Very bad. The price was showing 00 and when I want buy , I could not buy .also I paid 45.92 but sill did not get my reference number or ticket number. I am very angry with balearia ship company

there are still some bugs. A language option would be very useful. The whole experience completely soured by the quoted price being inflated at the last moment (i.e.at the end of the booking process) by an extraordinary 'issuing fee' ??? I thought this was made illegal within the EU. An enquiry to Europa should clarify if this is sharp practice. Their competitors (Corsica Ferries) are half the price and no bizarre fees on certain routes.

This app and this company is absolute trash. We have bookd a ferry from ibiza to denia when we entered the information it in the app i suddenly had a ferry from ibiza to valencia on a totally diffrent time. A nother issue that i had is that in ibiza there are 2 balearia ports but there is non information regarding to what port i have to go.

The worst thing that you can do in life is to travel with Balearia. You'll get a trip full of problems. ALWAYS. They threat you like merchandise. And they're stealing specialists! They also have very CURIOUS MISMATCHES BETWEEN WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU, AND THE BILL YOU RECEIVE ON YOUR EMAIL. (MONEY LAUNDERING TOO BALEARIA? Since THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ARGUMENT/ANSWER TO CLARIFY THE SITUATION. Be sure we'll keep investigating, until the end of it)
