the whole sign in circus I already went through.

    Since the app updated I now have a blue bar saying 'rated 12' across the screen of any show I watch. The UI is horrible. I just want to open the app and continue watching whatever series I'm on but I have to either search for it again (it sometimes doesnt appear on the home screen) or scroll down and click a bunch of times. I cant believe I have to skip through trailers on something I'm paying for. I'm only keeping it to watch The Office!

    The UI of the app is pathetic, for a company like Amazon, you can really do better. Searching for a particular title/genre is a painstaking task and annoying and you feel like giving up after a point of time. The content curator though did a good job, you have amazing titles available, but the UI is just not powerful enough to browse through the available content. While you're searching, if you tap onto a title to see the details, your search is gone, after one goes back to the browsing screen.

    P2p portals are better than this app. No matter what programming is played-whether it's a TV show or movie, the first couple of minutes are ALWAYS displayed at 144p. You can choose the highest and most-memory heavy option to improve the quality, but it still doesn't work. Restarting the program, making sure there's plenty of room on your phone, restarting the stream, waiting for latency/allowing for buffering-still doesn't work. The star is only for original & exclusive content. Shame🤷🏻‍♂.

    App works okay. If you use on a small phone it can be very difficult to read the tiny pictures of the shows. I guess it is optimized for tablets. I like the "free to me" filter. App is a huge storage hog. It starts with 23mb app but it ballons in size as you use it. You also have no choice to move this to an SD card. I was up to 835mb before I reinstalled. I was near the capacity on my phones internal storage and could figure out why.

    I am quite pleased with the app and I mostly use it on my phone and it's great. I have occasionally used it on tv and that's ok. I wish there were more up to date films and series. Some of the films are quite old which you expect to be free anyway, but some newer free films should be available. Some of the box sets that have been going for quite a few years are also not free and they should be for what we pay.

    It feels 10 years old: clunky, slow, irritating to navigate, and has zero quality of use features. And they constantly push original content with irritating ads, presumably because it's terribly boring dribble rejected by other streaming services. Amazon should be embarrassed at the appalling state of this app, and frankly most of their others.

    I have given you three stars because I felt disappointed with the streaming quality and speed as compared to other OTT platforms like Netflix. Your's takes too much time to load the contents. In these times of lockdown,this is kinda frustrating. Also kindly look into the frequency of new releases I think it's less too as compared to competition.Looking forward to improvements SOON at your end.

    Keep making this app getting better Amazon . My wife and I need subtitles and we find that depending on what channels you use the subtitles very in accuracy and timing on screen . There are other small issues with rewinding and fast forward options but I can get over it. Keep up the good work and always make things better.

    Only prime videos and series are good in this app, the video player is very bad doesn't have gesture for controlling volume and brightness and the search option is worst, the search section needs huge improvement and while playing videos the quality suddenly falls even in good connection hope all this will be fix in some future updates.

    Aloha, Young and still fixing some of the....Glitches 😎, they are very service oriented.I get due to my Amazon account, l wish we weren't teased on future episodes ,then learning you only get the first season, and will need to pay more for additional seasons😏. We pay 4.99 to 9.99 for a variety of streaming channels and the price seems high for a person who didn't know till it was too late.l was hooked on Korean Programing so please no further surprises on costs.     The search needs to be improved. I never get what i search for. This means that all i can watch is what is on the recommendations. I search for harley quinn tv series and I'm getting 2 broke girls. Just tell me there no data to show, that would make total sense, but showing 173 results that has no relevance is unpleasant.

    I like what is available and having the option to buy movies and tv series. One problem, though, is the app's tendency to disconnect from the internet while streaming. It is not my internet service that is the problem here, as other apps like Netflix never do this. The other frustrating thing about Amazon Prime is the fast-forward and rewind function. It jumps back by a few seconds at a time (so slow!) but if I try to go faster it jumps back in increments of several minutes (way too fast!).

    (1) There are 4 streaming qualities. Data saver, good, better, best. I set it to best but the video sometimes blurs. During action scenes or panoramic scenes or the video blurs significantly. (2) If only there was an option to adjust speed of videos. (3) Settings changes on its own sometimes. I turned off autoplay but it turned on itself. I set the streaming quality to one of the 4 available. But it changed to a different streaming quality. (4) Featured preview plays automatically. Data wastes.

