App is good but could be better if it allowed for the creation of one or two custom fields that could track other things when taking your blood pressure (like weight). You can use notes, but then if you mix actual notes, you can't utilize the spreadsheet format to review the numbers as easily. Also, odd delays sometimes when trying to sync.

I like the Balance Health app. I can take my blood pressure, save it to Balance Health, email reports it to myself, and print a copy that I can share with my doctor. My bp monitor connects directly to the Balance app via Bluetooth then from there I can send a report to my email and print a copy. I would prefer the formatting of the saved data to be less cramped and be able to select only the time period I want. It might already be available, but I just have not figured these issues out.

Just started using this machine and app. I like the compact digital unit and data saving app. I also have the better goods bathroom scale. They work the same ans are easy to use. I recommend having the app open and nearby as I don't think I get days without the phone handy saved and recorded from the memory. Overall I think they are really good products and their support is really good too. MC SF

Initially, I couldn't get the device to connect to the app. Then it worked! And now it's back to not working. I wouldn't mind, except it seems to be deciding which readings do and don't make sense and only showing the sensible readings in the history--unless I use the default time. Then the "what are these blood pressure shenanigans?"-type readings show. Hopefully the developers will fix this soon!

You can't beat it for the price having blood pressure and pulse logged to your cell phone however it could be improved a little by adopting a little bit more cleaned up graph and interaction capability to zoom and move around at least zoom on the x-axis

This app constantly forgets me and my data. I periodically have to log in again and it downloads all my data again. It's been like this since i got the BP cuff three years ago. Is that not long enough to fix this? I also have to re-pair the cuff on blue tooth as well. I suspect a team was put on the job of making this app and no resources have been allocated to update it since then.

Awesome and accurate blood pressure monitor with Bluetooth, connect w/ Android and IPhone devices. Love the lit, digital and clear screen easy to see and use app. You also can share and email results to your Dr. Highly recommend.

App does not upload data from monitor. Progress bar remains for a very long time. Very frustrating.

Doesn't sync to phone via Bluetooth... When I first got my unit, it had no problems syncing to my Galaxy J7 phone. After a few readings, I noticed it would take longer and longer to upload a reading. Eventually it stopped. I was able to uninstall then reinstall and it worked for a few readings then quit again. I now have the Samsung A52 and it may take as much as 3 to 4 minutes to upload one reading. Uninstall and reinstall don't work so now what? I ev even had a new unit sent but same issue.

Very accurate! Great way to keep vitals for doctor's appointments and monitor overall heart health. When used with other equipment available for Bluetooth like Kardia and Fitbit or Apple's program, you can save very useful information for your care providers helping them better make accurate diagnosis and develop plans of care that are much more successful. I would recommend this monitor and app to anyone that wants to check their vitals at home accurately and keep records with ease!
