    Completely useless app - since it was upgraded in April it has become increasingly difficult to log into my online account. Tonight I can't log in at all. It goes round in curcles asking you to upgrade to 2 factor authentication and then tells me the URI is too long. I previously reported the problems with logging into my account and the very helpful person told me to delete the app and download again. This worked once.

    Terrible since the introduction of the new Authorisation flow several months ago, the UX makes no sense, several clicks to simply open the app and scan fingerprint/enter passcode, which should be one action. Misleading "updated authorisation" pop ups when logging in as well. Like other reviews said, often feels like a loop of user clicks simply to open the main account page

    Was trying to log in all the time it said that may details are wrong which wasn't ,installed, uninstalled app several times, keeps asking for update and always comes up as a technical issue or URL is too long or something. Was calling to customer servises. Didn't get much help either. Old app was better. This one is Rubbish.

    Terrible app. Doesn't keep up to date with balance. I was left with-£ and then told it was my fault. The app randomly took away money then put it back then took it out. Keeps telling me to update but there is nothing on the play store to update...

    Just started using this app today. Cannot even pass through the setup stage. I entered my reg: no and PAC 5 digit. And the result was always 'you have entered invalid information...blah blah...' But I have tried a few times. I used the same information to log in to Internet banking and with card reader. The login was successful. Could someone tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

    The app was great. Really convenient and easy to use. During pandemic became even more important. However, following latest upgrade it simply stops working. Tells me I am using a Rooted device which I do not believe I am. I uninstall the app reinstall it go through the initial setup and it works again. Within 24 hours it goes back to the old message you are using a Rooted device and so the process begins again. This is my sixth time having to reinstall the app. Really annoying and disappointing.

    This app use to be great i used it everyday. Since the new update i cant get on to view my accounts. Asks for security update but wont let me update. And my phone is on version 10. I cant even access my account the normal way through website as it asks me to go on my app. Get this sorted its a disgrace. I have been a customer with this bank all my life.

    Terrible. Keeps asking me to confirm and then logs me out because there was a problem! It seems to have a problem with Firefox.... Google isn't the only search engine AIB!

    Worked pretty well until it was updated and removed quick view. Now everytime I log in it there's a 'security update'

    Useless!!! It's taken 8 Days to transfer money to my PayPal account! It takes hours to transfer money to another UK account when every other bank can do it in seconds! Can also take days for money to be transferred in, what's the problem?? Every other bank doesn't take this long!! 😡 Look at ur reviews AIB and listen to ur customers, even answer them would b a start!
