NO NEVER Absolutely hopeless App When I try to open the app it keeps asking for my email add and password. When I key in my password which I have been using for the last two decades it keeps telling my password is not good. I tell you what's not good its your absolutely hopeless app.

Half of the time booking a ride does not work. Either no route can be found, and if a route can be found and you want to confirm it ends up in an unspecified error. Also and even worse, sometimes when it returns an error, the ride seems to have been booked after all and you still pay for the ride, and the bus driver will try and pick you up. So you lose money and the driver loses time. Giving it 2 stars rather than 1 because the actual bus service is good once you manage to get on the bus.

Garbage app, the bus times are never accurate and the buses do not update. I have been late multiple times due to the poor functioning of this poorly made app. I have complained numerous times to the customer care to fix these issues however it doesnt get anywhere. My advise is therefore to uninstall this garbage application and no longer use the bus services of malta and stick to bolt or any other taxi service. Garbage garbage garbage app!!!

Usually offers you not the best option to arrive to your destination. Usd together with Google :) Anyway, it doesn't make problem if you travel from South to North where there are many alternatives. Just some examples: - The app offered a wrong bus stop when we searched for Malta International Airport.... - There are no up to moment route statuses so we had some embarrassing situations when we were waiting for our bus but never arrived... Also drivers rarely skips bus stops....

What's the point of having live information for bus stops when it has no basis in reality? Bus arriving in <2 minutes. Then it just disappears. Bus doesn't arrive and it says next bus in 30 minutes. Occasionally a bus will arrive 10 minutes later or something. The route planner is horrible. On Demand ordering is fine but the app is a bit picky about which payment cards it will accept. Cards that work everywhere else don't work here. Luckily I found one of my array of cards which it liked.

This stupid app made me miss my bus! I arrived at the station 7 minues before the app told me my bus would depart. I saw my bus, thr 306, there at the station, but I figured it must be arriving from that route and I didn't hurry to catch it. The bus left and the app was stiil saying it would depart in 7 minutes. I waited 7 minues and guess what. NO BUS! I checked the schedule posted at the station and the bus had left at the right time. It was this retarded app that was wrong.

Phantom buses that will disappear just when they are due at the stop you're waiting for them. Quality of the information provided is just as bad as the quality of service by Malta Public Transport.

Every day different time. I can't plan anything, whichever list or app I open and read is not accurate. I have never any certainty if I will catch that particular bus. Unbelievable. After 12 hours night shift we were waiting more than 10 people. The bus instead of 7 he started driving 7.23. Disaster
