MyElectrica application allows you to manage your account on a smartphone or tablet.
With MyElectrica mobile application you can quickly and easily communicate your self-read index, have access to your consumption history, view issued invoices and payments made, pay online your invoice anytime, anywhere, or find answers to your questions.

To find out how simple it is, download the application to benefit from the following features:
- Login to the application with the same password used in the customer web page
- Transmission of the self-read index
- Preview of the issued invoices, their status
- Online invoice payment
- Preview of the consumption graph, your payment history
- Location on the map of the customer relationship offices
- Contact your provider by sending a message 

For authentication, you must enter the username and password you use to sign in to the customer web page. If you do not have an account, you can create one directly in the application or using the www.MyElectrica.ro web page.

The application can ask you to make phone calls (so you can make calls directly from the app), to access the location (so we can display the nearest customer relationship office) and send notifications and alerts concerning the information in the customer account.

The application will not access and process any personal data other than those submitted at the end of the supply contract.

    Almost every time that I want to use it I have problems with authentication on my mobile phone. I am sick and tired of it. I am resetting my pass...almost every time. After resetting...on my pc I can connect but on my phone I cannot. My pc/laptop is on my lap..and the phone is on my hands....no more than 1 meter away from each other...connected on the same network

    When trying to login, a get a handshake error, even though it worked so far. On the website I cannot login because I am in a different country and it says the time is incorrect...you should really optimize it...allow people to login regardless of the time and provide details on what's causing each error. How will I pay my bills now, all my details were saved in the account.....?!

    The app is awful and simply useless. You cannot pay the bill from the app since the dropdown from which you should select the month and year the card expires are not functional on mobile devices. It is a waste of time to try and pay using the app so just save yourself the trouble and use the web app.

    When I send the index it doesn't always get registered, even if I get a message with "Index successfully registered" or something like that. I cannot see it in History index. Why? Please fix this.

    I am new to mobile app since I hardly use it for such needs, eitherway the web version seems broken and I can't check my bills I tried to use other browsers but still dead the web page, now as for this app just close it for it has totally confusing or broken data with months later you get the notices for current month, I dont care for past bills, I want the new ones to know what I Have to pay, The old ones are just for comparision for those who that, I do it when I cant sleep at night.

    After I got my activation e-mail ( 24h +) I tried to log in the mobile app but I get the message that my profile is not active or syncronized... I logged in succesfully from the webapp but I got the same message there too and every button I press it redirects me to the account homepage. Great job guys :))

    The app looks good, everything seems to be in the right place, but currently I am unable to make any bill payments. I used the online platform to do so. Once the payment screen gets fixed, I'll definetly give a 5 star.
