Unable to register. After filling out requested information and agreeing to licence I get an "unable to confirm eligibility" message. Clicking "Contact" in the error message just dismisses the message without providing any means of contact.

New language fix but mo connection bug fix!!! Fire your programmer. Keeps losing my credentials!!!! Stillllllllll and of course when I am at the gym when one does not remember the password of the dozens we have. Fix it. Once again this tool just loses credentials. Just because if no connection detected so it thinks there is no reason to force a new login!!!!!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it is not working. I have tried it several times and determined it is not worth the trouble.

So I reinstalled app as recommended and it's working again. Can't give 5 starts cuz app will say I'm not at the gym when I'm in the pool locker room. So I still have to do some work around to get the app to recognize I'm still at the gym instead of booting me off.

The devs responded to my review quickly, that is good. I still cannot use the app however because it always says I need to be closer to the gym even if i am inside it. It used to work but then stopped one day

I just started using the app, and it did successfully record my workout. I had the same issue that another user indicated, that is, that the timer doesn't keep correct time. I got a notification that I reached my 30-minute goal, but the timer indicated that I was at 22 minutes (in fact, I was over 30). Also, when setting up the account, my birthday is in the 70's, and I had to scroll back to the 70's month by month. That was frustrating. They need to allow the user to select or type in the year, not scroll month by month. Apart from those issues, it does seem to keep track effectively.

I have tried using this for the past 10 days and it seems to work great. It syncs up with Active&Fit account. Make sure that you start and end your workout at the gym. One time I forgot to end it and tried to do it from home. That won't work as the app uses GPS to identify your location and gym. However, there was one workout that was recorded as over 2 hours and was "pending" for credit for 2 days. Then it became "no" credit. It was not clear why that one wound't count and there is no customer service to contact.

Does not function well. It almost feels like they tried to create an app to give people the most difficulties in getting a credit for working out. I worked out yesterday afternoon still says pending. last Friday I clicked end workout and it just went away and I couldn't get credit for that day. create a user friendly app that gives instantaneous credit. if the location detects you are there and you have completed the allotted time the point should be right away. People work too hard.