    App has had lots of issues recently. The new updates are terrible. The app is constantly crashing and will not play any videos until I restart my device. This has been happening online and offline. The problem is with the app and not my phone as Netflix and Disney+ have been working fine. When you do get it to work the subtitles and sound are constantly out of sync with the video. The app was fine before new updates, I've had this app,and a prime account for 4 years. Problems started recently.

    The movies and series included here are great, excellent selection. However, the insist on playing trailers before starting a selection and even in the middle of a binge. EXTREMELY ANOYING!!!! Main reason for the low rating. The app, overall, has bugs that need work, particularly when casting (I use Chromecast for that). It is very slow, regardless of internet connection. Every update gets worse.

    Now that i have used this , i am over the moon with the varied and eclectic selection of titles available. Regardless of my 'entertainment mood' at the time, Prime has something for me. Thanks guys......! My only complaint being that there seems to be ALOT of selections to buy, rent, etc.... Alot. Of course ,most of these movies are very good and i would like to watch them . I just dont like having to pay for the privelege again.

    As others have said we need better search options, why is it so hard to find anything. Can we at least have a separate category for subtitled films? I love a subtitled film I find they have more depth but if I'm working I like to have something I can listen to in the background. It takes so long opening each film scanning to find zero words to say this film is subtitled, push play then have to find another and on and on, the whole thing needs sorting out, it's a mess

    I'm a prime member but i'm not happy with the performance. Most of the downloaded videos are not opening and i have to delete them without watching. Most of the time videos get freezed in the middle and then they don't work. So what is the use of the download option if videos will not work. So, resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i would like to cancel my prime subscription and also i want my money back..

    All good except when I save a title and go back to a list, it reloads the whole homepage and I have to scroll down to the same list and scroll through the same titles to get back to where I was. It may be an inadvertent homage to Groundhog Day but it's bloody annoying.

    In terms of content, it's great. In terms of a mobile app, my experience of it is that it loses its place if I lock my phone for a moment, crashes frequently and it is sorely lacking the ease of use that makes the Netflix phone app so appealing. Its the Epic to Steam - copied the template, hasn't done it quite as well despite having the advantage of the trail already having been blazed for them.

    It's nice that you can click next episode before the previous ends and instead of waiting for a countdown... Yet, it is massively annoying that the episode you're playing keeps disappearing at the bottom of the app and you must wait up to a minute for it to appear when you enter the windows on your phone, even if the app was always on.

    The app doesn't do a good job saving your place and will continue taking you back to a previous season's episode. It's also impossible to go back out of the app on a Google pixel because the back swipe doesn't work so you have to turn off the phone display in order to get out of the app for a minute. Needs some work.

    Why did Amazon take away the ability to fast forward or rewind on the Smart TV app? It sucked before, but now you have to just click the line at the bottom of the screen and hope you can FF or RW just a little bit. PLEASE ADD A WAY TO FAST FORWARD AND REWIND PRECISELY. Take queues from the Netflix app. They figured it out years ago!!!

    Prime Video has been eye-opening. Really impressed by the visual innovation of the original series - and this is coming from a "Not-a-TV-person". The Independent films I get in my feed are invariably interesting, so that now I just check in and almost always find something unexpected and compelling in my recommendations. Plus, it's often free.

    This is a great service and being able to download and watch things offline is awesome because sometimes it's hard to get a good enough signal like when you're on a train or on a long trip. Personally I prefer this over both Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. Since I started using Prime Video I've noticed I have not been using these services as much because Prime has an amazing selection. I'm a huge fan of documentaries and Prime outshines all the others in this category. It has a huge selection.

    I like that you can tap on the screen during a show and see cast and music information. However, I was a bit thrown off by how they choose to list what I'm currently watching. Each season of a show has its own thumbnail so if you're watching a show with 8 seasons then you'll have all these thumbnails of the same show on the list which seems redundant. I haven't finished all seasons to know what happens then -- but if the same show is on Netflix, I'd rather watch it there. This is a bit clunky.

