The camera quality is great. Easy to install. It's the app and customer service that is not. I think there may be bugs in the app because the app interferes with the audio function on my phone. Initially I was able to listen in with a head set. Now the sound only displays through the phone speaker. no matter what audio device I have plugged in of bluetooth connected. it's been over a month since I've reached help to the help center with reaponse.

Camera quality is great, the app though can use a little help. That's the only reason it gets three stars, especially on the playback. would love for it to have speed advance controls... I mean if I had time to sit there and watch an hour of video that I can't do in less than a minute or two, then I might as well just stare out my window. Adding that would make this five star...

I like the app, my cameras work great with it, the only big complaint I have about it is that you're not able to directly download clips from the camera, you have to record them from the app, so, If I want to have a one hour clip in my computer to show it to police or anyone, I have to leave my phone for one hour recording the entire thing, not practical at all. I really hope they add this feature on a later update, it would make the cameras and the app a five star. Playback needs to be improve

Like the camera. App plays havoc on my phone. The camera works really well. The app is easy to install, and easy to use, but the app does something to the sound on my phone to make the phone think it's making a call all the time. So music comes through the ear speaker, and it won't let your alarm sound work. If they made it so you could turn that off, everything would be great. Had to uninstall. Update... The issue is with the app, not the camera. The camera works well with the smart life app.

Apparently this app has some major issues messing with peoples audio. I bought a new phone thinking my phone was acting up, to still have the issue. Come on here and find out it is happening to everyone. This company needs to fix this issue ASAP. Hopefully they are on it already and it happens soon.

This application blocks any sound output to Bluetooth. After using this app any sound or video app stream the sound to phone speaker instead of Bluetooth. I cannot use my Bose headphones, or car Sync app until I reboot the phone, which is bad, especially when you are driving. Not more than 2 stars unless the issue is resolved.

Works as described for me. Pro's: creating account and registering cameras is pretty straightforward. No real problems there. Important to read instructions. Very important to first format SD cards in fat32. Videos load quickly enough. Video quality is excellent. Interface is basic but functional. Alexa integration works just fine. Cons: Lacks some features, searching video is a pain. Unable to change wifi networks in app, you must reset cameras. Sound is very compressed and needs improvement.

The app works how its supposed to. You are able to set up camera to work with Alexa show and have multiple users and cameras on the account. But would highly recommend a different brand sco you don't always have to restart your phone for normal sound output from media. Acts like it it's always in a call therefore cannot use bluetooth or normally adjust volume. Big negative in my eyes.

Nothing but issues with this app Cameras constantly go off line with a signal strength of 97%,?? This should not happen. Emailed, with no response, will be returning. It's a shame, because when it's working, the picture quality is fantastic.

The camera goes offline all the time, I have to keep resetting it and reinstalling the app to get it to work and it goes offline again. Never stays in awful camera, needs updates. I have another one I bought for $50 more and it works great no issues, different brand of course. Fix your camera issues and the app. Thank you its annoying.
