Very bad service. App doesn't work properly, web site is also very slow. Unable to do web checkin. Customer service is also very bad, tried connecting to a call center executive, had to wait 40 mins. Overall very bad experience. Never going to book again in SpiceJet

Negative stars (Worst service). They keep changing the flight timings with some non sense reason and their Customer care numbers are always unreachable. They do not understand the customer who books ticket have other tasks to execute which gets affected because of their reschedule. I will never book any ticket further with #spicejet. Pathetic services. I wish i can get full refund but customer care number gets disconnected after staying online for 60 70 mins

such pathetic service which i haven't seen in any other company. for a fully refundable ticket. they are deducting 50% of the ticket value. and when you will be calling to there customer care they will make you wait for more than 40 minutes on the call then will disconnect automatically. no reply over email. they are literally fraud. never going to use again.

Very very worst app. No use. Can't move ahead further after putting passenger name. Can't redeem my son's vouchers for tickets cancelled due to Covid. I feel passengers are being taken for a ride by the airlines. Very disappointed. This is the difference between the airlines of India and foreign airlines. They value the passengers. Here passengers are taken for a toss by false promises.

The app is absolutely useless. I have not used such unresponsive app. It neither goes to next screen nor let you go back. I just installed the app few minutes back and I am more than happy and relieved to uninstall it right now. I thought I could use the app for web check-in, but its just not possible with the app

They reschedule the flight without informing customers. Maybe they are unaware of the fact that if someone has selected a particular time for flight, there must be a reason behind that and the person needs to be at the destination at that time :/.But no it's just like fun for spicejet people. They rescheduled my flight timings twice and didn't feel any need to inform me either through mail or sms .Plus they won't even give you full refund 😒 Worst airline and pathetic customer service !!!!

Worst experiance ever... Request u all to consider twice before booking the ticket in Spicejet. They used to show low rates in their websites and once we have done the booking seeing comparitively low price, they cancel the flight. It has happened to me not once but twice since last year. As they cancel the flight nearing to the journey date, a new booking different flight agent will cost a lot more than that was before. In whole, u need to take a risk if u are booking ur flight in Spicejet. 👎

WORST flight to travel, booked a direct flight but they cancelled it and rescheduled it for one stop that is also for 8 hrs halt. Apart from that the flight was also delayed and when we call the customer service asking about the baggage if we have to collect it at our 1 stop or directly at Destination we will get. So they told us that directly at Destination bt wen we rched aport dey said only if the halt is less then 6 hrs den only you will get at Destination and there is no option to submit it

Worst airline / management, Flight ticket was cancelled more than a month back but still refund not given inspite of several emails & calls. (Over calls they say there is a technical issue & their backend team is working hard to issue refund! Really!! How dare you even bid for AI? Or maybe the management retained customers refund amounts to pay for AI. So now can we expect the refund please? .. you already enjoyed 1 month interest.. you are not supposed to run your airline with customers refunds

I understand that all the passengers are requested to check in 2hours before flight departure, but for exceptions the management is their to help but in terms of help they just say to book another flight ... Being one hour prior to departure is a sin for a passagers he/she can't board the flight because you came 1hour before the flight departure. They are ready to waste ur money, time but they won't let you board the flight even though you dont have any check in luaggage. Disappointing Service
