This wallet could use a 4 star rating every once in a while, definitely few and far between at the moment. So far I have not experienced any unreasonable fee losses from moving crypto around. However, I have encountered multiple errors as mentioned by others prior to updating the app. My biggest complaint is that I was not made aware that updating the app would resolve the issue. I realize that developing a good app can be a lot of work, but it is crucial to keep high traffic settings informed.

One of the most trusted Bitcoin wallet till date , been using this application since 2018 up till now ,has never failed me for once , good security layers .but I have one request, do something to make make it more responsive, now adays it load's slowly and at times it crashes, if you login using the mobile application , some of your balance will not appear immediately, I think you guys should work on these issue.

Appalling support. I am unable to withdraw a penny into my bank account - despite having done everything asked of me. I can deposit money - but not withdraw it. All I ever get it "Oops something went wrong - contact support". Support don't bother replying to messages, emails or threats. They told me IN JUNE (it's now September) that it would take "a few days" to fix things- now silence. Considering legal action to get my money - it's that bad!!

I am very sorry to say that my experience so far is horrendous. I have 100 pounds of bitcoin stuck in their system since about last Thursday 9th September. They admit they have technical issues, but have made no effort to resolve the problems quickly. I am still waiting to hear from them. It has really dented my confidence in this company to the max. They have to do alot better than this, seriously.

My QR scanner does not work, I can't add my address and transfer to wallet. No customer service, just bots on a chatting line that's built in the app. Very very useless, nobody can help and/or the the whole app crashes while talking to customer service and u have to start all over again with another person. But Blockchain took my money when I added it not I can't move it to my other wallet. I've even asked for help through email.....don't use Blockchain at all.

Deposit you can But to withdrawal its always a problem .. Or it write to you .. you have a pending transaction wait tell its done And there is not even one transaction Or its written problem with connection try again later Iam trying to reach support The only answer iam receiving for any question that iam asking is the same email No support its automatic email reply !! I can not link to add card, everytime I click the add card icon it goes to ID Verification and it says this will only take 5 minutes of verification but it doesnt do that and if you press the refresh icon, it jyst go back to ID Verification. Too hard to unlock the deposit/withdrawal icon under transaction, too. Can't link bank. Also, can't get receive wallet address. Can't used it well.

Used the Crypto Swap feature with this app and only got 2/3 of what it said I would get. I provided proof of this in the form of screenshots. Waiting 5 months now for it to be resolved. The only response they keep giving me so far is that they are still investigating. I keep asking them to just give me my missing crypto and then they can take as long as they want to investigate the issue. It's unfair to keep me waiting when it's not my issue to fix. The app just did some kind of update and logged me off which normally isn't a problem I know my 4 digit pin and my password and biometric scan is how I always logged into my account, but after this recent updat I was not able to use my pin or my finger print and the app keeps telling me my password is wrong and to enter a 12 word seed phrase which I never established because I set up a 4 digit pin and finger print scan. This app is a scam
