Reading other reviews it seems like the same old issues constantly repeating. Nevertheless I'll reiterate the message. Trying to sync this app with my phone to track steps is a nightmare. Every other day it fails to connect, needs reinstalling. Results of my health assessment have not been loaded. The saying 'all style and no substance' applies to this app. It looks good, seems to offer a lot but fails to deliver.

SORRY TO DOWNGRADE THE RATING I'm unable to update my daily steps normally. Sync is always showing earlier data, and it hardly works. After all the efforts we put, it's disappointing to see steps not getting synced. I honestly didn't expect this from an esteemed insurance company like Adita Birla. Any efforts to resolve this issue will be appreciated.

App lags a lot, very rarely syncs with Google fit or any other device and is extremely slow, most of the times unresponsive. Edit 1: I am neither giving you my number nor calling on your customer care. You know what problems of the app I am writing about and it is same for each and every customer reviewing. Get your app testers to the job, I don't have the time to go through some non sense directions over phone asking to uninstall and reinstall or restart the app. Just check what's wrong and fix

Worst app i have ever seen bcz if you used this app and follow their active health video every days, but mist of the day active days not counts due to technical issue. This time in your updated there is login issue i tried ma y times but unable to login. I must say your were making fool to cunsumer your app doesnt work propery . Also your customer service team aslo dont know how to solve the issue only they said we will raise the issue and in 1 week your complaint will solve.

To be honest they have made app in such a way that whenever you want to upload documents for claim . 1 . App may simply crash . 2. It wont upload file try doing anything . Its just useless app . It just reduces trust on this insurance company

I prefer to give less than 1 star but the least rating is 1 star only, Worst app, poor interface, doesn't update address and even doesn't recognize Google fit app to sync your activities.... Before doing real testing of all the features of this application, they have simply released the application and every user is getting irritated because of this annoying app.. Very very disappointed!

Ver very Very fustrating app. Unbale to sync data from April 1( now September 2021)onwards though I use Garmin. This is common issues so developer can do something about it instead of asking for contact number of individual user to resolve it

Useless app.. every time it's needs to connect with Google fit app .. Aditya birla health insurance is the worst service provider.. insurance team could not provided the medical report after even 23days from the health assessment . Please do not join with this insurance groups , this is my suggestion to every person who will planning to take insurance.

Most of the data is not in sync. I renew my policy using your mobile app after I called many time to convince that I have done my payment. This application is loading every page in 3 mins average. Actually this frustrating feature.
