L’application vous géolocalise et vous notifie de la présence de sites remarquables à proximité. Levez votre Smartphone et explorez les lieux à 360°. Empruntant à la fois aux codes de la réalité augmentée et à ceux de la réalité virtuelle, Archistoire fonctionne sur un principe de panoramas interactifs photosphériques.

Touchez les zones interactives à l’écran et accédez à des contenus exclusifs en lien avec les éléments perçus : détails architecturaux, anecdotes historiques, lecture paysagère, sons, vidéos, etc. Grâce à la réalité virtuelle, vous pénétrez aussi dans des lieux inaccessibles au public.

Photographies d’archive, cartes postales anciennes, tableaux ou gravures viennent se superposer à l’image réelle, créant ainsi un effet de “fenêtre temporelle” qui vous immerge dans l’histoire ancienne ou récente. Des illustrations permettent de reconstituer en contexte des éléments aujourd'hui disparus.

Archistoire Avignon Saint-Ruf is an application of augmented visits.

The application geolocates you and notifies you of the presence of remarkable sites nearby. Raise your Smartphone and explore the places at 360 °. Borrowing both the codes of augmented reality and those of virtual reality, Archistoire operates on a principle of interactive photospheric panoramas.

Touch the interactive areas on the screen and access exclusive content related to perceived elements: architectural details, historical anecdotes, landscape reading, sounds, videos, etc. Thanks to virtual reality, you also enter places inaccessible to the public.

Archival photographs, old postcards, paintings or engravings are superimposed on the real image, creating a "window of time" effect that immerses you in the old or recent history. Illustrations allow to reconstitute in context elements that have disappeared.

You can not go there? Are you just curious to discover the Sain-Ruf district of Avignon from your sofa? The experience is optimized for use "IRL" but the application is also used remotely, enjoy!