    I love being able to watch movies and shows from here! I agree it could be a little more user friendly though. It usually pops back to the last thing you were watching, but if you don't see it and immediately go to search, it messes it up so you dont see that screen anymore. Maybe offer a pop-up window that asks if you would like to continue with the series or movie you were watching previously?

    Horrific performance in slow/limited network...have been trying to play videos from the app from past few weeks, not a single video is being played..shows CDN_ERROR...whereas all the other entertainment app are streaming pretty well(ofcourse with reduced quality) but this app is not streaming in any quality be it hd or sd.. PATHETIC is the word .would have deleted if haven't taken an annual subscription....NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.Also none cares to even reply you back or solve any of your problems.

    Prime Video used to be one of my main streaming services, but the "new" format has completely messed it all up. No more cast information given, subtitles can't be adjusted and are unreadable, can't skip repetitive ads for Amazon original content projects anymore. It's not compatitable nor simple to use with my viewing habits. I HATE the new format. Why did Prime mess with something that was so easy to use? I've tried complaining but can't contact anyone. I'm very disappointed.

    its not bad, but I'm seriously tired of all the adverts for shows that this app forces on you. there is a advert when opening the app and there is a advert between each show. this is very disappointing for a company in 2020. even Netflix that lives of nothing but selling your their shows don't have adverts like that and they given people the option to remove auto play on the front page.... get your act together amazon...

    The recent update has completely destroyed the apps functionality. Now it's slow, buffers like crazy sometimes. Skips a lot because there's toommucb processing going on. And the in app player controls randomly don't work anymore, e.g. trying to pause or skip backwards 10 seconds. Please reinstate the previous version, the QC on this release is terrible.

    Loving Amazon Prime so far. The different profile feature is very useful specially if two persons are using the same account. Also it has vast collection of movies to choose from. Only one thing that I would like to improve is while streaming it should give us the option of streaming quality (480, 720, 1080) so the users can use the data/wifi as per their plan/choice. Implement this and you will be #1.

    App forgets previously watched episodes and resume location. Skip ad is overlapped with forward bar; easy to fast forward to the end of an episode when you were trying to skip the ad. Amazon has some good shows but nothing special. The ads and subscription packages are annoying and make it difficult to find something to watch. This will be my last year with Amazon prime.

    I have amazon fire tv stick. when you added movies like crawl, jumanji the next level. I started watching it on TV through fire tv stick. Sound for dialogue is so low nd sound of action sequence is very high on same sound setting on tv. I can't hear dialogues on sound level at which other movie or show on prime can be heard easily. I have to increase the sound to the maximum to hear dialogues but when action sequence start, the sound is so much. So I am unable to watch prime video. Solution pls

    The UI of the app is not that convenient in either Android TV or on Android Mobile.. And recently from past 1 month the videos keeps buffering frequently which wasn't the case earlier.. so do something if not for mobile App atleast for TV app do it... One more thing this issue is not with all the content but some content like suits, two and a half men, big bang theory and few more are their... P.S: don't tell me send pictures or elaborate the issue more detailed on your email. Orelse chuck it

    My streaming service of choice. Good options, advanced features. Unfortunately buggy. Picture-in-picture mode is sometimes unresponsive to taps and closing the app, the only way to reset is to restart the phone. Happens especially when there's other picture-in-pictures onscreen. Goes occasionally unresponsive to taps when watching in fullscreen, but does respond with the Bluetooth pause button. Can get a little frustrating at times. :(

    Casting takes forever, sometimes the cast option only shows up after selecting a show or movie. Can't forward or rewind something while its initially loading. More little bugs here and there that are very frustrating, most to do with casting. Always get reminded about "new features" like chrome cast and selecting quality even though I've done it 100 times.

    Idk I feel like it SUCKS on the Roku. It's okayish on my phone. It bothers me because when I stop watching an episode and come back to it later, it doesn't pick up where I left off. It takes me back like 10 minutes. And on my phone specifically, it sometimes skips the last few minutes of an episode and just starts playing the next one? Idk why these issues exist. We have the technology to fix it.

