“AOK My Life” - your AOK’s electronic patient record (ePA) - offers you a secure and convenient way to manage your health data. Have your medical documents from your treating doctors and therapists uploaded, supplement them with your own data and create your own health history - this can be easily and safely combined with other medical records. Share facilities. This gives your doctors a quick overview and leaves more time for your treatment.
#Digital Passes
The most important passports such as vaccination certificates, maternity passports, child examination booklets and dental bonus booklets can be found in the “AOK My Life” app.
#Documentmanagement
Access your medical reports and discharge reports from authorized doctors and clinics* and supplement your health history with your own documents.
#Authorize your AOK
File empty? Gain insight into all the services billed by your treating doctors. To set this data, you must authorize your AOK in the “AOK My Life” app.
#HealthPortal
Do you have questions about a specific illness? In the health portal you will find a lot of useful information that will help you better understand the disease.
#Representative regulation
Add a trusted person to represent you or act as a representative for someone else.
#Services
Use the additional functions of the doctor's visits, medication, preventative care, vaccinations and folder services to help you organize your health care efficiently and therefore no longer miss any appointments.
