After years of working fine, the app has been abysmal for nearly two months now. Frequent issues logging in and authorization notifications are delayed or don't appear at all, my card is sometimes randomly frozen (an issue with the bank instead of the app). I'm considering changing my bank due to the avalanche of basic functionality issues

Cannot save a payee in the app. Try to do that on my PC and I'm told I need a card reader. Seriously? What is this, the Stone Age? And don't even get me started on the security and authentication disaster. This is disgraceful stuff. Not that anyone involved seems to care. A multitude of bad reviews on here, and as far as I can see, the developer has not responded one time. Such contempt for your customers.

Terrible app constant issues. The latest is an update the kept failing so I'm not able to use my card online while I'm on vacation. This is the biggest pain and when I get home im switching banks. Useless

Literally overnight this app stopped working after years of no hassle. No explanation from AIB as to what the sudden disruption is.Have been given the complete run around trying to set it up.

I'm required to upgrade to get the new security update, but it only tries to load then fails. I can't access my account anymore. I have a recent version of Android.

Waited five minutes in two separate occasions for a video call to confirm my identity to get a bank account and both times I was left waiting with no sign of contact from the other side. Appalling.

i get error message every single time I log in, followed by a try again, then eventually I get logged in. have followed advice to uninstall/reinstall - still happens every time. I also do not like how i can see where I'm routed through the internet each time I try to log in. new app updates are supposed to be safer, but certainly does not feel safer when I'm using it.

Most mediocre bank and app I've ever used. It just takes forever to do the most menial tasks. Amongst the terrible features are: the app is hard to navigate - it has terrible sense of UI and required so many taps to do you what you need, it doesn't allow you to add contacts via the mobile app (despite the phone being a trusted device), and as of lately the app won't even open because it says it doesn't trust the next work I'm in (Currently using Vodafone data).

Since the last update it tells me that my device is rooted and it won't open. My device is NOT rooted. Whatever check the app is performing, is invalid and needs to be patched.