    Netflix's craptastic brother you pay for prime then have adds then have to pay for subsequent subscriptions and the player is so twitchy. I wish it had a lock screen feature ever time I put my cell in my pockets it gets messed up. Would also like to have the ability to watch my download while downloading another vid. But worst of all for some stupid reason if you have a downloaded video it will take alot of your data so make sure you turn off your data or else. Notice for watch offline just die

    It's crazy that in 2020 you can't implement proper buffering and thus decrease quality of videos. I don't like watching talking squares. Low quality even when set to high/best in interface. Sometimes subtitles are not synchronized or has typos. Location detection is enabled and number of available videos is limited because of this when you are travelling.

    Decent app but needs significant work to make the user experience better. Having to tap through different menus to find my watch list is annoying. Put it at the top of the home screen, or move the continue watching section up to the top so I can quickly continue resume what I'm watching instead of staring at stuff you want me to buy. I get that you want to sell more stuff but I'm already paying for prime so I would appreciate being treated like a paying customer!

    Amazon prime video has good movies and series. The content part is fine. But the user interface needs much more improvement. Also need a seperate password option for prime video (currently same password for all Amazon service) because now it has profile sharing options is available(which is really good). While opening the app please provide option for selecting the profile.(since on login the profile is preset to default profile).

    Works great! I use this on my Galaxy S9. I turned down the quality from 'best' to 'better' and can load a nice 720p on 4G. I receive notifications of items on my watchlist when they arrive on prime or the other channels I've added (good deals on black Friday) ;). I use this almost everyday and love it

    Great app and a good selection of movies, especially tv shows and series. Considering the price, it's very competitive with the like of Netflix, Stan, ... The phone app itself is great for searching movies and genres. However, the TV app is not as advanced as the phone version in putting movies in categories/genres and it needs work but at least it's better not as patronising as Netflix. I would have given it 5 stars if the TV app was as good as the phone version. Overall, I fully recommend it.

    Sometimes this app is hard to navigate, it could use an update to make it user friendly. There is a free to me button, but it is a pain to click on a movie and realizing that it isn't prime. I like the IMDB feature where it shows information about the actors/actresses and rare trivia.

    Some great shows but a lot of rubbish too. No where near as much quality shows as other providers. Biggest issue with it has to be the fackt that it runs ads despite it being a paid service. Improve the content and get rid of the adds and I'll rate it higher. Edit: this getting even worse ads after every episode now. Down to 1 star now

No in-the video quality control , the player doesn't have a quality adjustment for the better viewing experience, instead you need to go deep out to the settings (, kind of primitive ! ) to set the quality, which wont work most of the times , even if it is set to highest!     Videos never restart where I left off. Sometimes it jumps to different episodes. And for Pete's sake, why in the hell is there not dark/night mode? I can't believe for the life of me that all the amazon tech nerds can't come up with a night/dark mode for the app. Call ebay, they'll help you out. Oh, yeah, the smiley Amazon logo looks like the the underside of an erect phallus, I just smile everytime I see boxes at peoples houses. I can't believe no one else sees that.

    Only very few films are in my vibes. In general i find them cheap n totally trivial. Besides, they are repeatedly presented, the very same, so that you keep seeing the same rubbish over n over again in the different categories. It becomes very difficult to spend sooo much time going through all that junk to finally find the ones you may like. The same if you want to buy a movie! And the synopsis are awful! Few words explaining nothing at all. So badly done! A big delusion from Amazon.

    No hd streaming on Oppo Reno 5g(CPH1921). It has widevine L1,it plays Netflix/youtube on full hd1080p. But only 0.46GB/hr on prime video. A 480p for a 6.6inch screen is a pain.if anyone can see, could you fix this. Edit : OPPO Reno 10x zoom(CPH1919) could stream at 1080p. It has identical hardware to Reno 5G. I do not see any reason it is not available to Reno 5G. Pls fix this.

    I really like the service, but sometimes finding things is difficult, especially once you have actually watched it. Since many of the shows/movies I watch are not well known, if I get distracted while watching & it ends, there is no history of what I have watched so I can easily find it again.     Cant move to SD. Im on android 7 which this app supports. There used to be a setting that allowed to to download to your SD but that was removed. So now Prime is using up my internal storage which is unacceptable. You removed an important feature and decided to use up my internal storage in an app that uses a lot of space. Not cool.

