Aula after update has gone downhill you can't view any mp4 or videos on android tablet or smartphones to back to next problem, people put up messages you click on them, the thread comes up but not the message on that thread. A number of students have this problem. The following problem has been resolved on phones... Still can't view video lectures on this system if your using a tablet or phone, only possible in a laptop. Horrible app, well horrible premise actually. Students engage with it if they want to, which they don't. Since starting using Aula my student engagement decreased, they stopped doing the activities and participate, had more engagement in Moodle last year. Just not delivering on what this company is supposed to be good at. Only using it because forced to.

The app is good once it's working but I'm having Ongoing password issues with this app and until now it is unresolved issue. The app doesn't work on multiple devices and I can't even log into desktop.

I've been having trouble with the app in the last few days. I really need to open it and it doesn't work, it gets stuck on the loading screen and the only thing I can see is the buffering. I tried reinstalling it but it's still the same. Please, I need some help.

Annoying and unintuitive. Really hard to find content. Interface is confusing. Results and overall 'student success' page showing your progress and grades are in really obscure places. Why do unis make us use such bad apps?

Would be nice if I could access turnitin or play videos from within the app. I can see my grades, but to access feedback I would have to go over to the web app. Well anyway I am kinda done with the app, since I am just waiting for one more grade to come out and then I graduate uni. So I'm leaving a 4 star review, hope future students will have access to these 2 features. I have an idea how hard implementing these features are, had a course related to app development, so good luck with that :)

Ita okay, it works, but it's very difficult to use kn mobile. I can't see my grades or submission files and I can't even use aula in my browser as it forces me to use the app?(even with desktop site)
