Cannot pair to phone. My phone is of the required operating system, it is new enough that it shouldn't be the problem and has never had an issue connecting via bluetooth to anything before. This is highly annoying as the scales were not cheap, and I cannot use the majority of the functions without pairing to a device. Please advise.

Seems to be pairing and working well with Samsung Galaxy S9. Shame that the app doesn't have a list of daily weights to compare and only a graph. Also every day I have to go into settings to change back to stones and lbs as it keeps reverting back to kgs when reopening app. Is there a way to stop this?

So far so good. Connects and shows data. But for a purchased Hardware (no free product after all) is it really neccesary that in the fine print you ask users to consent to "We may gather additional Personal Data from sources such as Social Media, publicly available databases or on other occasions when you use our services." Positive Note: One negative review asks why "location access" necessary; that's due to Androids' Bluetooth requirements.

I've been using the app about 7 months now and I'm pretty happy with it. It displays variety of information that's useful to me, connects each time, reads accurately, I've been able to add family members on to it, although this took me a little to find. The only thing I would like is for it to recognise and open up when I get on scales, as opposed to having to do it manually before hand.

The Privacy Policy for this app is extremely sus so I uninstalled after reading it. Says "We may gather personal info from your social media accounts" - why? Also says they can't guarantee absolute security of your personal data and can't be held responsible for data loss if they are hacked, doesn't fill me with confidence that they take data protection seriously tbh.

Keeps crashing. So frustrating. I can't sign in as it keeps returning to sign in page after saying successful sign in!

Hmmm...the largest ideal weight is 180 pounds. I am a big fella and that weight is quite a target. It would feel more "body positive" if you allowed a higher ideal weight so that I might be able to work in steps towards my goals ...rather than a weight target that is quite far off for me at the moment.

Disappointed. Supposed to sync with Google fit but it doesn't work. Bought the scales last week for that purpose so I have to return them

Didn't have any issues setting it up. Tap year to the year. Etc. Once the scales paired it seems to give an accurate reading. Seems to be working with Google fit too. My only request would be to auto open the app when you step on the scales. Other than that seems good so far. If experience changes I will adjust score... Also not sure why it wants permission to photos /files??!! But nope!

Refuses to pair until granted access to location. Why do my scales need to know where I am to sync weight data? Hostile user experience / shameless data grab. Uninstalled and will likely be returning scales.