    Sometimes loses control of what's casting on tv, is not always intuitive to use, and it's crazy to charge a subscription fee for every particular "channel". It also kinda sucks that the trial is only a week when most are a month. I like the shows on Nick Hits but these are definately some issues

    My experience with amazon's video service has been poor so far. They have a great selection, yet it's squandered on their app's awful performance. This app crashes often and downloading is an easy waste of time as it produces errors. I feel like I'm trying to grab a wet fish when interfacing with amazon's video app. The layout appears easy but then goes wild-all-over when you start attempting to execute a simple watching. In contrast, Google's video service app is superior.

    It's like Amazon doesn't want you to find things, even things they produced themselves. The categories don't show everything that's actually available in those categories. You can't search well by country, spoken language, director, or genre. You'll get a bunch of unrelated search results. I don't know if I should search in Dutch or English but it doesn't matter. When I searched "filmhuis", one of the top suggested searches was "porn film". Anime have offensive mistranslations.

    Its good in the way theres alot of selection, and high quality streaming. Theres some great shows on here... But the bad is... If im paying i dont want a single advert. Ive already paid.. And more importantly. if ive already paid, i dont expect to have to pay again to watch this thing or that , because ive already paid. on these grounds i would not only not recommend this ,i would activily discourage anyone as i hate when companies try to charge for the same thing twice.

    The selection of movies and TV shows is good, but the quality of the app is bad. It buffers a lot and there are sudden time skips when watching something. I thought that there was a issue with my connection, but Netflix is working fine without any buffering with the same connection. I am forced to download the show before watching it to avoid buffering, but still there are time skips. I'm disappointed

    I like the app however, the app is visually heavy what I mean from this is theres a lot happening visually which I think takes away from the app it doesnt entice me as a viewer. . I really like the app having actors names when you pause a show thats great! we need more variety in advertisement I have only seen two shows advertised over and over again for three weeks and its totally not catered to the shows I watch. The blue and white layout does shout amazon also.

    Laggy, not user friendly and just a tiny bit more content than Netflix. And those recommendations aka ads they slide in before every vid start is annoying. You can skip them right away but it's just such an annoying design. Won't recommend this and probably won't use it if it wasn't free for me(student plan). Don't waste your money on this.

    I use Prime Video almost everyday and on more than one device. The problem is, everyone in my household uses my account, therefore there's no personalization at all. Recommend Prime Video use profiles like everyone else does. (Hulu, Netflix, Disney, etc.). Or at give us a chance to pay a little extra for this feature.

    Ok, with just a few or two. There's an odd tendency for the view of the play controls to get stuck at the top of the screen so it's hard to restart again after you pause. It's also far too easy to jump the video forward or back of you don't hot the on screen controls just right. Overall not bad, but some of bugs need to be fixed.

Now I have a problem i.e; no videos will play in the app. Whenever I am trying to watch the video again asking for subscription. When I was trying to contact it will connect to a spam number. I was sent a mail to amazon 5days back. Still no response. As a customer of amazon it is my right to know what happened to my account?

    Phone viewing is fine. But the update you did on roku is pure shite. No cast information on anything now unless you start the movie, or watch the trailer. You hit one wrong button and you got some robotic narrator that won't stfu, but to turn her off, hell no that's not one click. Have to go into a movie or show to turn it off. This is the first time I've used it since you updated it, and by the other reviews, stay tuned bc it sounds like more is going to piss me off. Why'd you do this???

    No autoplay on android anymore. I contacted customer service only to be told someone would get back with me in 24 hours and it's been over a month now. They told me it was never an android option which is a lie. I played it on an android for almost 2 years. If you take away features for certain devices, please make that known in the future.

    I have 2 issues raised in 1 days of use, i think if using it continuously there will be more issues with Amazon Prime Video app 1st is when you download a movie you cannot watch the movie in any other language which is available while watching online 2nd is there is X-ray which shows cast list on the left side on mobile while watching the movie that is very annoying for me😠😠😠😠😠! Please amazon make the video playback user friendly such as of Netflix!

    Earlier I used to watch movies by casting on my TV, now the app is not supporting the casting. Only sound is coming no video, what is the fun in watching mobile. Completely disappointed by amazon. I feel I have unnecessarily taken the subscription. Please reintroduce the casting feature. Then I will edit my rating.

    This used to be my go to app to keep my kids entertained so I could get stuff done around the house. But unfortunately not anymore, it doesn't play the next episode automatically so now I have to stop what I'm doing and keep pressing play after every single episode, very annoying it keeps playing the sound but no video. Don't spend money on this, I will be canceling my membership since prime video was the main reason I had it.

    Worst app. Why do even they give search bar when it is completely useless. You can never search any show or movie which is available on prime. I can see the movie recommend in app but when i search the same name it doesn't show me that particular show or movie. Why? Try it search anything which u can see on screen n 8 out of 10 times it doesn't show it in search results. Fix this irritating search bar.

    Decent collection of movies. I absolutely love the information they share regarding the movie and cast and such on the side panel. I only wish they had a better selection. I also love their "profile" idea so the suggestions are relevant to each user. A suggestion would be to remove the watched shows from the suggested list.

    The app is really good. Love the X-ray option, maybe even has too much information but doesn't hurt to have it. Only thing is that there are no Arabic subtitles!!!!!!! I don't need the subtitles, but they have subtitles in alot of languages except Arabic, annoyed me a little.

    I dont like a bunch of extras. I want to just watch a movie. Not from the 1950s but current. Included or rental option, this app does the job.. plain and simple. I would always enjoy more free current movies, but we cant get EVERYTHING for free. We all got to make a living somehow. This app gives a fair shake. ( not that we can shake hands anymore, but if we did, it would be a fair deal).

    Terrible app. Doesn't recognize other device. App sends me into a vicious cycle of: "Sign in, enter characters, solve puzzle , solve puzzle (again...), OTP sent to your email, enter OTP, enter new password, password successful, sign in with new password, AMAZON DOES NOT RECOGNIZE PASSWORD"................Every-other AMAZON rep cannot solve issue. I've emptied cache, deleted data, uninstalled/reinstalled app. 50 TIMES IN 3 DAYS AND 2 HOURS ON PHONE WITH AMAZON SCREW THIS APP.

    I don't understand why there is (sometimes) and "normal" version AND an "UHD" version of a series or a movie. Why not include both in one, just like Netflix? And also why is there an "OV" version AND an dubbed one? Same again: Why not include both in one, just like Netflix? Then you could simply switch language while watching. All of this makes the overview and the watching more confusing and less intuitive than it needs to be. Also: I pay for it. Why are there ads? And HDR is NOT working!

Except i would like the option to adjustment my quality like 1080p, 720p, etc. Because sometimes i get awful 240p when i click on a title, which leads me to skip to the end, exit it out, then go back in to het 720p quality. I have good internet connection, and I love YouTube's option of selecting the quality. Wish this had that too.

    Its a great app, has tons of shows and movies, to choose from of your choice! Although once and awhile has an intetnet error but thats only been happening recently even though my wifi is working and is connected.I'll give a 5 star rating once thats fixed other then that, great app! I love it! Kudos to the developer of Prime video and keep up the good work, just minor improvements need to been adressed anf fixed, nothing major,Thanks to Prime video I can watch it on any device whenever I want!

I need to search for it again each time I open the app and then figure which season I was on to figure where I had stopped. Please put your Continue Watching tab on top.     Would give 5 stars if I were to find movies like Grease and Sound of Music. Revised: The player is becoming increasingly unusable. Tried their suggestions for cleaning cache etc, it still messes up. The playback control just disappears EVERY time. No one wants to have a serious consideration about it.

    It's great to be able to watch movies without having to download them off some shaddy website, but the problem here is the library is lacking. Compared to States side, Here in india, prime video doesn't even have a quatre of the films and shows available in the west. You might say licensing as well as the demographic are certain criteria that need to be kept in mind, but there are so many unwanted films and shows I can guarantee nobody wants to watch, so that's why I don't buy the argument.

    The service itself is nice but please bring back the ability to cast the video to TVs. Most people would like to watch movies with their families, especially during lockdown. Without the cast feature, prime video is just not the same.
